Abstract

本发明公开了一种口咽拭子的采集方法,包括如下步骤:患者进入密闭隔离空间,将下巴放置固定在支撑架上并张口;医护人员穿着普通的防护衣服帽子口罩坐在独立空间中操作持物钳,持物钳前端设置有摄像头;首先取出卡扣在传送带上试管内的棉签,通过持物钳前方摄像头放大观察并传输图像到显示屏上,确认咽峡部位;选择合适位置涂抹棉签后,再放回入试管里,传送带将采集完样本的试管带出密闭隔离空间;患者完成采样可以离开,断电后将持物钳泡入盛有消毒液的器皿内,同时打开密闭隔离空间里的紫外线灯管进行消毒。本发明可确保样本由持物钳采集,避免了感染源与采样医护人员共处同一空间,从而有效保护医护人员和防止交叉感染。

一种口咽拭子的采集方法
技术领域
本发明属于医学技术领域,具体涉及一种口咽拭子的采集方法。
背景技术
咽拭子是从咽部和扁桃体取分泌物作细菌培养和病毒分离,从而了解患者患病情况。呼吸道病毒传播疾病流行期例如现在新冠疫情期间的发热门诊及定点收治医院需要大量反复采集口咽拭子,而现有医疗工作中咽拭子采集者主要依靠医护人员手工操作,通过手带手套,用夹持钳夹取棉签,通过棉签采样,该操作的特点在于动作简单却暴露感染风险很大,其缺点在于:人工需要穿戴好防护服,防护面罩眼罩等,才可进行采集,在多人采集期间需反复消毒,脱换手套,效率低。病毒会随着患者脱掉口罩,口腔打开,而大量呼出气体造成采集者的高暴露风险,另外,由于采集咽喉处造成患者恶心等咳嗽反应会导致气溶胶的喷出,从而污染采集房间的环境。造成周围人员的呼吸及接触等传播途径感染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种口咽拭子的采集方法,它可确保样本由持物钳采集,避免了感染源与采样医护人员共处同一空间,从而有效保护医护人员。持物钳可以放置多组,多组持物钳可以交替消毒从而提高效率,防止交叉感染。
本发明的技术方案为:一种口咽拭子的采集方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,患者进入大约1.5平米的密闭隔离空间,坐在取样桌前,摘掉口罩;
S2, 将下巴放置固定在支撑架上并张口;
S3,医护人员穿着普通的防护衣服帽子口罩坐在独立空间中操作持物钳,持物钳前端设置有摄像头;
S4, 首先取出卡扣在传送带上试管内的棉签,通过持物钳前方摄像头放大观察并传输图像到显示屏上,确认咽峡部位;
S5,选择合适位置涂抹棉签后,再放回入试管里,传送带将采集完样本的试管带出密闭隔离空间;
S6,患者完成采样可以离开,断电后将持物钳泡入盛有消毒液的器皿内,同时打开密闭隔离空间里的紫外线灯管;
S7,在持物钳浸泡消毒及紫外线灯管对密闭隔离空间消毒的过程中,另外的患者可以进入其他相同的密闭隔离空间中,进行上述步骤。
进一步地,所述密闭隔离空间内设置有将患者下巴放置的支撑架,密闭隔离空间内设置有用于消毒的紫外线灯管,独立空间内设置有显示屏,持物钳前端设置有摄像头;摄像头与显示屏连接且摄像头放大观察并实时传输图像到显示屏上, 密闭隔离空间与独立空间之间开设有孔洞,持物钳穿过孔洞且持物钳的一端位于密闭隔离空间内,持物钳的另一端位于独立空间内,持物钳与孔洞之间设置有密封胶圈,支撑架与独立空间之间设置有传送带和盛有消毒液的器皿,试管卡扣设置在传送带上,试管内放置有棉签。
本发明的有益效果为:样本由持物钳采集,避免了感染源与采样医护人员共处同一空间,从而有效保护医护人员。持物钳可以放置多组,多组持物钳可以交替消毒从而提高效率,防止交叉感染, 本发明中没有采用用电子机械手和感应装置,节省了成本,可以快速应用到临床,提高工作效率,是预防微生物在患者、医务人员及媒介物中播散的重要措施。对控制感染源、切断传播途径、保护医护人员,起着重要作用。

