acquiring a part related to a key position in the planned path in the video information, defining the part of the video information as a task key area video, and comparing the task key area video to realize key area comparison;
and when the path comparison or/and the key area comparison do not meet the requirements, the patrol is unqualified.
2. The video-based online patrol method according to claim 1, wherein the positioning information is calculated by a video trajectory analysis algorithm.
3. The video-based online patrol method according to claim 1, wherein the positioning information is used for positioning the intelligent device through cooperation between the internet of things device and the intelligent device held by the patrol personnel, namely the positioning information of the patrol personnel.
4. The video-based online patrol method according to claim 1, wherein comparing the positioning information with a preset planned path comprises:
acquiring a key position in a planned path, judging whether the key position is covered by positioning information, and if so, comparing the path to meet the requirement;
or forming an actual path by the set of all positioning information, comparing the actual path with the planned path, and if the comparison result is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold, the path comparison meets the requirement.
5. The video-based online patrol method according to claim 1, wherein comparing the task-focus area videos comprises:
acquiring the time of the video of each task key area, and recording the time as the actual time;
comparing the actual time with a preset time range corresponding to the key position, and judging that the time meets the requirement when the actual time is within the preset time range;
acquiring an action set of the night watchers in the video of each task key area, and recording the action set as an actual action;
comparing the actual action with a preset action corresponding to the key position, and judging that the action meets the requirement when the action comparison result is greater than or equal to a preset second threshold value;
and when the time judgment or/and the action judgment do not meet the requirements, the key area comparison does not meet the requirements.
6. The video-based online patrol method according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the online patrol method further comprises:
and receiving the biological characteristic information of the patrol personnel, comparing the biological characteristic information with the pre-stored personnel characteristics, and when the identity comparison does not meet the requirements, the patrol is unqualified.
7. The video-based online patrol method according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the online patrol method further comprises:
and constructing a BIM model covering the patrol area, and associating the video information, the positioning information and the related information which is unqualified in patrol with the BIM model.
8. An electronic device comprising a processor, a storage medium, and a computer program stored in the storage medium, wherein the computer program, when executed by the processor, implements the video-based online patrol method according to any one of claims 1-7.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the video-based online patrol method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A video-based online patrol system, comprising:
the system comprises a plurality of video monitoring devices, a monitoring center and a monitoring center, wherein the plurality of video monitoring devices are used for acquiring video information of patrol personnel in a patrol area;
the intelligent terminal is used for receiving the biological characteristic information of the night patrol personnel;
the Internet of things equipment is used for being matched with the intelligent terminal so that the intelligent terminal can obtain the positioning information of the patrol personnel;
the server is used for receiving the video information, the positioning information and the biological characteristic information, comparing the positioning information with a preset planning path and realizing the path comparison of real-time patrol; acquiring a part related to a key position in the planned path in the video information, defining the part of the video information as a task key area video, and comparing the task key area video to realize key area comparison; comparing the biological characteristic information with the pre-stored personnel characteristics; sending out abnormal reminding of missing patrol when the path comparison or/and the key area comparison do not meet the requirements; and when the identity comparison does not meet the requirements, sending an abnormal prompt of the patrol.
