瓦楞纸可助于降解。
木浆纸具有增加产品的纤维长度效果。
玉米淀粉可使产品在高温高压整形时防止产品撕裂,提高光滑度。
防水剂具有一定的防水效果,在纸浆花盆浇水过程中防止快速渗漏,保证产品一次浇水48小时之内不会因水分渗漏而导致育苗盆变形,可自行降解,无需人工烧毁,进而避免污染空气。

具体地,将玉米淀粉至兑水稀释熬制成糊状添加在纸浆溶液中最大的效果能提高产品的光滑度,同时有一定的防水效果。这样做出来的产品在自然环境中可以达到90-120天自然降解溶于泥土之中。
防水剂添加在纸浆溶液中有主要功效是在纸浆花盆浇水过程中防止快速渗漏,保证产品一次浇水48小时之内不会因水分渗漏而导致育苗盆变形。

瓦楞纸、木浆纸、玉米淀粉、防水剂、水、苦皮藤素和枯草芽孢杆菌水剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的助于植物生长可降解一次性育苗组合物,其特征在于:
所述瓦楞纸:10-20重量份;
所述木浆纸:0.2-0.3重量份;
所述玉米淀粉:0.05-0.15重量份;
所述防水剂:0.015-0.025重量份;
所述水:800-1200重量份;
所述苦皮藤素:6-15重量份;
所述枯草芽孢杆菌水剂:1.5-2.5重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的助于植物生长可降解一次性育苗组合物,其特征在于:
所述瓦楞纸:12-18重量份;
所述木浆纸:0.22-0.28重量份;
所述玉米淀粉:0.07-0.13重量份;
所述防水剂:0.017-0.023重量份;
所述水:850-1150重量份;
所述苦皮藤素:7.5-13.5重量份;
所述枯草芽孢杆菌水剂:1.7-2.2重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的助于植物生长可降解一次性育苗组合物,其特征在于:
所述瓦楞纸:13-17重量份;
所述木浆纸:0.23-0.27重量份;
所述玉米淀粉:0.08-0.12重量份;
所述防水剂:0.018-0.022重量份;
所述水:900-1100重量份;
所述苦皮藤素:8-13重量份;
所述枯草芽孢杆菌水剂:1.8-2.1重量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的助于植物生长可降解一次性育苗组合物,其特征在于:
所述瓦楞纸:14-16重量份;
所述木浆纸:0.24-0.26重量份;
所述玉米淀粉:0.09-0.11重量份;
所述防水剂:0.019-0.021重量份;
所述水:920-1070重量份;
所述苦皮藤素:9-12重量份;
所述枯草芽孢杆菌水剂:1.9-2重量份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的助于植物生长可降解一次性育苗组合物,其特征在于:
所述瓦楞纸:15重量份;
所述木浆纸:0.25重量份;
所述玉米淀粉:0.10重量份;
所述防水剂:0.020重量份;
所述水:1000重量份;
所述苦皮藤素:10.5重量份;
所述枯草芽孢杆菌水剂:1.95重量份。
7.一种包括权利要求1-6中任一项所述的助于植物生长可降解一次性育苗组合物的器皿,其特征在于:所述器皿为育苗盆。
8.一种器皿的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
称取步骤:按照权利要求1-6中任一项所述瓦楞纸、所述木浆纸、所述玉米淀粉、所述防水剂、所述水、所述苦皮藤素和所述枯草芽孢杆菌水剂配方称取,放入容器中;
搅拌步骤:使用搅拌机将所述容器中的所述瓦楞纸、所述木浆纸、所述玉米淀粉、所述防水剂、所述水、所述苦皮藤素和所述枯草芽孢杆菌水剂搅拌均匀形成溶液;
成形步骤:将所述溶液放入模具中挤压成型。
