Abstract
The invention discloses a novel water reducing agent stirring device which is characterized by comprising a stirring device, wherein the stirring device is provided with a fixed sleeve, a rotating shaft, a first sleeve, a first driving shaft, a second sleeve, a time relay and a rotating blade. According to the invention, the rotating blades can be moved up and down, so that the water reducing agent can be stirred while the water reducing agent liquid of the upper layer and the lower layer can be stirred, the phenomenon of precipitation and stratification in the process of stirring the water reducing agent is avoided, the stirring efficiency is improved, and the problems in the prior art are solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a novel water reducing agent stirring device.
Background
The water reducing agent is a concrete admixture capable of reducing the mixing water consumption under the condition of maintaining the slump constant of concrete, and has a wide application range. The water reducing agent mostly belongs to an anionic surfactant, and comprises lignosulfonate, naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde polymer and the like, and the water reducing agent has a dispersing effect on cement particles after being added into a concrete mixture, can improve the workability, reduce the unit water consumption, improve the fluidity of the concrete mixture, or reduce the unit cement consumption, saves cement, and has a wide market prospect.
The water reducing agent needs to be stirred in the production process, and the precipitation and delamination phenomena are inevitably generated in the stirring process of the water reducing agent, so that the water reducing agent is not uniformly stirred and the stirring efficiency is low.

The rotating shaft is vertically arranged and comprises a threaded section which is positioned in the middle and is in threaded connection with the fixed sleeve, and a first shaft body and a second shaft body which are respectively positioned above and below the threaded section;
the first sleeve is of a hollow tubular structure and is vertically arranged above the first shaft body, and the first shaft body can be at least partially inserted into the first sleeve and can slide in the first sleeve;
the first driving shaft is driven to rotate by a first driving device and is in transmission connection with the first sleeve through a first clutch;
the second sleeve is of a hollow tubular structure and is vertically arranged below the second shaft body, and the second shaft body can be at least partially inserted into the second sleeve and can slide in the second sleeve;
the second driving shaft is driven by a second driving device to rotate and is in transmission connection with the second sleeve through a second clutch;
and the time relay is electrically connected with the first clutch and the second clutch and controls the on-off of the first clutch and the second clutch.
As a further improvement of the present invention,
the stirring device is positioned in the stirring tank, and at least part of the first sleeve pipe extends out of the upper part of the stirring tank;

a fixed sleeve 202, a vertically arranged tubular structure, provided with internal threads, and having its circumferential degree of freedom limited by a fixing means;
and a rotating sleeve 203 which is rotatably connected to the fixed sleeve 202 and has a rotating blade 205 mounted on the outside thereof, wherein the rotating sleeve 203 is driven to rotate by a rotating device.
A rotation shaft 204 vertically disposed and including a threaded section 206 at a middle position and threadedly coupled to the fixing sleeve 202, and a first shaft body 208 and a second shaft body 210 respectively located above and below the threaded section 206;
a first sleeve 212 which is a hollow tubular structure and is vertically arranged above the first shaft body 208, wherein the first shaft body 208 can be at least partially inserted into the first sleeve 212 and can slide in the first sleeve;
a first drive shaft 214 driven in rotation by a first drive means and drivingly connected to said first sleeve 212 by a first clutch 216;
a second sleeve 218 having a hollow tubular structure and vertically disposed below the second shaft 210, wherein the second shaft 210 is at least partially inserted into the second sleeve 218 and can slide therein;
a second drive shaft 220 driven in rotation by a second drive means and drivingly connected to said second sleeve 218 by a second clutch 222;
and the time relay is electrically connected with the first clutch 216 and the second clutch 222 and controls the on-off of the first clutch and the second clutch.
As a further improvement of the present invention,
the stirring device 2 is positioned in the stirring tank 4, and the first sleeve 212 at least partially extends out of the stirring tank 4;
the stirring tank 4 is divided into a first chamber 404 and a second chamber 406 by a partition 402 from bottom to top, and the second sleeve 218 is at least partially positioned in the first chamber 404.
As a further improvement of the present invention,
two symmetrical vertical sliding rails 408 are arranged on the side wall of the second chamber 406;
the fixing device is a cross bar 224 arranged at 180 degrees, one end of the cross bar 224 is fixed on the fixed sleeve 202, and the other end is connected to the vertical sliding rail 408 in a sliding manner.

The specific principle of the invention is as follows:

(2) when the rotary blade 205 moves up, the first clutch 216 controls the first driving shaft 214 to be communicated with the first sleeve 212, the second clutch 222 controls the second driving shaft 220 to be disconnected with the second sleeve 218, the motor drives the first driving shaft 214 to rotate, torque is transmitted to the rotary shaft 204 through the first sleeve 212, the rotary shaft 204 rotates clockwise, the fixed sleeve 202 cannot move rotationally because the rotary freedom degree is limited by the cross rod 224 connected to the sliding rail 408, only the rotary shaft moves up, when the rotary blade rises to a set height, the set height can be determined by the liquid level and is converted into completion time, then the first clutch 216 is controlled to be disconnected through the time relay, the second clutch 222 is communicated, and the rotary blade 205 moves down;
(3) when the rotating blade 205 moves downwards, the second clutch 222 controls the second driving shaft 220 to be communicated with the second sleeve 218, the first clutch 216 controls the first driving shaft 214 to be disconnected from the first sleeve 212, the motor drives the second driving shaft 220 to rotate, torque is transmitted to the rotating shaft 204 through the second sleeve 218, the rotating shaft 204 rotates anticlockwise, the fixed sleeve 202 cannot rotate due to the fact that the rotating freedom degree is limited by the cross rod 224 connected to the sliding rail 408, only the rotating shaft moves downwards, when the rotating blade descends to a set height, the second clutch 222 is controlled to be disconnected through a time relay (the ascending and descending time is obtained through conversion of the ascending and descending height and the ascending and descending speed), the first clutch 216 is communicated, and the rotating blade 205 moves upwards;
(4) and the process is circulated.
