The paint prepared according to the formula can be quickly cured by irradiation of energy rays (such as ultraviolet rays and ionizing radiation), and the formed coating film has good flexibility, high hardness and good processability. 5) gradually adding the silver powder and the micron-sized color paste into the mixture c, continuously stirring by a stirrer in the adding process, controlling the stirring speed to be 1100r/min, and continuously stirring for 17min after the adding is finished;
6) and stirring the mixture c after the operation is finished for 5 minutes, and filtering the mixture by using a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain the high-finish ABS plastic powder box spray paint.
Example 3
Example 3 the components and the contents of the components are the same as those of example 1, except that the process parameters are set differently during the preparation process, and the components are referred to table 1.
Preparing paint for the high-finish ABS plastic powder box:
1) dividing a dispersant AM-C into two parts, namely a dispersant A and a dispersant B, wherein the weight of the dispersant A is 25% of the total weight of the dispersant, and the weight of the dispersant B is 75% of the total weight of the dispersant, and keeping the dispersant A and the dispersant B in reserve;
2) mixing the modified glass beads, the dispersing agent A and 40% of deionized water, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer to prepare a mixed solution a for later use;
3) mixing acrylic resin, an antioxidant 168, a dispersant B and 60% of deionized water, and uniformly stirring by a stirrer to prepare a mixture B;
4) putting the mixture b into a stirrer for stirring, putting the mixed solution a into ultrasonic liquid atomization equipment for ultrasonic dispersion into atomized particles, outputting the atomized particles from the ultrasonic liquid atomization equipment to the continuously stirred mixture b for mixing with the mixture b to prepare a mixture c, wherein the stirring time is controlled to be 45min and the stirring speed is 300 r/min;
5) gradually adding the silver powder and the micron-sized color paste into the mixture c, continuously stirring by a stirrer in the adding process, controlling the stirring speed to be 1200r/min, and continuously stirring for 20min after the adding is finished;
6) and stirring the mixture c after the operation is finished for 7 minutes, and filtering the mixture by using a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain the high-finish ABS plastic powder box spray paint.
Example 4
The components, the contents of the components and the preparation process of the embodiment 4 are the same as those of the embodiment 3, except that the amount of the dispersant A is 30% of the total weight of the dispersant, the dispersant B is 70% of the total weight of the dispersant, and the components are shown in the table 1.
Example 5
The components, the contents of the components and the preparation process of the embodiment 5 are the same as those of the embodiment 3, except that the amount of the dispersant A is 40% of the total weight of the dispersant, the dispersant B is 60% of the total weight of the dispersant, and the components are shown in the table 1.
Example 6
The high-finish ABS plastic powder box spray paint is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 45kg of acrylic resin, 15kg of micron-sized color paste serving as pigment and filler, 2.5kg of copper powder serving as brightening metal powder, 2.5kg of dispersing agent DC2.5kg of dispersing agent, 4kg of antioxidant 168, 3.2kg of modified glass beads and 25kg of deionized water serving as solvent, wherein the components are shown in Table 1; wherein the acrylic resin is prepared by uniformly mixing 31kg of thermoplastic acrylic resin NeoCryl B-735 and 14kgB02-4 thermosetting acrylic resin.
Preparing paint for the high-finish ABS plastic powder box:
1) dividing a dispersing agent DC into two parts, namely a dispersing agent A and a dispersing agent B, wherein the weight of the dispersing agent A is 25% of the total weight of the dispersing agent, and the weight of the dispersing agent B is 75% of the total weight of the dispersing agent for later use;
2) mixing the modified glass beads, the dispersing agent A and 40% of deionized water, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer to prepare a mixed solution a for later use;
3) mixing acrylic resin, an antioxidant 168, a dispersant B and 60% deionized water, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer to prepare a mixture B;
4) putting the mixture b into a stirrer for stirring, putting the mixed solution a into ultrasonic liquid atomization equipment for ultrasonic dispersion into atomized particles, outputting the atomized particles from the ultrasonic liquid atomization equipment to the continuously stirred mixture b for mixing with the mixture b to prepare a mixture c, wherein the stirring time is controlled to be 45min and the stirring speed is 300 r/min;
5) gradually adding copper powder and micron-sized color paste into the mixture c, continuously stirring by a stirrer in the adding process, controlling the stirring speed to be 1200r/min, and continuously stirring for 20min after the adding is finished;
6) and stirring the mixture c after the operation is finished for 7 minutes, and filtering the mixture by using a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain the high-finish ABS plastic powder box spray paint.
