Technical Field

Background
The concrete mixing plant mainly comprises 5 major systems such as a mixing host, a material weighing system, a material conveying system, a material storage system, a control system and the like, and other accessory facilities. As the building aggregate metering is compared with the station aggregate metering, four intermediate links are reduced, and the metering time is saved because of vertical blanking metering, the production efficiency is greatly improved.
In the stirring production process of concrete, a large amount of dust can be generated, the dust removing device used in the existing concrete stirring station directly sucks air and dust in the air into the cloth bag and removes the dust by the cloth bag, and the simple dust removing mode of enabling air flow to pass through the cloth bag has the problem of insufficient dust removal, so that the dust removing device for the concrete stirring station needs to be designed to solve the problem.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical problem that the existing dust removing equipment of the concrete mixing plant cannot remove dust sufficiently, the invention provides a dust removing device of the concrete mixing plant.
The invention provides a concrete mixing plant dust removal device, which comprises a first support shell, an air inlet pipe and an exhaust pipe, wherein the bottom outer wall of the air inlet pipe is fixedly provided with the first support shell, the first support shell is arranged on the top outer wall of a second support shell through bolts, the bottom outer wall of the second support shell is fixedly provided with an air gathering pipe, the bottom outer wall of the air gathering pipe is connected with the top outer wall of the exhaust pipe through bolts, the circumferential top inner wall of the air inlet pipe is fixedly provided with a filter screen plate, the circumferential middle inner wall of the air inlet pipe is fixedly provided with an exhaust fan, the section of the first support shell is rectangular, the outer walls of the bottoms of the two sides of the first support shell are fixedly provided with slag discharge pipes, the inner walls of the bottoms of the two sides of the first support shell are fixedly provided with first support rods which are obliquely arranged at equal intervals, and the two groups of the first support rods are symmetrically arranged, adjacent sides of the two first supporting rods are arranged in a butt joint mode through bolts, two groups of lantern rings which are arranged equidistantly are sleeved on the outer walls of the circumferences of the first supporting rods in a sliding mode, the outer walls of the tops of the lantern rings are fixedly provided with the same first cloth pad, the outer wall of the top of one side of the lantern ring is connected with a third supporting rod through a torsional spring hinge, the top of the third supporting rod is arranged in an arc mode, the outer wall of one side, adjacent to two ends of each slag discharging pipe, is provided with a first groove, the inner wall of each first groove is fixedly provided with an electric guide rail, the outer wall of each electric guide rail is connected with an electric slider in a sliding mode, the same first supporting plate is connected between the two electric sliders on the same side through bolts, the outer wall of one side, adjacent to the two first supporting plates, is connected with the outer walls on two sides of the first cloth pads through bolts respectively, and the outer walls on the bottoms of two sides of the first supporting shell are provided with first openings respectively, and the inner walls of the tops of the two first openings are connected with a sealing plate through hinges, the outer wall of the middle part of one side, adjacent to the sealing plate, of the sealing plate is connected with second supporting rods through hinges, and the outer walls of the bottoms of the two second supporting rods are connected with the outer wall of one side, adjacent to the tops of the two first supporting plates, of the top of the two first supporting plates through hinges respectively.
Preferably, the section of the second support shell is circular, a second support plate is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the top of the circumference of the second support shell, a support screen plate is connected to the inner wall of the bottom of the circumference of the second support shell through bolts, a honeycomb hole is formed in the outer wall of the top of the second support plate, a mounting plate is fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the top of the honeycomb hole, and a second opening is formed in the outer wall of the top of the mounting plate.

the outer wall of the center of the top of the supporting bottom plate 19 is connected with a vertically arranged rotating rod 24 through a bearing, the outer wall of the circumferential top of the rotating rod 24 is connected with spiral fan blades 22 through bolts, and the outer wall of the circumferential bottom of the rotating rod 24 is connected with rotating fan blades 18 distributed in an annular array mode through bolts;
the inner wall of the circumferential bottom of the air inlet pipe 5 is provided with mounting grooves distributed in an annular array, and the inner walls of the mounting grooves are connected with springs 9 through bolts;
the outer wall of one adjacent side of the spring 9 is connected with the same rubber plate 10 through a bolt, and the outer wall of the top of the rubber plate 10 is provided with first air guide holes 11 which are arranged at equal intervals;
the slag discharging pipe orifices of the two slag discharging pipes 3 are all arranged downwards.
The control mode of the invention is controlled by a controller, the control circuit of the controller can be realized by simple programming of a person skilled in the art, the supply of the power supply also belongs to the common knowledge in the field, and the invention is mainly used for protecting mechanical devices, so the control mode and the circuit connection are not explained in detail in the invention.
The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, a user firstly needs to fixedly and vertically install the device in a concrete mixing station, the exhaust pipe 1 is vertically arranged in a downward suspension mode, then the exhaust fan 8 is started to exhaust air and remove dust, when the air is exhausted, the air flow can drive the rubber plate 10 to bulge downwards, the opening of the first air guide hole 11 is gradually enlarged until the sum of the calibers of all the first air guide holes 11 is equal to the sum of the calibers of the air inlet pipe 5, after the air is exhausted, the rubber plate 10 can restore to the original state, the aperture of the first air guide hole 11 is minimized, the arrangement can effectively prevent dust from entering the device and then being exhausted from the top of the air inlet pipe 5, the dust removal stability is effectively improved, the air flow enters the first supporting shell 4, the corrugated first cloth pad 13 effectively improves the contact area of the air flow and the first cloth pad 13, and further improves the dust removal sufficiency, regularly start electronic slider, it removes to one side of keeping away from each other toward by electronic slider drive two first backup pads 12, and then can be straightened first cloth pad 13 by first backup pad 12, and then make the residue on first cloth pad 13 can discharge from scum pipe 3 along first cloth pad 13, avoid the residue to block up first cloth pad 13, the smoothness nature of removing dust has been improved, it gets into second support housing 6 to connect the distinguished and admirable wind, the distinguished and admirable wind can drive dwang 24 behind helical fan blade 22 and rotate, and then can drive rotating fan blade 18 and rotate, make the distinguished and admirable wind produce centrifugal force, and then make the dust in the distinguished and admirable wind fully contact with second cloth pad 21, further improvement the sufficiency of removing dust, discharge from exhaust pipe 1 at last.
