Abstract
本发明提供一种背光模块以及显示装置,该背光模块包括:外壳,所述外壳包括底板和主侧壁,导光板,位于所述外壳内;所述导光板包括第一表面和第二表面;光源,设于所述导光板的一侧,且所述光源固定在所述主侧壁上;反射片,也位于所述外壳内,所述反射片位于所述导光板的第一表面;所述导光板固定在所述反射片上。本发明的背光模块以及显示装置,能够避免导光板的位置发生偏移,提高了显示效果。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种背光模块以及显示装置。
【背景技术】
现有的背光模块包括导光板、光源以及外壳,光源设置在导光板的一侧,导光板和光源均位于外壳内。
然而当显示模组振动时,导光板在垂直方向的位置会发生偏移,从而在显示过程中会出现闪烁的现象,降低了显示效果。当背光模块的尺寸增大时,导光板的振幅将会增加,闪烁现象将会加重。
因此,有必要提供一种背光模块以及显示装置,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种背光模块以及显示装置,能够避免导光板的位置发生偏移,进而提高显示效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种背光模块,其包括:
外壳,所述外壳包括底板和主侧壁,
导光板,位于所述外壳内;所述导光板包括第一表面和第二表面;
光源,设于所述导光板的一侧,且所述光源固定在所述主侧壁上;
反射片,也位于所述外壳内,所述反射片位于所述导光板的第一表面;所述导光板固定在所述反射片上。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,其包括上述背光模块。
本发明的背光模块以及显示装置,包括外壳,所述外壳包括底板和主侧壁,导光板,位于所述外壳内;所述导光板包括第一表面和第二表面;光源,设于所述导光板的一侧,且所述光源固定在所述主侧壁上;反射片,也位于所述外壳内,所述反射片位于所述导光板的第一表面;所述导光板固定在所述反射片上;由于将导光板固定在反射片上,从而避免在振动过程中,导光板的位置发生偏移,提高了显示效果。

【具体实施方式】
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「内」、「外」、「侧面」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是以相同标号表示。
如图1至图2所示,现有的背光模块10包括外壳11、反射片12、导光板13以及光学模组14。其中反射片12、导光板13以及光学模组14均设于外壳11内。外壳11包括侧壁112和底板111。光源15设于导光板13的一侧。
现有的显示装置包括显示面板20和盖板21以及中框22,中框22设于光学模组14的上方,显示面板20位于中框22内。盖板21设于显示面板20的上方。背光模块10和显示面板20均位于外壳11内。
请参照图3至图6,图3为本发明一实施方式的背光模块的局部剖面示意图。
如图3和图4所示,本实施例的背光模块包括外壳11、导光板13、光源15以及反射片12,此外还可包括光学模组14。
所述外壳11包括底板111和主侧壁112,所述主侧壁112环绕在导光板13的四周。
结合图6,导光板13位于所述外壳11内;所述导光板13包括第一表面和第二表面;所述导光板13还包括副侧壁131。副侧壁131环绕在第一表面和第二表面的周缘,比在一实施方式中,第一表面为下表面,第二表面为上表面。
光源15设于所述导光板13的一侧,且所述光源15固定在所述主侧壁112上;其中光源15的位置与导光板13的位置对应。在一实施方式中,所述光源15通过第三胶体18固定在所述主侧壁112上,为了提高光源的利用率,如图5所示,所述第三胶体18靠近所述光源15一侧的表面上设置有反射层19。在一实施方式中,光源15为有机发光二极管灯条,当然光源15的具体结构不限。
反射片12也位于所述外壳11内,所述反射片12位于所述导光板13的第一面;所述导光板13固定在所述反射片12上。第一面比如为下表面。其中所述反射片12分别与所述导光板13以及底板111平行。在一实施方式中,为了简化制程工艺,提高光源的利用率,所述导光板13通过第二胶体16固定在反射片12上。所述第二胶体16的粘性与设定胶体的粘性相同,所述设定胶体用于固定显示装置中的柔性电路板。也即第二胶体16可与设定胶体相同,设定胶体的粘性较高。在另一实施方式中,所述导光板13通过固定件固定在反射片12上。固定件可包括设置在导光板13上的第一固定部和设置在反射片12上的第二固定部,比如第一固定部为凹槽,第二固定部为凸起,固定件的具体结构不限。当然可以理解的,导光板13与反射片12之间的固定方式不限于此。
