The invention provides a man and vehicle access management system, which comprises an access management edge computing terminal, a vehicle channel opening detector, a vehicle channel monitoring camera, a pedestrian channel opening detector, a pedestrian channel monitoring camera and a manual controller, wherein the vehicle channel is arranged on the vehicle access management edge computing terminal;
the pedestrian passageway/vehicle passageway is used for identifying and controlling the entrance and exit of people/vehicles, and after the information of the persons/license plates in and out is collected and identified by the entrance and exit management edge computing terminal, the passageway opening operation is carried out in response to the passing or non-passing instruction sent by the entrance and exit management edge computing terminal;
when the information collected by the pedestrian passage/vehicle passage cannot identify people/vehicles, the manual controller responds to the operation of an entrance guard to send an opening instruction to the entrance guard controller in the corresponding pedestrian passage/vehicle passage, and the entrance guard controller receiving the opening instruction opens the pedestrian passage/vehicle passage;
after a pedestrian passage/vehicle passage is opened, the pedestrian passage opening detector/vehicle passage opening detector detects the opening state of the pedestrian passage/vehicle passage, opening state information is sent to the access management edge computing terminal, the access management edge computing terminal records relevant information of the current opening, meanwhile, the access management edge computing terminal controls the pedestrian passage monitoring camera/vehicle passage monitoring camera to be opened and obtains videos/pictures of personnel/vehicle access events, and the access management edge computing terminal stores the videos/pictures.
The invention also provides a man and vehicle access management method, which comprises the following steps:
for the people/vehicles coming in and going out, the pedestrian passage/vehicle passage collects the information of the people/license plate, and the information collected is identified by the coming in and going out management edge computing terminal;
when the information collected by the pedestrian passage/vehicle passage cannot identify people/vehicles, the manual controller responds to the operation of the entrance guard to send an opening instruction to the corresponding entrance guard controller, and the entrance guard controller receiving the opening instruction opens the pedestrian passage/vehicle passage; the manual controller is a entrance guard management terminal or a remote controller;
after the pedestrian passageway/vehicular passageway is opened, the pedestrian passageway opening detector/vehicular passageway opening detector detects the opening state of the pedestrian passageway/vehicular passageway, the opening state information is sent to the access management edge computing terminal, the access management edge computing terminal records the relevant information of the opening, meanwhile, the access management edge computing terminal controls the opening of the pedestrian passageway monitoring camera/vehicular passageway monitoring camera and obtains videos/pictures of personnel/vehicles access events, and the videos/pictures are stored by the access management edge computing terminal.
The system and the method for managing the entrance and exit of the people and the vehicles combine the function of intelligent identification of the existing entrance and exit of the people and the vehicles, carry out data recording on the entrance and exit data of all the people and the vehicles in a controllable environment for a user unit with strict security requirements, and carry out complete and effective recording and analysis on the entrance and exit data interfered by a human particularly under the condition of special vehicles and people; meanwhile, the system also supports the entry and exit records of personnel and vehicles under the offline/offline condition.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a human-vehicle access management system, which comprises an access management application server, an administrator terminal, an access management edge computing terminal, a entrance guard management terminal, a vehicle channel opening detector, a vehicle channel monitoring camera, a pedestrian channel opening detector and a pedestrian channel monitoring camera, wherein the vehicle channel comprises a license plate recognition device and an access controller, and the pedestrian channel comprises a human face/fingerprint/IC card recognition device and an access controller. The access management edge computing terminal is installed nearby near an access, and the access management application server is provided with an access management system.
The functions of the above modules are explained in detail according to the workflow of the whole system.
And the administrator terminal is used for performing operations such as registration, management, entry, issue, deletion and the like of personnel/vehicle access in the access management system according to the operation of an administrator. In this embodiment, the administrator terminal provides an operation interface in a B/S architecture manner.
And the access management application server is used for issuing the personnel/vehicle data added in the access management system to a plurality of access management edge computing terminals.
And for the people/vehicles which normally come in and go out, the pedestrian passage/vehicle passage returns the face/fingerprint/IC card/license plate result obtained by identification to the coming in and going out management edge computing terminal. And after the access management edge computing terminal judges the identification result, the access management edge computing terminal judges whether the access management edge is released or not. And if the judgment of not releasing is made, the access management edge computing terminal only records the identification event.
And if the passing judgment is made, the access management edge computing terminal sends an opening instruction to the corresponding access controller, and the access controller receiving the opening instruction opens the corresponding pedestrian passageway or vehicle passageway.
