Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an eye massager that has good adhesion to the eyes of a human body.
The eye massager according to the embodiment of the invention comprises: two mirror frame portions and bridging portion, two the mirror frame portion pass through the bridging portion is connected, and two the mirror frame portion for the bridging portion symmetry sets up, mirror frame portion the bridging portion prescribes a limit to the dodge space that supplies the human nose portion to stretch into jointly, the bridging portion includes flexible connection portion and elastically deformable's connection piece, flexible connection portion connects between two mirror frame portions and at least wraps up a part of connection piece.
According to the eye massager disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the two mirror frame parts are connected by the bridging part, so that the eye massager is well attached to the eyes of a human body, and the massage effect of the eye massager is ensured.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the surface of the flexible connecting part facing to the human eye part side is provided with a receiving groove, and the connecting piece is provided with an arc-shaped section, and the arc-shaped section protrudes away from the human eye part side and is attached to the receiving groove of the flexible connecting part.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the flexible connection comprises: the main board is positioned on one side of the flexible connecting part, which is far away from the eyes of a human body; and a mounting portion adapted to be connected to the frame portion.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the two frame portions have mounting grooves on opposite sides thereof, and the mounting portions are positioning protrusions provided on both sides of the main board, and the positioning protrusions are inserted into the mounting grooves to position the flexible connecting portion and the frame portion.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the flexible connection further comprises two wings extending from both sides of the main plate; the glasses frame part is provided with an avoiding groove on the surface of one side facing to the eyes of a human body, and the wing part stretches into the avoiding groove and is limited after the flexible connecting part is connected with the glasses frame part.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the width of the upper end of the wing is greater than the width of the lower end, and the outer profile of the wing comprises: the horizontal part is vertically connected to the upper end of the main plate; the vertical part is vertically connected to one end, far away from the main board, of the horizontal part, the height of the vertical part is smaller than that of the main board, and the lower end of the vertical part is connected to the lower end of the main board through an arc-shaped part.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the flexible connecting portion further comprises a positioning flange extending along the upper edge of the main board in a direction toward the eyes of the human body.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the connecting piece further comprises two fixing sections, the two fixing sections are arranged on two sides of the arc-shaped section and fixed with the two frame portions.
According to some embodiments of the invention, at least one of the arcuate section and the fixation section of the connecting tab has a through hole therein.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the bridge portion further comprises a cover plate disposed on a side of the flexible connecting portion facing the eyes of the human body to shield the flexible connecting portion and the connecting piece.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a wire passing space is provided between the cover plate and the flexible connecting portion.
According to some embodiments of the invention, an overall thickness of the bridge in a front-to-rear direction is no greater than 8 mm.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
An eye massager 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 6, an eye massager 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: two frame portions 10 and a bridge portion 20.
The two frame portions 10 are connected by a bridge portion 20, the two frame portions 10 are symmetrically arranged relative to the bridge portion 20, the frame portions 10 and the bridge portion 20 jointly define an escape space 30 into which a nose of a human body can extend, the bridge portion 20 comprises a flexible connecting portion 21 and an elastically deformable connecting piece 22, and the flexible connecting portion 21 is connected between the two frame portions 10 and wraps at least a part of the connecting piece 22.
With reference to fig. 1, when the eye massager 100 is worn by a human body, the connecting piece 22 can elastically deform to move the two frame portions 10 toward the eyes of the human body, and the connecting piece 22 can drive the flexible connecting portion 21 to deform, so that the two frame portions 10 can be better attached to the eyes of the human body. The flexible connecting part 21 can be contacted with the nose of the human body, so that the condition that the sheet-shaped connecting piece 22 is contacted with the human body to cause discomfort can be avoided. The two frame portions 10 are connected by the bridge portion 20, and the frame portions 10 can maintain the basic shape of the eye massage apparatus 100 while ensuring the structural strength of the eye massage apparatus 100, and the frame portions 10 are attached to the eyes of the human body to massage the eyes of the human body.
Wherein, the frame portion 10 is connected to the flexible connecting portion 21 and the connecting piece 22 at the same time, so that the stability of the connection between the bridge portion 20 and the frame portion 10 can be effectively ensured.
According to the eye massager 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the bridge part 20 is arranged to connect the two frame parts 10, so that the eye massager 100 can be well attached to the eyes of a human body, and the massage effect of the eye massager 100 is ensured. Moreover, the eye massager 100 has a stable and reliable structure.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the surface of the side of the flexible connecting portion 21 facing the eyes of the human body has a receiving groove 211, and the connecting piece 22 has an arc-shaped section 221, and the arc-shaped section 221 protrudes away from the side of the eyes of the human body and is received in the receiving groove 211 of the flexible connecting portion 21. The convex shape of the arc-shaped segment 221 can be adapted to the shape of the nose of a human body. The holding tank 211 suits with the laminating radian of segmental arc 221 to can make the inseparable laminating of segmental arc 221 on holding tank 211, reduce the resistance when bridge portion 20 buckles, guarantee the reliability when bridge portion 20 deforms.
