本发明提供一种水泵壳体涂胶装置,包括底座,所述底座上的左右两端设置有竖向导轨,竖向导轨上设置有滑动板,滑动板的内侧设置有机械抓手,竖向导轨之间设置有横杆,横杆的下端设置有涂胶层,涂胶层的上端外接有供胶管,供胶管与底座上且位于竖向导轨之间的料盒相连接,滑动板的后端设置有伸缩杆,伸缩杆之间设置有横梁,横梁的前端设置有烘干灯;本发明能够适用于不同形状的产品生产的同时也提高了生产质量和效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及水泵生产领域,尤其涉及一种水泵壳体涂胶装置。
背景技术
随着汽车零部件制造技术的发展及其不断提高的性能要求,涂胶作为水泵壳体生产所必需的一类重要辅助材料,应用越来越广泛。但传统的喷胶技术控制较为复杂,使用不便,并且难以准确地将胶涂到水泵壳体上形状复杂的沟槽内。因此,需要提供一种水泵壳体涂胶装置,以解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种水泵壳体涂胶装置,通过竖向导轨上的机械抓手将产品抓起后,设置滑动板在竖向导轨上移动,从而将产品带到涂胶层下端,通过电机配合转轴旋转来带动产品旋转,设置供胶管将料盒内的物料带到横杆下端的涂胶层上来进行对产品涂胶,通过涂胶层是弹性海绵体且下端设置光滑层来保证涂胶的接触面,设置烘干灯对表面进行烘干并通过伸缩杆调整横梁上烘干灯的位置,并通过弹性梳理块对涂胶后的表面进行梳理,通过进料漏斗和供料管内的过滤层对物料质量进行提高,设置万向轮对设备进行移动;本发明能够适用于不同形状的产品生产的同时也提高了生产质量和效率。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种水泵壳体涂胶装置,包括底座,所述底座上的左右两端设置有竖向导轨,竖向导轨上设置有滑动板,滑动板的内侧设置有机械抓手,竖向导轨之间设置有横杆,横杆的下端设置有涂胶层,涂胶层的上端外接有供胶管,供胶管与底座上且位于竖向导轨之间的料盒相连接,滑动板的后端设置有伸缩杆,伸缩杆之间设置有横梁,横梁的前端设置有烘干灯。
进一步改进在于:所述左侧的机械抓手与滑动板之间设置有转轴,所述右侧的机械抓手与滑动板之间设置有电机。
进一步改进在于:所述料盒的上端连接有进料漏斗,所述料盒与供胶管和进料漏斗连接处均设置有过滤层。
进一步改进在于:所述涂胶层为弹性海绵体且下表面设置有光滑层,所述涂胶层的后侧壁上设置有弹性梳理块。
进一步改进在于:所述底座的下端设置有万向轮。
本发明的有益效果:通过竖向导轨上的机械抓手将产品抓起后,设置滑动板在竖向导轨上移动,从而将产品带到涂胶层下端,通过电机配合转轴旋转来带动产品旋转,设置供胶管将料盒内的物料带到横杆下端的涂胶层上来进行对产品涂胶,通过涂胶层是弹性海绵体且下端设置光滑层来保证涂胶的接触面,设置烘干灯对表面进行烘干并通过伸缩杆调整横梁上烘干灯的位置,并通过弹性梳理块对涂胶后的表面进行梳理,通过进料漏斗和供料管内的过滤层对物料质量进行提高,设置万向轮对设备进行移动;本发明能够适用于不同形状的产品生产的同时也提高了生产质量和效率。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施列提供一种水泵壳体涂胶装置,包括底座1,所述底座1上的左右两端设置有竖向导轨2,竖向导轨2上设置有滑动板3,滑动板3的内侧设置有机械抓手4,竖向导轨2之间设置有横杆5,横杆5的下端设置有涂胶层6,涂胶层6的上端外接有供胶管7,供胶管7与底座1上且位于竖向导轨2之间的料盒8相连接,滑动板3的后端设置有伸缩杆9,伸缩杆9之间设置有横梁10,横梁10的前端设置有烘干灯11。所述左侧的机械抓手4与滑动板3之间设置有转轴12,所述右侧的机械抓手4与滑动板3之间设置有电机13。所述料盒8的上端连接有进料漏斗14,所述料盒8与供胶管7和进料漏斗14连接处均设置有过滤层15。所述涂胶层6为弹性海绵体且下表面设置有光滑层16,所述涂胶层6的后侧壁上设置有弹性梳理块17。所述底座1的下端设置有万向轮18。
通过竖向导轨2上的机械抓手4将产品抓起后,设置滑动板3在竖向导轨2上移动,从而将产品带到涂胶层6下端,通过电机13配合转轴12旋转来带动产品旋转,设置供胶管7将料盒8内的物料带到横杆5下端的涂胶层6上来进行对产品涂胶,通过涂胶层6是弹性海绵体且下端设置光滑层16来保证涂胶的接触面,设置烘干灯11对表面进行烘干并通过伸缩杆9调整横梁10上烘干灯11的位置,并通过弹性梳理块17对涂胶后的表面进行梳理,通过进料漏斗14和供料管内的过滤层15对物料质量进行提高,设置万向轮18对设备进行移动;本发明能够适用于不同形状的产品生产的同时也提高了生产质量和效率。

1.一种水泵壳体涂胶装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)上的左右两端设置有竖向导轨(2),竖向导轨(2)上设置有滑动板(3),滑动板(3)的内侧设置有机械抓手(4),竖向导轨(2)之间设置有横杆(5),横杆(5)的下端设置有涂胶层(6),涂胶层(6)的上端外接有供胶管(7),供胶管(7)与底座(1)上且位于竖向导轨(2)之间的料盒(8)相连接,滑动板(3)的后端设置有伸缩杆(9),伸缩杆(9)之间设置有横梁(10),横梁(10)的前端设置有烘干灯(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水泵壳体涂胶装置,其特征在于,所述左侧的机械抓手(4)与滑动板(3)之间设置有转轴(12),所述右侧的机械抓手(4)与滑动板(3)之间设置有电机(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水泵壳体涂胶装置,其特征在于,所述料盒(8)的上端连接有进料漏斗(14),所述料盒(8)与供胶管(7)和进料漏斗(14)连接处均设置有过滤层(15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水泵壳体涂胶装置,其特征在于,所述涂胶层(6)为弹性海绵体且下表面设置有光滑层(16),所述涂胶层(6)的后侧壁上设置有弹性梳理块(17)。
