Abstract

The invention relates to a photographing method, a device with a photographing function, equipment and a storage medium, wherein the photographing method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first image of a pre-view; identifying the first image to identify a scene category of the first image; acquiring a corresponding personalized processing database according to the scene category; and preprocessing the first image according to the personalized processing database to generate a second image. According to the invention, the framing is performed in advance before the shooting of the user, the framing content is preprocessed according to the preference of the user, and after the user sends a shooting instruction, the preprocessed picture is automatically generated, so that the shooting effect is better, and the shooting efficiency is improved.

Technical Field

Background
At present, smart phones have turned everyone into a photographer. With the progress of mobile phone hardware and the diversification of photographing application, a card camera is not needed in daily life, and photographing, editing and sharing are performed through a smart phone, so that the digital image is more humane and more interesting to life. The photographing experience of the existing camera or the smart phone is single, and after a user adjusts a lens, the user presses a photographing button to obtain a picture according to the landscape during photographing. For most photographers, a satisfactory picture cannot be obtained even after repeated shooting.

The following detailed description of the embodiments and the accompanying drawings are provided to illustrate the principles of the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention, i.e., the invention is not limited to the described embodiments.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "first", "second", "third", and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance, unless otherwise stated.
For better understanding of the present invention, a photographing method and a device having a photographing function according to an embodiment of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a photographing method, where the photographing method includes:
in step S1, a first image of the pre-view is acquired.
Automatically framing the acquired image content before the user takes a formal photograph.
In step S2, the first image is identified to identify the scene type of the first image.
Scene categories may include, but are not limited to, people, pets, food, landscapes, and the like.
And step S3, acquiring a corresponding personalized processing database according to the scene type.
The personalized processing database obtains preference settings of a photographer to certain scene photos according to daily photo characteristics of the user, for example, settings of background blurring of scenery photos, head portrait enlargement of pet photos, soft color and the like.
Step S4, pre-process the first image according to the personalized processing database, and generate a second image. And preprocessing the details of the pre-viewed first image according to the preference setting of the user stored in the personalized processing database to obtain an optimized second image, and quickly obtaining an ideal photo without repeatedly adjusting the focal length for multiple times.

In the process of pre-view, the shooting device or equipment can be moved randomly, and the first image of the pre-view is possibly unclear, so that the images can be sorted in the order of high definition to low definition and then screened.
Step S14: a predetermined number of first images ordered in the front are acquired.
The first images with relatively good quality are screened out by acquiring a predetermined number of first images which are sorted in the front, and the predetermined number can be 5 sheets and the like.
Referring to fig. 3, after step S11 and before step S12, that is, after receiving a scene pre-fetching instruction sent by a user and before automatically acquiring two or more first images according to a predetermined frequency, the method further includes:

Before more than two first images are automatically acquired according to a preset frequency, the environment around the scene needs to be identified, for example, the day or night is identified, the proper light brightness is adjusted and integrated, the proper shooting focal length is adjusted, and the high-quality pre-taken scene images are acquired conveniently.
Referring again to fig. 2, the identifying the first image to identify the scene category of the first image in step S2 includes: the scene categories of two or more first images are identified one by one. The scenes of the two or more first images may include scenery, pets, or people, etc., and need to be recognized separately.
Further, after step S1 and before step S2, that is, after the first image of the pre-view is acquired and before the scene type of the first image is identified, the photographing method according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
step S15: automatically caching a first image of a pre-view;
step S16: and uploading the first image to a cloud server or storing the first image to terminal equipment.
As shown by the dashed box in fig. 1, the first image of the pre-view may be cached to the cloud server or the terminal device. The terminal device refers to a device or equipment having a photographing function, such as a smart phone, a camera, and the like. The cloud server or the terminal device stores a personalized processing database, and can be used for preprocessing more than two first images one by one to obtain an optimized second image.
Referring to fig. 4, the step S3 of obtaining the corresponding personalization processing database according to the scene type includes:
step S31: and if the personalized processing database corresponding to the scene category cannot be acquired, determining that the scene category is a new scene. The cloud server or the terminal device further stores a general processing database which is a general processing mode for all pictures, for example, the brightness and the color of the pictures can be adjusted, and the red eyes of people can be removed.
Step S33: and prompting the user to calibrate the preprocessing information of the first image one by one according to the general processing database.
And calibrating the pre-viewed first images one by one according to a general preprocessing mode of a general processing database to obtain second images meeting the requirements of users.
Step S34: and storing the calibrated information, and using the calibrated information as a personalized processing database of the new scene.
The preprocessing process is actually the personalized processing of the new scene, so that the processing data can be stored as a personalized processing database of the new scene, the personalized processing database can be directly called when the next preview is carried out, and the scene pre-fetching time is saved.
Referring to fig. 1 again, after step S4, that is, after the first image is preprocessed according to the personalized processing database to generate the second image, the method for taking a picture according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:

When a user starts a shooting shutter or clicks a shooting button, a selection interface pops up to prompt the user to select a satisfactory photo from more than two pre-processed second images, and the shooting efficiency is improved.

Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a device with a photographing function, including: an acquisition unit 10, a recognition unit 20 and a processing unit 30.
The acquisition unit 10 is used to acquire a first image of a pre-view.
The identification unit 20 is configured to identify the first image to identify a scene type of the first image, and obtain a corresponding personalized processing database according to the scene type.
The processing unit 30 is configured to pre-process the first image according to the personalization processing database to generate a second image.
In addition, the acquiring unit 10 is further configured to receive a pre-view-fetching instruction sent by a user, automatically acquire two or more first images according to a predetermined frequency, sort the two or more first images in order from high definition to low definition, and acquire a predetermined number of first images sorted in the front.
The device with the photographing function further includes a cache unit 40, and after the obtaining unit 10 obtains the first image of the pre-view and before the recognition unit 20 recognizes the scene type of the first image, the cache unit 40 is configured to automatically cache the first image of the pre-view, and upload the first image to a cloud server or store the first image in a terminal device.

receiving a scene pre-fetching instruction sent by a user;
automatically acquiring more than two first images according to a preset frequency;
sequencing more than two first images according to the sequence of the definition from high to low;
acquiring a predetermined number of the first images which are ranked in the front.
3. The photographing method according to claim 2, wherein after receiving the pre-capture command sent by the user and before automatically acquiring two or more first images according to a predetermined frequency, the method further comprises:
acquiring environmental parameters around a scene;
and automatically adjusting the focal length and the light brightness according to the environmental parameters.

if the personalized processing database corresponding to the scene category cannot be acquired, determining that the scene category is a new scene;
configuring a general processing database for the new scene;
reminding a user to calibrate the preprocessing information of the first image one by one according to the general processing database;
and storing the calibrated information, and taking the calibrated information as a personalized processing database of the new scene.
6. The photographing method according to claim 1, wherein after the preprocessing the first image according to the personalized processing database and generating the second image, the method further comprises:
receiving a photographing instruction sent by a user;