Example 7
The high-finish ABS plastic powder box spray paint is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 52kg of acrylic resin, 16kg of micron-sized color paste serving as pigment and filler, 3kg of aluminum powder serving as brightening metal powder, 3kg of dispersing agent DC3kg serving as dispersing agent, 4.5kg of antioxidant 168 serving as antioxidant, 3.5kg of modified glass beads and 32kg of deionized water serving as solvent, wherein the components are shown in Table 1; wherein the acrylic resin is prepared by uniformly mixing 30.5kg of thermoplastic acrylic resin NeoCryl B-735 and 21.5kgB02-4 thermosetting acrylic resin.
Preparing paint for the high-finish ABS plastic powder box:
1) dividing a dispersing agent DC into two parts, namely a dispersing agent A and a dispersing agent B, wherein the weight of the dispersing agent A is 25% of the total weight of the dispersing agent, and the weight of the dispersing agent B is 75% of the total weight of the dispersing agent for later use;
2) mixing the modified glass beads, the dispersing agent A and 40% of deionized water, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer to prepare a mixed solution a for later use;
3) mixing acrylic resin, an antioxidant 168, a dispersant B and 60% deionized water, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer to prepare a mixture B;

Example 8
The high-finish ABS plastic powder box spray paint is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 59kg of acrylic resin, 18kg of micron-sized color paste serving as a pigment and filler, 1kg of silver powder and 1.8kg of aluminum powder serving as brightening metal powder, 3.5kg of dispersing agent DA3.5kg of dispersing agent, 5kg of ethoxyquinoline serving as an antioxidant, 4.5kg of modified glass beads and 39kg of deionized water serving as a solvent, wherein the components are shown in the table 1;
wherein the acrylic resin is prepared by uniformly mixing 33kg of thermoplastic acrylic resin NeoCryl B-735 and 26kgB02-4 thermosetting acrylic resin.
Preparing paint for the high-finish ABS plastic powder box:
1) dividing a dispersant DA into two parts, namely a dispersant A and a dispersant B, wherein the weight of the dispersant A is 25% of the total weight of the dispersant, and the weight of the dispersant B is 75% of the total weight of the dispersant, and keeping the dispersant A and the dispersant B in reserve;
2) mixing the modified glass beads, the dispersing agent A and 40% of deionized water, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer to prepare a mixed solution a for later use;
3) mixing acrylic resin, ethoxyquinoline, a dispersant B and 60% of deionized water, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer to prepare a mixture B;
4) putting the mixture b into a stirrer for stirring, putting the mixed solution a into ultrasonic liquid atomization equipment for ultrasonic dispersion into atomized particles, outputting the atomized particles from the ultrasonic liquid atomization equipment to the continuously stirred mixture b for mixing with the mixture b to prepare a mixture c, wherein the stirring time is controlled to be 45min and the stirring speed is 300 r/min;
5) gradually adding the silver powder, the aluminum powder and the micron-sized color paste into the mixture c, continuously stirring by a stirrer in the adding process, controlling the stirring speed to be 1200r/min, and continuously stirring for 20min after the adding is finished;
6) and stirring the mixture c after the operation is finished for 7 minutes, and filtering the mixture by using a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain the high-finish ABS plastic powder box spray paint.
Example 9
The high-finish ABS plastic powder box spray paint is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 65kg of acrylic resin, 20kg of micron-sized color paste serving as pigment and filler, 2.5kg of silver powder and 2.5kg of aluminum powder serving as brightening metal powder, 3.8kg of dispersant, 6kg of ethoxyquinoline serving as antioxidant, 5kg of modified glass microspheres and 45kg of deionized water serving as solvent, wherein the components are shown in the table 1;
wherein the acrylic resin is prepared by uniformly mixing 34kg of thermoplastic acrylic resin NeoCryl B-735 and 31kgB02-4 thermosetting acrylic resin. .
