Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automobile brakes, in particular to an antirust brake.
Background
The automobile brake is a braking device of an automobile, is almost of a friction type and can be divided into a drum type and a disc type, a rotating element in a drum type brake friction pair is a brake drum, the working surface of the drum type brake friction pair is a cylindrical surface, a rotating element of the disc type brake is a rotating brake disc, and the end surface of the rotating element is a working surface.

The invention provides an anti-rust brake based on the above purpose, which comprises a brake disc, a brake caliper above the brake disc and an air compressor, wherein the output end of the air compressor is provided with a first pipeline, two end faces of the brake caliper are provided with water baffles in parallel, the middle part of each water baffle is provided with an avoidance hole, the brake disc is positioned between the two water baffles, opposite faces of the two water baffles are respectively provided with a first annular pipe concentric with the brake disc, opposite end faces of the two first annular pipes are respectively provided with a plurality of air nozzles uniformly distributed in the circle center, the air nozzles are communicated with the inside of the first annular pipes, the two first annular pipes are respectively provided with a first branch pipe communicated with the inside of the first annular pipes, and the first branch pipes are communicated with the first pipeline.
Optionally, two the opposite face of breakwater all is equipped with the second annular pipe with the brake disc communication, two the relative terminal surface of second annular pipe is equipped with a plurality of atomizing nozzles that are the centre of a circle equipartition, atomizing nozzle and the inside intercommunication of second annular pipe, two all be equipped with the second branch pipe rather than inside intercommunication on the second annular pipe, air compressor's output still is equipped with the second pipeline, be equipped with the stock solution box on the second pipeline, two the second branch pipe all communicates with the second pipeline.
Optionally, a heating box is further arranged on the first pipeline, and an electric heating wire is arranged inside the heating box.
Optionally, the opposite surfaces of the two water baffles are provided with humidity sensors.
Optionally, the upper part of the water baffle is connected with the end face of the brake caliper through a bolt.
From the above, the rust-proof brake of the invention can simply and efficiently remove water drops on the surface of the brake disc, prevent the brake disc from rusting, and has simple operation mode and convenient use.

Referring to fig. 1 in combination with fig. 2 and 3, as an embodiment, the rust-proof brake of the present invention includes a brake disc 2 and a brake caliper 1 above the brake disc 2, where the brake disc 2 and the brake caliper 1 are prior art, and are not described herein, and further includes an air compressor 3, for example, the air compressor 3 is disposed on a chassis of an automobile, an output end of the air compressor 3 is provided with a first pipeline 5, the air compressor 3 is used for generating high-speed airflow, two end faces of the brake caliper 1 are provided with water baffles 15 in parallel, a middle portion of the water baffle 15 is provided with an avoidance hole 16, the avoidance hole 16 is used for avoiding parts such as an axle when the water baffles 15 are assembled, the brake disc 2 is located between the two water baffles 15, opposite faces of the two water baffles 15 are both provided with a first annular pipe 14 concentric with the brake disc 2, for example, the first annular pipe 14 can be fixed on, first ring pipe 14 is hollow structure, and the relative terminal surface of two first ring pipes 14 is equipped with a plurality of air taps 11 that are the centre of a circle equipartition, and for example, air tap 11 can adopt threaded connection's mode to be connected with first ring pipe 14, and air tap 11 communicates with the inside of first ring pipe 14, all is equipped with first branch pipe 9 rather than inside intercommunication on two first ring pipes 14, and first branch pipe 9 communicates with first pipeline 5.