Optionally, the connecting piece 22 is made of memory titanium. The memory titanium material has high elasticity and good memory function, and the connecting sheet 22 arranged in this way can restore the original shape, which can keep the eye massager 100 in the original shape (the original shape is the shape of two lens frame portions 10 on a substantially straight line as shown in fig. 6) when the human body is not wearing or after wearing. When the eye massager 100 is worn by a human body, the connecting sheet 22 can enable the two frame portions 10 to fit the massage areas needed by the eyes of the human body.
In the example of fig. 4, the receiving groove 211 is provided at the upper end of the flexible connecting portion 21 (i.e., the end of the flexible connecting portion 21 away from the nose of the human body), so that the connecting piece 22 can be kept away from the face of the human body, ensuring the comfort when the eye massager 100 is worn by the human body.
In some further embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the flexible connection 21 comprises: a main plate 212 and a mounting portion 213 adapted to be connected to the frame portion 10. The main board 212 is located on one side of the flexible connecting portion 21 away from the eyes of the human body. The main plate 212 is disposed along the longitudinal direction of the eye massager 100, and the outer contour of the main plate 212 (the outer side refers to the side away from the eyes of the human body when the eye massager 100 is worn by the human body) is adapted to the contours of the two frame portions 10.
According to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, 4 and 7, the two frame portions 10 have mounting grooves 11 on opposite sides thereof, respectively, and the mounting portions 213 are positioning protrusions 213a provided on both sides of the main board 212 and inserted into the mounting grooves 11 to position the flexible connecting portion 21 with the frame portion 10. The positioning projection 213a can improve the reliability of the connection between the flexible connecting portion 21 and the two frame portions 10.
According to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the flexible connecting portion 21 further includes two wing portions 214, the wing portions 214 extend from two sides of the main plate 212, the surface of the frame portion 10 facing to the eyes of the human body has an avoiding groove 12, and the wing portions 214 extend into the avoiding groove 12 and are limited after the flexible connecting portion 21 is connected with the frame portion 10. By arranging the two wing parts 214 and the avoiding groove 12, the contact area between the flexible connecting part 21 and the frame part 10 can be increased, so that the connecting surface is provided for the connecting piece 22 while the connection between the flexible connecting part 21 and the frame part 10 is more stable. It will be appreciated that the connecting tab 22 is secured at both ends within the relief groove 12 after extending into the wing portion 214.
In the example of fig. 2-4, the width of the upper end of the wing 214 is greater than the width of the lower end, and the outer profile of the wing 214 includes: horizontal portion 2141, vertical portion 2142 and arc-shaped portion 2143, horizontal portion 2141 is vertically connected to the upper end of main plate 212, vertical portion 2142 is vertically connected to one end of horizontal portion 2141 away from main plate 212, the height of vertical portion 2142 is less than that of main plate 212, and the lower end of vertical portion 2142 is connected to the lower end of main plate 212 through arc-shaped portion 2143. That is, as shown in fig. 4, the horizontal portion 2141, the vertical portion 2142 and the arc portion 2143 may be formed in a butterfly wing-like shape, and the arc portion 2143 may be provided to avoid the arc-contoured frame portion 10. The horizontal portions 2141 and the vertical portions 2142 can secure the contact area of the wing portions 214 with the two frame portions 10, improving the reliability of the connection of the bridge portions 20 with the frame portions 10.
In some optional examples, as shown in fig. 4, the flexible connecting portion 21 may further include a positioning flange 215, and the positioning flange 215 extends along the upper edge of the main plate 212 in a direction toward the eyes of the human body. The positioning flange 215 is located at the upper end of the eye massager 100, i.e. the end of the human body away from the nose when the human body wears the eye massager 100. The positioning flanges 215 can connect the upper ends of the two frame portions 10 with the bridging portion 20 to form a smooth transition. Optionally, the upper surface of the positioning flange 215 is arcuate.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the flexible connecting portion 21 further includes a supporting portion 216, the supporting portion 216 is disposed under the main plate 212 and forms an arch shape, and the supporting portion 216 can cooperate with the lower edge of the frame portion 10 to form an escape space 30 for accommodating the nose of the human body.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 5 and 7, the connecting piece 22 further includes two fixing sections 222, and the two fixing sections 222 are disposed at both sides of the arc-shaped section 221 and fixed to the two frame portions 10.
For example, the two fixed segments 222 may be flat. Thus, when the bridge portion 20 is deformed, the arc-shaped section 221 of the connecting piece 22 can be used as a fulcrum to deform the two fixing sections 222, so that the two frame portions 10 can move towards the eyes of the human body, the frame portions 10 can be tightly attached to the eyes of the human body, and the massage effect of the eye massage instrument 100 is ensured.
