Abstract

本发明公开了一种采用甲醇燃料的氢能增程器系统,用作于新能源汽车增加行驶里程的技术解决方案,其特征在于,1.能够有效回收利用发动机尾气的能量,提高能量利用效率;2.发动机在不同的工况下,采用不同的燃料;3.汽车在低温启动时,可通过甲醇低温催化剂燃烧甲醇的方式来获取启动能量。通过以上方式,能够有效增加新能源汽车的行驶里程以及解决甲醇发动机在低温时启动困难的问题。

一种采用甲醇燃料的氢能增程器系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新能源汽车增程的技术解决方案,是一种采用甲醇燃料的氢能增程器系统。
背景技术
甲醇是一种国际公认的高清洁能源,是一种优良的燃料,理论上甲醇燃烧之后只剩下CO2和H2O,用甲醇燃料发动机作为原动机带动发电机发电,将使发动机的排放情况大大好转,特别是原来汽油发动机排放的污染物会大大降低。
但甲醇的汽化潜热是1100MJ/kg,使同样质量甲醇液体汽化吸收的热量是汽油的3.58倍,同时甲醇的闪点是12.2℃,当环境温度降低到15℃时,甲醇发动机从冷车状态启动就变得十分困难。
目前众多的甲醇发动机的启动方案中,应用最广的是汽油、甲醇双燃料发动机。当环境温度低于15℃时,先使用汽油启动热车,再切换到甲醇燃料。
但使用这种方案的冷启动甲醇发动机,需要配备汽油和甲醇两种燃料系统,并且在使用汽油冷启动时,也会造成较大的环境污染。
甲醇发动机燃烧后的尾气中含有大量的热能,一般都是直接排放到空气中,这个就造成了大量的能源浪费,造成能源利用效率低下。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的以上不足,提出一种以甲醇为燃料的氢能增程器系统,能够有效解决普通甲醇发动机冷启动困难的问题,也能够回收利用尾气的热量以提高能量的利用率。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现,包括:甲醇低温燃烧室,甲醇预混换热器,甲醇制氢重整器,重整气散热器,重整气缓冲罐,甲醇增程式发动机。
较佳地,甲醇低温燃烧室内装有甲醇低温燃烧催化剂。
较佳地,甲醇预混换热器内装有板式换热器及温度传感器。
较佳地,甲醇制氢重整器内装有甲醇制氢催化剂及温度传感器。
较佳地,重整气散热器带有PWM调速的风机。
较佳地,重整气缓冲罐出口装有压力变送器。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图1,对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清晰明确的界定。
下面结合附图1对本发明作进一步地详细阐述。
汽车在低温冷启动时,将甲醇溶液直接喷射到甲醇低温燃烧室,通过燃烧甲醇快速获取热量,产生的热量给甲醇迅速加热,加热后的甲醇喷射进甲醇增程式发动机,即可启动发动机。
甲醇增程式发动机正常工作中,排出的尾气先给甲醇制氢重整器中的催化剂加热。
甲醇制氢重整器的尾气给甲醇预混换热器中的甲醇水溶液加热。
甲醇增程式发动机排出的尾气经过甲醇制氢重整器和甲醇预混换热器两级热交换之后,尾气中的能量能够被大量回收利用,大大提高了能量的利用效率。
汽车在低速工况下,甲醇增程式发动机以重整气作为主要燃料。
汽车在高速工况下,甲醇增程式发动机以甲醇溶液作为主要燃料,混合重整气作为辅助燃料。

Claims (6)

1.一种采用甲醇燃料的氢能增程器系统,其特征在于,其包括:甲醇低温燃烧室,甲醇预混换热器,甲醇制氢重整器,重整气散热器,重整气缓冲罐,甲醇增程式发动机等主要构成的氢能增程器系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用甲醇燃料的氢能增程器系统,其特征在于,所述的基础燃料是甲醇和去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用甲醇燃料的氢能增程器系统,其特征在于,汽车低温冷启动时,通过甲醇低温催化剂燃烧甲醇的方式来获取启动能量。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用甲醇燃料的氢能增程器系统,其特征在于,发动机在低速工况下,其主要燃料来源于甲醇制氢重整器产生的重整气。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用甲醇燃料的氢能增程器系统,其特征在于,发动机在高速工况下,其主要燃料来源于甲醇溶液,掺杂一定比例的重整气作为其辅助燃料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用甲醇燃料的氢能增程器系统,其特征在于,通过对发动机尾气二级换热,能够有效回收发动机产生的尾气废热用于加热甲醇制氢重整器和甲醇预混换热器。