In the prior art, no special equipment is used for rust prevention of the brake disc 2, the brake disc 2 can only be detached for polishing after rusting, and the brake disc needs to be replaced when rusting is serious.
In conclusion, the rust-proof brake of the invention can simply and efficiently remove water drops on the surface of the brake disc 2 to prevent the brake disc 2 from rusting, and has simple operation mode and convenient use.
In some optional embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the opposite surfaces of the two water baffles 15 are provided with second annular pipes 13 communicating with the brake disc 2, the opposite end surfaces of the two second annular pipes 13 are provided with a plurality of atomizing nozzles 10 uniformly distributed around the center of a circle, the atomizing nozzles 10 are communicated with the inside of the second annular pipes 13, the two second annular pipes 13 are provided with second branch pipes 8 communicated with the inside of the second annular pipes 13, the output end of the air compressor 3 is further provided with a second pipeline 7, the second pipeline 7 is provided with a liquid storage box 6, and the two second branch pipes 8 are communicated with the second pipeline 7.
For example, the second annular tube 13 can be connected with the water baffle 15 by welding, the atomizing nozzle 10 can be connected with the inside of the second annular tube 13 by screw thread, the second annular tube 13 is provided with a second branch tube 8 communicated with the inside, the second branch tube 8 is communicated with the second pipeline 7, the second pipeline 7 is provided with the liquid storage box 6, for example, the liquid storage box 6 and the second pipeline 7 can be an integrated structure, the liquid storage box 6 is provided with a detachably connected cover body, the inside of the liquid storage box 6 is used for storing the antirust agent, water drops on two end surfaces of the brake disc 2 are removed through the air nozzle 11, then the air compressor 3 is started again, so that the high-speed air flow enters the second pipeline 7 and carries the antirust agent in the liquid storage box 6 to move towards the second branch tube 8, then enters the second annular tube 13 through the second branch tube 8, and then the antirust agent is atomized and sprayed out through the atomizing nozzle 10, the antirust agent is uniformly attached to the surface of the brake disc 2, and the antirust capability of the brake disc 2 is further improved.
In some optional embodiments, the first pipeline 5 is further provided with a heating box 4, an electric heating wire is arranged inside the heating box 4, when the high-speed airflow flows from the first pipeline 5, the electric heating wire is electrified to be heated, the flowing air is heated, the air nozzle 11 blows out high-temperature air, the water removal efficiency of the brake disc 2 is improved, and the brake disc 2 is kept dry.
In some optional embodiments, the opposite surfaces of the two water baffles 15 are provided with humidity sensors 12, the humidity of the environment where the brake disc 2 is located is detected through the humidity sensors 12, and when the humidity is too high, the air compressor 3 starts to work, and blows out high-speed airflow through the air nozzles 11 and removes water from the brake disc 2.
In some optional embodiments, the upper part of the water baffle 15 is connected with the end face of the brake caliper 1 through bolts, so that the convenience of assembly and disassembly is improved.

Claims (5)
1. The rust-proof brake comprises a brake disc (2) and a brake caliper (1) above the brake disc, and is characterized by further comprising an air compressor (3), wherein an output end of the air compressor (3) is provided with a first pipeline (5), two end faces of the brake caliper (1) are parallelly provided with water baffles (15), the middle of each water baffle (15) is provided with an avoiding hole (16), the brake disc (2) is positioned between the two water baffles (15), two opposite faces of the two water baffles (15) are respectively provided with a first annular pipe (14) concentric with the brake disc (2), the two opposite end faces of the first annular pipes (14) are provided with a plurality of air nozzles (11) uniformly distributed in the circle center, the air nozzles (11) are communicated with the inside of the first annular pipes (14), and the two first annular pipes (14) are respectively provided with a first branch pipe (9) communicated with the inside of the first annular pipes, the first branch pipe (9) is communicated with the first pipeline (5).
2. The rust-proof brake of claim 1, characterized in that the opposite faces of the two water baffles (15) are provided with second annular pipes (13) communicated with the brake disc (2), the opposite end faces of the two second annular pipes (13) are provided with a plurality of atomizing nozzles (10) uniformly distributed around the circle center, the atomizing nozzles (10) are communicated with the inside of the second annular pipes (13), the two second annular pipes (13) are provided with second branch pipes (8) communicated with the inside thereof, the output end of the air compressor (3) is further provided with a second pipeline (7), the second pipeline (7) is provided with a liquid storage box (6), and the two second branch pipes (8) are communicated with the second pipeline (7).