优选地,为了使导光板13固定的更加牢固,所述反射片12固定在所述底板111上。在一实施方式中,为了简化制程工艺,所述反射片12通过第一胶体17固定在所述底板111上。第一胶体17可与第二胶体16的粘性相同。在另一实施方式中,所述反射片12通过固定件固定在所述底板111上,固定件的结构具体可参见上文。当然可以理解的,底板111与反射片12之间的固定方式不限于此。
在另一实施例中,如图6所示,为了使导光板13固定的更加牢固,其中远离所述光源15一侧的副侧壁131固定在所述主侧壁112上。在一实施方式中,远离所述光源15一侧的副侧壁131可通过第四胶体31固定在所述主侧壁112上。当然,副侧壁131与主侧壁112之间的固定方式不限于此。远离所述光源15一侧的副侧壁131比如为图6中的左右侧壁以及上侧壁(后侧壁)。第四胶体31优选为透明光学胶。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,如图7所示,显示装置100包括上述背光模块10,此外显示装置100还可包括液晶显示面板20。所述外壳11用于容纳所述液晶显示面板20和所述背光模块10。
液晶显示面板20设于所述背光模块10上,在一实施方式中,液晶显示面板20包括第一偏光片、本体部以及第一偏光片。其中本体部可包括第一基板和第二基板以及设于在第一基板和第二基板之间的液晶层。在一实施方式中,第一基板可为阵列基板,第二基板可为彩膜基板。该显示装置可以应用于车载显示模组中。
所述显示装置100还可包括中框22;所述液晶显示面板位于所述中框22内;所述中框22位于所述外壳11内。
所述光学模组14设于所述导光板13的第二表面,所述中框22设于所述光学模组14的第二表面;其中所述光学模组14固定在所述中框22上。
优选地,为了进一步使导光板13固定的更加牢固,也即更好地防止其位置发生偏移,所述中框22固定在所述主侧壁112上。
在一实施方式中,为了降低光源15的损耗,所述中框22靠近所述光学模组14的一侧的表面上设置有反射层(图中未标出)。
在另一实施例中,该显示装置还可包括触摸屏。该显示装置包括但不限于车载显示装置。
由于将导光板13固定在反射片12上,从而避免在振动过程中,导光板13的位置发生偏移,提高了显示效果。
本发明的背光模块以及显示装置,包括外壳,所述外壳包括底板和主侧壁,导光板,位于所述外壳内;所述导光板包括第一表面和第二表面;光源,设于所述导光板的一侧,且所述光源固定在所述主侧壁上;反射片,也位于所述外壳内,所述反射片位于所述导光板的第一表面;所述导光板固定在所述反射片上;由于将导光板固定在反射片上,从而避免在振动过程中,导光板的位置发生偏移,提高了显示效果。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种背光模块,其特征在于,包括:
外壳,所述外壳包括底板和主侧壁,
导光板,位于所述外壳内;所述导光板包括第一表面和第二表面;
光源,设于所述导光板的一侧,且所述光源固定在所述主侧壁上;
反射片,也位于所述外壳内,所述反射片位于所述导光板的第一表面;所述导光板固定在所述反射片上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,
所述反射片固定在所述底板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光模块,其特征在于,
所述反射片通过第一胶体固定在所述底板上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,
所述导光板通过第二胶体固定在所述反射片上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述第二胶体的粘性与设定胶体的粘性相同,所述设定胶体用于固定显示装置中的柔性电路板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,
所述导光板包括副侧壁,其中远离所述光源一侧的副侧壁固定在所述主侧壁上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,
所述光源通过第三胶体固定在所述主侧壁上,所述第三胶体靠近所述光源一侧的表面上设置有反射层。
8.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的背光模块。
9.根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置还可包括液晶显示面板和中框;所述液晶显示面板位于所述中框内;所述中框位于所述外壳内。
所述背光模块还包括光学模组,所述光学模组设于所述导光板的第二表面,所述中框设于所述光学模组的第二表面;
其中所述光学模组固定在所述中框上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述中框固定在所述侧壁上。
