I.e. the message contains: [ license plate number ] [ road number set ] [ time ], wherein [ road number set ] if there are a plurality of numbers, is divided with commas for sequential judgment.
Correspondingly, after the judgment, the message returned by the judgment mechanism can be in the following format:
the return information includes: [ road number ] [ road name ] [ restriction state ] [ restriction period ] [ restriction cause ]. The restriction state has three values of 1-restriction, 2-vehicle restriction possibly without restriction and 3-restriction; the restricted time interval comprises a starting date-an ending date, a restricted day, a daily starting time-a daily ending time; the restriction reason is as follows: "reasons for restriction".
For further understanding of the solution of the present application, the present application further provides a method including a vehicle white list and how to handle a mode that a license plate number cannot be obtained or a scheduled elapsed time cannot be obtained due to various reasons, please refer to a flowchart shown in fig. 5:
1) firstly, checking whether the license plate number and the time can be obtained from the message; if the "license plate number" is empty, then it is assumed to be a non-existent 000000 plate; if the time is empty, the current time is assumed;
2) firstly checking whether the 'road number' exists in the 'restriction rule', if not, not restricting the road; if yes, the next step is carried out;
3) judging whether the time is in the corresponding [ restriction rule ] restriction time period or not, if not, not restricting the operation; if yes, the next step is carried out;
4) judging whether the license plate number is contained in the restricted object, if not, not limiting; if yes, carrying out the next step;
5) judging whether the license plate number and the time are in a vehicle white list or not, and if so, not limiting the operation; if not, the operation is restricted, and the next step is carried out;
6) if the license plate number is 000000, then it is possible to restrict the traffic.
Because the situation is complicated and cannot be illustrated by a list, a person skilled in the art can realize that many examples exist according to the basic method principle provided by the application and the practical situation, and the protection scope of the application should be protected without enough inventive work.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a block diagram of a vehicle restriction detecting device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the device may include:
a vehicle travel information acquiring unit 100 for acquiring a license plate number and a planned travel route of a target vehicle; the planned appearance route comprises a planned passing road and a planned passing time;
a restriction state judgment unit 200, configured to judge whether the planned passing time of the planned passing road is in a restriction state according to a restriction rule; at least a restricted road, a restricted time period and a restricted object are recorded in the restriction rule;
a restricted object judgment unit 300, configured to judge, according to a restriction rule, whether a target vehicle corresponding to the license plate number belongs to a restricted object when the restricted object is in a restricted state;
a notification sending unit 400, configured to send a notification containing restricted information through a preset path when the restricted object belongs to the restricted object.
The restricted driving state determining unit 200 may include:
the restricted road judging subunit is used for judging whether the planned passing road belongs to the restricted road or not according to the restriction rule;
the traffic control time period obtaining subunit is used for obtaining the traffic control time period of the planned passing road when the traffic control time period belongs to the restricted road;
the traffic control time period judging subunit is used for judging whether the scheduled elapsed time is in the traffic control time period or not according to the traffic control rule;
and the traffic control state determining subunit is used for determining that the planned passing road is in the traffic control state at the planned passing time when the planned passing time is within the traffic control time period.
Wherein, the restricted road judging subunit may include:
and the respective judgment module is used for judging whether each planned passing road belongs to the restricted road or not according to the restriction rule when the number of the planned passing roads is more than 1.
Further, the vehicle restriction detection apparatus may further include:
the white list judging unit is used for judging whether the target vehicle is allowed to be released from restriction according to a preset vehicle white list before sending the notice containing the restricted information through a preset path; the vehicle white list at least records the license plate number of the vehicle allowed to release the restriction, the road allowed to release the restriction and the time period;
a notification termination transmission unit configured to terminate execution of the step of transmitting the notification containing the restricted travel information through the preset path when the target vehicle is allowed to release the restriction;
a notification transmission execution unit configured to execute a step of transmitting a notification containing restricted travel information through a preset path when the target vehicle is not allowed to release the restricted travel.
Further, the vehicle restriction detection apparatus may further include:
a notification content preference parameter receiving unit for receiving an incoming notification content preference parameter before transmitting a notification containing restricted information through a preset path;
the preference notification generating unit is used for adjusting the content of the restricted information in the notification according to the notification content preference parameter to obtain a preference notification;
correspondingly, the notification sending unit 400 may include:
a preference notification sending subunit, configured to send a preference notification containing restricted information through a preset path.
Further, the vehicle restriction detection apparatus may further include:
the target time calculation unit is used for calculating and obtaining target time when the target vehicle is about to run to the planned passing road according to the planning of the navigation application on the journey when the planned passing time cannot be obtained;
the scheduled elapsed time serves as a unit for taking the target time as a scheduled elapsed time.
