Claims (10)

1. A prefabricated fast-assembled wall structure comprises a prefabricated concrete foundation (2) positioned at the bottom, a prefabricated wall board (1) fixed on the foundation (2), and a coping (3) fixed at the top of the wall board (1); the method is characterized in that:
two stop blocks (21) are arranged in the middle of the foundation (2), an installation gap at the bottom of the wall board (1) is formed between the two stop blocks (21), and a protruding rib (22) which partially extends upwards relative to the installation gap is embedded in the foundation (2);
the wall board (1) comprises a left end column, a right end column (11) and a foamed concrete wall body (12) connected between the two end columns (11); a plurality of vertical frameworks (121) and a plurality of transverse frameworks (122) are embedded in the foamed concrete wall body (12) in a crossed manner to form a framework structure, and the transverse frameworks (122) penetrate through the vertical frameworks (121) and extend into the end columns (11); the end column (11) is separated from the foamed concrete wall (12) through a steel net film (13);
a hoisting embedded part (111) is embedded in the top of the end column (11), a skeleton structure is embedded in the end column (11), a reserved hole extending to the bottom end face of the end column (11) is formed in the bottom of the end column (11), and a rib (22) of the foundation (2) extends into the reserved hole when being connected;
and rib outlet rings (31) are arranged at the lower parts of the two ends of the coping (3), and the rib outlet rings (31) extend into the end column (11) and are fixedly connected with the top of the end column (11).
2. The prefabricated fast-assembly fence structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer end faces of the end posts (11) are provided with notches (117), and the notches (117) are used for connecting two adjacent fence plates (1); preferably, the left end and the right end of the wall enclosing plate (1) are provided with the notches (117), and the notches (117) extend vertically; more preferably, the notch (117) has a width of 4-8cm and a depth of 4-8 mm.
3. Prefabricated rapid-assembly fence structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the top ends of the end posts (11) are provided with grooves (118), the grooves (118) being used for the connection between the tops of two adjacent fence panels (1).
4. The prefabricated rapid-assembly enclosure structure of claim 1, wherein the foamed concrete wall (12) comprises crack-resistant mortar layers (124) at two sides, foamed concrete (123) filled between the two crack-resistant mortar layers (124), and a skeleton structure pre-embedded in the foamed concrete (123); preferably, the anti-crack mortar layer (124) comprises a steel wire mesh film (113) with rough two surfaces and anti-crack mortar covered on the steel wire mesh film (113).

Prefabricated rapid-assembly fence structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the foundations (2) are fixed to the middle of the fence panel (1) by means of diagonal braces (4); a hoisting embedded part (23) is arranged on the foundation (2), and the hoisting embedded part (23) is also used as an embedded part at the bottom of the inclined support (4); an internally threaded sleeve insert (112) is preferably provided at the 1/3-1/2 level of the end post (11), the internally threaded sleeve insert (112) acting as an insert at the top of the diagonal brace (4).

The prefabricated fast-assembly fence structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distance between two adjacent blocks (21) is greater than the thickness of the fence panel (1), and a wedge block (5) is arranged between the fence panel (1) and the blocks (21); preferably, the distance between the two stop blocks (21) is 4cm-10cm wider than the thickness of the wall board (1).

Prefabricated rapid-assembly fence structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the foundation (2) is a panel-type independent structure, the width of the foundation (2) being 1/4-1/6 of the length of the fence panel 1; preferably, a steel plate base (24) is embedded in the foundation (2), and the steel plate base (24) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the rib (22).

The prefabricated fast-assembly fence structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein steel boxes (25) communicated with the prepared holes are embedded in the end posts (11), and the ribs (22) of the foundation (2) penetrate through the prepared holes and extend into the steel boxes (25); the end part of the extending end of the rib (22) is provided with a threaded section, and the threaded section of the rib (22) extending into the steel box (25) is fixed through a bolt (26).
9. The prefabricated fast-assembling wall structure according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising a plurality of foundations (2), wherein the bottom of the joint of two adjacent wall panels (1) is arranged in the installation gap between two stoppers (21) of one foundation (2), the top of each end post (11) of two wall panels (1) is provided with a groove (118), a connecting steel plate (33) is arranged in the groove (118) of the joint of two adjacent wall panels (1), and the connecting steel plate (33) is fixedly connected with a hoisting embedded part (11) embedded in the top of the end post (11) through a fastener;
the joint of two adjacent wall panels (1) is provided with an anti-cracking structure.
10. A method of constructing a prefabricated rapid erection enclosure structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
firstly, prefabricating a foundation (2), a wall board (1) and a coping (3);
secondly, fixing the foundation (2) at a specified position;
thirdly, hoisting the first enclosing wall plate (1) to the foundation (2), and adjusting the plane position and the verticality of the enclosing wall plate (1);
fourthly, hoisting the adjacent enclosing wall boards (1), and temporarily fixing the two adjacent enclosing wall boards (1) by using wedge-shaped blocks (5);
fifthly, installing other wall boards (1);
sixthly, connecting the upper parts of two adjacent enclosing wall plates (1) by using a connecting steel plate (33);
seventhly, plugging gaps on the periphery of the bottom of the enclosing wall plate (1);
eighthly, hoisting the coping (3) and fixing the coping on the top of the enclosing wall plate (1);
and ninthly, performing crack-resistant finishing treatment on the joint of two adjacent wall boards (1).