如图1所示,一种口咽拭子的采集方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,患者进入大约1.5平米的密闭隔离空间1,坐在取样桌前,摘掉口罩;
S2, 将下巴放置固定在支撑架3上并张口;
S3,医护人员穿着普通的防护衣服帽子口罩坐在独立空间2中操作持物钳4,密闭隔离空间1与独立空间2之间开设有孔洞12,持物钳4穿过孔洞12且持物钳4的加持部的一端位于密闭隔离空间1内,用于夹取棉签7对患者进行采集样品,持物钳4的手持部一端位于独立空间2内,医护人员通过操作持物钳4的手持部一端进行采样工作的进行,持物钳4与孔洞12之间设置有密封胶圈,将密闭隔离空间1与独立空间2完全隔离,防止医护人员感染,持物钳4前端设置有摄像头5,摄像头5与显示屏9通过数据线连接且摄像头5放大观察并实时传输图像到显示屏9上;
S4, 首先医护人员通过操作持物钳4取出卡扣在传送带8上试管6内的棉签7,通过持物钳4前端摄像头5放大观察并传输图像到显示屏9上,医护人员通过显示屏9确认患者咽峡部位;
S5,医护人员通过操作持物钳4选择合适位置涂抹棉签7后,再将涂抹后的棉签7放回入试管6里,传送带8将采集完样本的试管6带出密闭隔离空间1;
S6,患者完成采样可以离开,断电后将持物钳4的夹持部分泡入盛有消毒液的器皿11内,同时打开密闭隔离空间1里的紫外线灯管10;
S7,在持物钳4浸泡消毒及紫外线灯管10对密闭隔离空间1消毒的过程中,另外的患者可以进入其他相同的密闭隔离空间1中,进行上述步骤。
密闭隔离空间1内设置有将患者下巴放置的支撑架3,密闭隔离空间1内设置有用于消毒的紫外线灯管10,独立空间2内设置有显示屏9,持物钳4前端设置有摄像头5;摄像头5与显示屏9通过数据线连接且摄像头5放大观察并实时传输图像到显示屏9上, 医护人员通过观察显示屏9实时观察患者的情况,密闭隔离空间1与独立空间2之间开设有孔洞12,持物钳4穿过孔洞12且持物钳4夹持部的一端位于密闭隔离空间1内,持物钳4手持部的一端位于独立空间2内,持物钳4与孔洞12之间设置有密封胶圈,避免了感染源与采样医护人员共处同一空间,从而有效保护医护人员,支撑架3与独立空间2之间设置有传送带8和盛有消毒液的器皿11,试管卡扣设置在传送带8上,试管6内放置有棉签7。

Claims (3)

1.一种口咽拭子的采集方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1,患者进入大约1.5平米的密闭隔离空间(1),坐在取样桌前,摘掉口罩;
S2, 将下巴放置固定在支撑架(3)上并张口;
S3,医护人员穿着普通的防护衣服帽子口罩坐在独立空间(2)中操作持物钳(4),持物钳(4)前端设置有摄像头(5);
S4, 首先取出卡扣在传送带(8)上试管(6)内的棉签(7),通过持物钳(4)前方摄像头(5)放大观察并传输图像到显示屏(9)上,确认咽峡部位;
S5,选择合适位置涂抹棉签(7)后,再放回入试管(6)里,传送带(8)将采集完样本的试管(6)带出密闭隔离空间(1);
S6,患者完成采样可以离开,断电后将持物钳(4)的夹持部泡入盛有消毒液的器皿(11)内,同时打开密闭隔离空间(1)里的紫外线灯管(10);
S7,在持物钳(4)夹持部浸泡消毒及紫外线灯管(10)对密闭隔离空间(1)消毒的过程中,另外的患者可以进入其他相同的密闭隔离空间(1)中,进行上述步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种口咽拭子的采集方法,其特征在于,所述密闭隔离空间(1)内设置有将患者下巴放置的支撑架(3),密闭隔离空间(1)内设置有用于消毒的紫外线灯管(10),独立空间(2)内设置有显示屏(9),持物钳(4)前端设置有摄像头(5);摄像头(5)通过数据线与显示屏(9)连接且摄像头(5)放大观察并实时传输图像到显示屏(9)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种口咽拭子的采集方法,其特征在于,密闭隔离空间(1)与独立空间(2)之间开设有孔洞(12),持物钳(4)穿过孔洞(12)且持物钳(4)夹持部的一端位于密闭隔离空间(1)内,持物钳(4)手持部的一端位于独立空间(2)内,持物钳(4)与孔洞(12)之间设置有密封胶圈,支撑架(3)与独立空间(2)之间设置有传送带(8)和盛有消毒液的器皿(11),试管卡扣设置在传送带(8)上,试管(6)内放置有棉签(7)。