The present embodiment exists as an apparatus embodiment corresponding to the above method embodiment, and has all the beneficial effects of the method embodiment, which are not described in detail herein.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, the present application further provides an electronic device, which may include a memory and a processor, where the memory stores a computer program, specifically a vehicle restriction detection program, and the processor may implement the steps provided in the foregoing embodiments when calling the vehicle restriction detection program in the memory. Of course, the electronic device may also include various necessary network interfaces, power supplies, other components, and the like.
The present application also provides a readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by an execution terminal or processor can implement the steps provided by the above-mentioned embodiments. The storage medium may include: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
The embodiments are described in a progressive manner in the specification, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. The device disclosed by the embodiment corresponds to the method disclosed by the embodiment, so that the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the method part for description.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle restriction detection method, characterized by comprising:
acquiring a license plate number and a planned travel route of a target vehicle; the planned travel route includes a planned transit road and a planned transit time of the planned transit road;
judging whether the planned passing road is in a restricted state in the planned passing time according to a restriction rule; the restriction rule at least records a restricted road, a restriction time period and a restriction object;
if the vehicle is in a restricted state, judging whether the target vehicle corresponding to the license plate number belongs to a restricted object according to the restriction rule;
and if the information belongs to the restricted object, sending a notice containing restricted information through a preset path.
2. The vehicle restriction detection method according to claim 1, wherein determining whether the planned transit road is in a restricted state at the planned transit time according to a restriction rule includes:
judging whether the planned passing road belongs to the restricted road or not according to the restriction rule;
if the road belongs to the restricted road, acquiring a restriction time period of the planned passing road;
judging whether the scheduled elapsed time is within the restricted time period or not according to the restricted rule;
and if the planned passing time is within the traffic control time period, determining that the planned passing road is in a traffic control state at the planned passing time.
3. The vehicle restriction detection method according to claim 1, wherein when the number of planned passing roads is greater than 1, determining whether the planned passing road belongs to the restricted road according to the restriction rule includes:
and respectively judging whether each planned passing road belongs to the restricted road according to the restriction rule.
4. The vehicle restriction detection method according to claim 1, wherein each restriction rule includes: the type of the restriction deadline, the restricted road, the effective and ending date of the restriction rule, the type of the restriction date, the starting and ending time of the restriction date, the restriction object and the reason for the restriction.
5. The vehicle restriction detection method according to claim 1, further comprising, before transmitting the notification containing the restricted information through the preset path:
judging whether the target vehicle is allowed to be released according to a preset vehicle white list; the vehicle white list at least records the license plate number of the vehicle allowed to release the restriction, the road allowed to release the restriction and the time period;
if the target vehicle is allowed to remove the restriction, stopping executing the step of sending the notice containing the restricted information through the preset path;
and if the target vehicle is not allowed to release the restricted driving, executing the step of sending a notice containing restricted driving information through a preset path.
6. The vehicle restriction detection method according to claim 1, further comprising, before transmitting the notification containing the restricted information through the preset path:
receiving incoming notification content preference parameters;
adjusting the content of restricted information in the notification according to the notification content preference parameter to obtain a preference notification;
correspondingly, the sending of the notification containing the restricted information through the preset path includes:
and sending a preference notice containing restricted information through the preset path.
7. The vehicle restriction detection method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising, when the planned elapsed time cannot be acquired:
according to the planning of the navigation application to the journey, calculating to obtain the target time when the target vehicle is about to run to the planned passing road;
taking the target time as the scheduled elapsed time.
8. A vehicle restriction detection device, characterized by comprising:
the vehicle driving information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the license plate number and the planned travel route of the target vehicle; the planned travel route includes a planned transit road and a planned transit time of the planned transit road;
the traffic control state judging unit is used for judging whether the planned passing road is in a traffic control state in the planned passing time according to a traffic control rule; the restriction rule at least records a restricted road, a restriction time period and a restriction object;
the restricted object judging unit is used for judging whether the target vehicle corresponding to the license plate number belongs to a restricted object or not according to the limiting rule when the restricted object is in a restricted state;
and the notification sending unit is used for sending a notification containing restricted information through a preset path when the restricted object belongs to the restricted object.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing a vehicle restriction detection program;
a processor for implementing the steps of the vehicle restriction detection method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the vehicle restriction detection program.
10. A readable storage medium, characterized in that a vehicle restriction detection program is stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implements the steps in the vehicle restriction detection method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
