The surveying and mapping science is widely applied to economic construction and national defense construction, in urban and rural construction planning, utilization of national and local resources, environmental protection and other works, a geographic information surveying and mapping instrument is required to be used for measuring and mapping various maps for planning and management, the prior portable geographic information surveying and mapping instrument mainly comprises a multifunctional disc, a telescopic column and surveying and mapping equipment arranged on the upper end surface of the telescopic column, the side end surface of the multifunctional disc is rotationally connected with a deformation device, the deformation device mainly comprises a disc main body, a support column, a pulley, a folding bottom column and a baffle plate, the disc main body is arranged in the middle of the deformation device, the baffle plate is rotationally connected on the upper end surface of the disc main body, the support column is rotationally connected on the lower end surface of the disc main body, the pulley is fixedly arranged on the lower end surface of the support column, the folding bottom column is rotationally connected on the lower end surface of the support column, and the lower end surface of the multifunctional disc is rotationally connected with a support, the bottom end of the bracket is of a conical structure, and the height of the device can be adjusted by arranging the adjusting device, so that the angle and height adjusting time of the device is greatly reduced, and the surveying and mapping efficiency is improved; but the in-process that current portable geographic information surveying appearance was carrying is not convenient for lock the support, and then makes the phenomenon that the support scatters appear easily at the in-process that carries the geographic information surveying appearance, because the bottom of support is the toper structure, and then causes the support to collide personnel's phenomenon, causes the injury to personnel, can not satisfy personnel's user demand, therefore we have proposed a portable geographic information surveying appearance and have been used for solving above-mentioned problem.
