A manufacturing process of a mask comprises the following steps of firstly, preparing a mask main body sheet and an elastic fabric:

then, the two ends of the material belt unit and the two ends of the mask main body unit are welded to form a plurality of mask single bodies. Preferably, longitudinal welding edges are respectively formed at two ends of the mask main body unit, and two ends of the material belt unit are welded with two ends of the mask main body unit at the same time, and the state is shown as D in fig. 2; therefore, the two ends of the material belt unit and the two ends of the mask main body unit are welded without separate processes, and the process of longitudinal edge melting which is originally required by the mask main body can be simultaneously finished; therefore, the elastic fabric 20 is welded without additional time;
generally, both ends of the mask body may be cut longitudinally on the mask manufacturing apparatus to obtain a single mask in a state shown as E in fig. 2. Of course, manual cutting may be employed.
It should be noted that the product status changes in the manufacturing process shown in fig. 2 are only for illustration and do not limit the number of semi-finished products in each real-time status during actual production.
The left side ear hanging part and the right side ear hanging part are both provided with hanging hole areas, and waste materials are connected in the hanging hole areas and/or areas between the left side ear hanging part and the right side ear hanging part in a removable manner; and removing waste materials of the single mask.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, it can be seen that after the elastic fabric is precut, a connecting section 204 capable of being torn is remained between the left side ear hanging part and the right side ear hanging part, the left side ear hanging part and the right side ear hanging part are both provided with a hanging hole area, and waste materials 203 are connected in the hanging hole area and/or the area between the left side ear hanging part and the right side ear hanging part in a tearing way; in the actual design, the shapes of the left side ear hanging part and the right side ear hanging part can be changed according to the actual requirement, and the invention is not limited to the D-shaped structure shown in the attached drawings of the invention.
Typically, after cutting to obtain individual masks, the waste 203 of the individual masks is removed (e.g., by hand tearing or with the aid of a tool, etc.).
