Abstract
The present invention provides an ice making assembly comprising: a chassis; the ice tray is positioned above the bottom plate, and the bottom plate and the ice tray are detachable; a first drive member for driving the ice tray closer to or away from the chassis; when ice making is completed, the first driving component drives the ice grids to be separated from the chassis, and ice blocks are located on the chassis. Compared with the prior art, the ice tray and the chassis can be separated from each other when ice making is finished, and ice blocks in various shapes can be made by controlling the shapes of the ice trays.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of household appliances, and particularly relates to an ice making assembly and a refrigerator with the same.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, more and more refrigerators in the market have the automatic ice making function at present, and most of automatic ice makers are aluminum mode automatic ice makers or twisted disc type ice makers. Ice cubes made by aluminum mode ice makers are typically approximately semi-circular and ice cubes made by twist-tray ice makers are approximately square, but neither ice maker can be implemented for making ice of a particular shape.
In view of the above, there is a need to improve the structure of the existing ice making machine to solve the above problems.

The ice making assembly 10 comprises a chassis 11, an ice tray 12 and a first driving member 13, wherein the ice tray 12 is positioned on the chassis 11, the chassis 11 and the ice tray 12 adopt a detachable design, the first driving member 13 can drive the ice tray 12 to be close to or far away from the chassis 11, and when water is filled and ice is made, the first driving member 13 drives the ice tray 12 to be close to the chassis 11 until the ice tray 12 is abutted against the chassis 11; when the ice making is completed, the first driving member 13 drives the ice tray 12 away from the bottom chassis 11.
Preferably, the bottom of the ice tray 12 is provided with a sealing ring 121, and when the ice tray 12 is abutted against the bottom plate 11, the sealing ring 121 seals the gap between the ice tray 12 and the bottom plate 11.
The first driving member 13 includes a first driving motor 131, a first rotating shaft 132, and a bracket 133 rotatably disposed on the first rotating shaft 132. In detail, the bracket 133 includes a first connecting arm 1331, a second connecting arm 1332, and a cross arm 1333 connecting the first connecting arm 1331 and the second connecting arm 1332 in parallel. The first rotating shaft 132 passes through the first connecting arm 1331 and the second connecting arm 1332, respectively, and the first rotating shaft 132 is parallel to the cross arm 1333.
The two ends of the ice tray 12 are respectively provided with a fixing part 124, one end of the first connecting arm 1331 and one end of the second connecting arm 1332 are respectively provided with a fixing hole 13311 and a fixing hole 13321 which are matched with the fixing part 124, and the fixing part 124 and the fixing holes 13311 and 13321 are matched with each other to enable one end of the first connecting arm 1331 and one end of the second connecting arm 1332 to be respectively fixed with the two ends of the ice tray 12. The fixing piece and the fixing hole can be matched with each other by threads or the cross sections of the fixing piece and the fixing hole are polygons matched with each other, so that the ice tray 12 can be detached from the first connecting arm 1331 and the second connecting arm 1332.
The other end of the first connection arm 1331 or the second connection arm 1332 is provided with a first driven gear part, in this embodiment, the first driven gear part 13312 is arranged at the other end of the first connection arm 1331, the first driving gear part 1311 is connected to the first driving motor 131, and the first driving gear part 1311 and the first driven gear part 13312 are engaged with each other, so that the first driving motor 131 drives the first driving gear part 1311 to rotate, thereby driving the bracket 133 to rotate around the first rotating shaft 132. The ice making assembly further includes a second driving member 14, the second driving member 14 includes a second driving motor 141 and a second rotating shaft 142, and the second rotating shaft 142 is fixed to the chassis 11. In detail, the second driving motor 141 is connected to a second driving gear portion 1411, one end of the first rotating shaft 142 close to the second driving motor 141 is provided with a second driven gear portion 1421, the second driving gear portion 1411 and the second driven gear portion 1421 are engaged with each other, the second driving motor 141 drives the second driving gear portion 1411 to rotate, so as to drive the second rotating shaft 142 to rotate, and further drive the chassis 11 to rotate around its own axis. During water filling and ice making, the ice tray 12 abuts against the chassis 11, when ice making is completed, the first driving member 13 drives the ice tray 12 to separate from the chassis 11, and ice cubes are located on the chassis, and the first driving member 14 drives the chassis 11 to turn over, so that the ice cubes are poured into an ice storage box (not shown) below. Preferably, a heating element 111 is further provided inside the chassis 11, and the heating element 111 is a heating wire, and when the ice making is completed, the heating element 111 starts to heat, so that the ice cubes are easily separated from the chassis 11.
More preferably, the ice tray 12 is a hollow structure, and includes a plurality of small compartments 122, a soft rubber sleeve 123 is disposed in each small compartment 122, and the soft rubber sleeve 123 is used for preventing ice cubes from adhering to the inner walls of the small compartments 122.
Accordingly, the present invention further provides a refrigerator (not shown), which can obtain the beneficial effects of the ice making assembly in the above embodiments by using the ice making assembly described in the above embodiments, and since no improvement is made to other structures or functions of the refrigerator, further description is not repeated here.

when ice making is finished, the first driving component drives the ice tray to be separated from the chassis, and ice blocks are located on the chassis.

An icemaker assembly according to claim 3 wherein: the two ends of the ice tray are respectively provided with a fixing piece, one end of each of the first connecting arm and the second connecting arm is respectively provided with a fixing hole matched with the fixing piece, and one end of each of the first connecting arm and the second connecting arm is respectively fixed with the two ends of the ice tray through the mutual matching of the fixing piece and the fixing holes.