Alternatively, the connection between the arc-shaped section 221 and the two fixing sections 222 is rounded, so that the structural reliability of the connecting piece 22 can be ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, at least one of the arc section 221 and the fixing section 222 of the connecting piece 22 is provided with a through hole 223, by providing the through hole 223, stress generated when the connecting piece 22 is bent can be absorbed, cracks of the connecting piece 22 caused by large bending can be avoided, and the flexible connecting portion 21 can be ensured to be closely attached to the connecting piece 22, so that the firmness of connection between the bridge portion 20 and the frame portion 10 can be enhanced, and the reliability of the structure of the eye massager 100 can be ensured.
The through holes 223 may be disposed on the arc-shaped segment 221 or symmetrically disposed on the two fixing segments 222, of course, the through holes 223 may also be disposed on both the arc-shaped segment 221 and the two fixing segments 222, and the through holes 223 are symmetrically disposed. Thus, the weight of the connecting piece 22 can be reduced, the cost can be reduced, and the structural reliability of the connecting piece 22 at the time of bending can be ensured.
In the examples of fig. 2, 7-8 and 10, the bridge portion 20 further includes a cover plate 23, and the cover plate 23 is disposed on the side of the flexible connecting portion 21 facing the eyes of the human body to shield the flexible connecting portion 21 and the connecting piece 22, so as to make the whole eye massager 100 have a smooth and beautiful appearance, and to facilitate protecting the connecting piece 22 and improving the life of the connecting piece 22. Alternatively, the cover plate 23 may be made of the same or similar material as the frame part 10 and/or the flexible connecting part 21, such as a plastic material, resin or other material.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 8 to 9, the cover 23 and the flexible connecting portion 21 have a wire passing space 40 therebetween. The connection piece 22 is provided at an upper end of the flexible connection portion 21, and a space at a lower end between the flexible connection portion 21 and the cover plate 23 forms a wire passing space 40. The two frame portions 10 have the wire passing structure 50 communicated with the wire passing space 40, and the wire passing space 40 is communicated with the wire passing structure 50 to place a connecting wire, so that the wire arranging effect can be achieved, the weight of the eye massage instrument 100 can be reduced, and the experience of a human body can be improved.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 10, the total thickness D of the bridge portion 20 in the front-to-rear direction is not greater than 8 mm. When the eye massager 100 is bent due to the excessive thickness, the inner side of the bridge portion 20 is squeezed to an excessive degree, so that wrinkles are prone to appear on the surface of the bridge portion 20, and the cover plate 23 is mechanically damaged due to long-term use, which affects the service life of the eye massager 100.
In some examples of the present invention, the elastic piece, the frame portion 10, and the flexible connecting portion 21 may be integrally molded or adhesively fixed, so that the structure of the eye massager 100 may be stable and reliable. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in another example, the connecting piece 22 may be integrally formed with the frame portion 10 and then bonded to the flexible connecting portion 21, so that the manufacturing process may be simplified and the manufacturing cost may be reduced.
An eye massager 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 to 10.
As shown in fig. 2, the eye massager 100 includes a bridge portion 20 and two frame portions 10, and the two frame portions 10 are connected by the bridge portion 20. The bridge portion 20 includes a flexible connecting portion 21, a connecting piece 22, and a cover plate 23.
As shown in fig. 4, the flexible connecting portion 21 includes a main plate 212, a receiving groove 211 provided on one side of the main plate 212 facing the eyes of the human body, mounting portions 213 provided on both sides of the main plate 212 and connected to the frame portion 10, wing portions 214 extending from both sides of the main plate 212, a positioning flange 215 provided on the upper end of the main plate 212 and extending in the direction of the eyes of the human body, and a supporting portion 216 provided on the bottom of the main plate 212, and the supporting portion 216 is formed in an arch shape to contact with the nose of the human body.
The connecting piece 22 is provided with an arc-shaped section 221 and two fixing sections 222, the arc-shaped section 221 of the connecting piece 22 fits into the receiving groove 211, and the fixing sections 222 are provided at the upper ends of the wing portions 214. In addition, at least one through hole 223 is provided on each of the arc-shaped section 221 and the fixing section 222 to facilitate absorption of bending stress.
The cover plate 23 is provided on the side of the flexible connecting portion 21 facing the eyes of the human body. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the height of the connecting piece 22 is smaller than the height of the flexible connecting portion 21, so the cover plate 23 and the lower end of the flexible connecting portion 21 have a wire passing space 40 for placing the connecting wire, the two frame portions 10 have a wire passing structure 50 communicated with the wire passing space 40, and the wire passing space 40 is communicated with the wire passing structure 50 for placing the connecting wire. The eye massager 100 arranged in this way is well attached to the eyes of a human body, and the comfort of the human body when the human body is worn is ensured. Meanwhile, the eye massager 100 is stable and reliable in structure.