After the entrance guard controller opens the pedestrian passage or the vehicle passage, the pedestrian passage opening detector/vehicle passage opening detector detects the opening state of the pedestrian passage/vehicle passage, and the opening state information is sent to the entrance and exit management edge computing terminal. And the access management edge computing terminal records the related information of the opening, such as time, equipment number, direction, face/fingerprint/IC card/license plate and the like.
When people/vehicles cannot be identified by the face/fingerprint/IC card identification device/license plate identification device in the pedestrian passageway/vehicle passageway, a doorkeeper can log in the access management system through the doorkeeper management terminal, information of the people/vehicles in and out is input into the access management system, then the access button is clicked, and the access management system sends an instruction for opening the corresponding pedestrian passageway/vehicle passageway to the access management edge computing terminal. In this embodiment, the entrance guard management terminal also provides an operation interface by adopting a B/S architecture.
And the access management edge computing terminal sends an opening instruction to the corresponding access controller, and the access controller receiving the opening instruction opens the pedestrian passage/vehicle passage. After the pedestrian path/vehicle path is opened, the pedestrian path opening detector/vehicle path opening detector detects the opening state of the pedestrian path/vehicle path, the opening state information is sent to the access management edge computing terminal, the access management edge computing terminal records the relevant information of the opening, such as time, entrance guard user name, equipment number, direction and the like, meanwhile, the access management edge computing terminal controls the pedestrian path monitoring camera/vehicle path monitoring camera to be opened and obtains videos/pictures of personnel/vehicle access events, and the access management edge computing terminal stores the videos/pictures.
When people/vehicles cannot be identified by the face/fingerprint/IC card identification device/license plate identification device in the pedestrian passageway/vehicle passageway, the entrance guard can also use the remote controller to pass, the remote controller sends an opening instruction to the corresponding access controller, and the access controller receiving the opening instruction opens the pedestrian passageway/vehicle passageway. After the pedestrian path/vehicle path is opened, the pedestrian path opening detector/vehicle path opening detector detects the opening state of the pedestrian path/vehicle path, the opening state information is sent to the access management edge computing terminal, the access management edge computing terminal records the relevant information of the opening, such as time, a remote controller opening instruction, equipment number, direction and the like, meanwhile, the access management edge computing terminal controls the pedestrian path monitoring camera/vehicle path monitoring camera to be opened and obtains videos/pictures of personnel/vehicle access events, and the access management edge computing terminal stores the videos/pictures.
The access management edge computing terminal detects the network connection state with the access management application server in real time, and uploads access record information to an access management system for storage during normal connection; when the network connection is interrupted, the access management edge computing terminal stores the access record information into a local database, and once the network connection with the access management application server is recovered, the stored access record information is uploaded to an access management system.
When the entrance guard manually releases the entrance, the entrance and exit management system automatically analyzes the videos/pictures recorded by the pedestrian passageway monitoring camera/the traffic passageway monitoring camera, the identification of the person/vehicle entering or exiting is completed by utilizing artificial intelligence analysis, the videos/pictures which can automatically complete the analysis are automatically registered to the entrance and exit management system, and the videos/pictures which cannot automatically complete the analysis prompt the manual analysis.
And the administrator uses the administrator terminal to complete the statistics and analysis report of all the personnel/vehicle access record information.
Based on the same invention concept, the invention also provides a man-vehicle access management method, which is implemented based on the system, and repeated parts are not repeated. The method mainly comprises the following steps:
for the people/vehicles coming in and going out, the pedestrian passage/vehicle passage collects the information of the people/license plate, and the information collected is identified by the coming in and going out management edge computing terminal;
when the information collected by the pedestrian passage/vehicle passage cannot identify people/vehicles, the manual controller responds to the operation of the entrance guard to send an opening instruction to the corresponding entrance guard controller, and the entrance guard controller receiving the opening instruction opens the pedestrian passage/vehicle passage; the manual controller is a entrance guard management terminal or a remote controller;
after the pedestrian passageway/vehicular passageway is opened, the pedestrian passageway opening detector/vehicular passageway opening detector detects the opening state of the pedestrian passageway/vehicular passageway, the opening state information is sent to the access management edge computing terminal, the access management edge computing terminal records the relevant information of the opening, meanwhile, the access management edge computing terminal controls the opening of the pedestrian passageway monitoring camera/vehicular passageway monitoring camera and obtains videos/pictures of personnel/vehicles access events, and the videos/pictures are stored by the access management edge computing terminal.