Preparing paint for the high-finish ABS plastic powder box:
1) dividing a dispersant DA into two parts, namely a dispersant A and a dispersant B, wherein the weight of the dispersant A is 25% of the total weight of the dispersant, and the weight of the dispersant B is 75% of the total weight of the dispersant, and keeping the dispersant A and the dispersant B in reserve;
2) mixing the modified glass beads, the dispersing agent A and 40% of deionized water, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer to prepare a mixed solution a for later use;
3) mixing acrylic resin, ethoxyquinoline, a dispersant B and 60% of deionized water, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer to prepare a mixture B;
4) putting the mixture b into a stirrer for stirring, putting the mixed solution a into ultrasonic liquid atomization equipment for ultrasonic dispersion into atomized particles, outputting the atomized particles from the ultrasonic liquid atomization equipment to the continuously stirred mixture b for mixing with the mixture b to prepare a mixture c, wherein the stirring time is controlled to be 45min and the stirring speed is 300 r/min;
5) gradually adding the silver powder, the aluminum powder and the micron-sized color paste into the mixture c, continuously stirring by a stirrer in the adding process, controlling the stirring speed to be 1200r/min, and continuously stirring for 20min after the adding is finished;
6) and stirring the mixture c after the operation is finished for 7 minutes, and filtering the mixture by using a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain the high-finish ABS plastic powder box spray paint.
Table 1 shows the amounts (in kg) of the respective components of examples 1 to 9.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 was the same as example 9 in composition and preparation process, except that modified glass beads were not added thereto.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 is the same as example 9 in composition and preparation process, except that the modified glass beads in the formulation were replaced with glass beads that were not modified.
Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 is the same as example 9 in composition and preparation process, except that the brightening metal powder is not added thereto.
Comparative example 4
A photo-curable polyurethane coating comprises 369kg of dihydroxyethyl isocyanurate, 0.5kg of hydroquinone, 84kg of hexamethylene diisocyanate, 0.1kg of triethylamine, 50kg of neopentyl glycol diacrylate and Sgacuse1842 kg.
A preparation method of a photocuring polyurethane coating comprises the following steps: 369kg of dihydroxyethyl isocyanurate and 0.5kg of hydroquinone are introduced into a four-necked beaker provided with a stirrer and a thermometer, heated to 65 ℃ and 84kg of hexamethylene diisocyanate are added stepwise. And then 0.1kg of triethylamine is added as a catalyst, 50kg of neopentyl glycol diacrylate and Sgacuse1842kg are added after the continuous reaction is carried out for 10 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃, and the photocuring coating is prepared after uniform mixing.
Performance test
The overall properties of the spray paints prepared in examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were measured, and the results are shown in tables 2,3 and 4.
Table 2 shows the overall properties of the lacquers prepared in examples 1 to 5
As can be seen in Table 2, the spray paints prepared in example 1, example 2 and example 3 are uniform in texture, and can form paint films with excellent glossiness after being sprayed on the surface of an ABS powder box; the paint prepared in example 3 had a finer texture and a better finish.
Comparing the experimental data of example 3, example 4 and example 5, it was found that the weight ratio of dispersant a to dispersant B was 1: the paint prepared by the method 3 has more delicate texture and better comprehensive performance.
Table 3 shows the overall properties of the lacquers prepared in examples 6 to 9
Table 4 shows the overall properties of the spray paints prepared in comparative examples 1 to 4
It can be seen from the combination of the experimental data in tables 2,3 and 4 that the lacquers prepared in examples 1 to 9 have a much better overall performance, mainly with regard to levelling and gloss, than the lacquers prepared in comparative examples 1 to 4. The spray paints prepared in examples 1-9 were excellent in wear resistance after curing, and the formed paint films were smooth, flat, glossy, and highly smooth.
Comparing example 9 with comparative example 1, it was found that the lacquer film prepared without the addition of glass microbeads in the formulation was uneven and slightly collapsed. Comparing example 9 with comparative example 2, it was found that the paint prepared by adding unmodified glass beads to the formulation had slight cohesion of the internal components in the slurry state and the paint film after curing by spraying was uneven. Comparing example 9 with comparative example 3, it was found that the paint film of the paint formulation without adding the brightening metal powder was flat and the light reflecting ability was lowered. Comparing example 9 with comparative example 4, it was found that the lacquers according to the invention have a better finish and the lacquer film is more even than the existing lacquers.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present invention, and it is not limited to the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The paint is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 38-65 parts of acrylic resin, 14-20 parts of pigment and filler, 2.5-5 parts of brightening metal powder, 2-3.8 parts of dispersant, 3-6 parts of antioxidant, 2.5-5 parts of modified glass beads and 18-45 parts of solvent;
the modified glass beads are coated with coupling agents on the surfaces.
2. The highly finished ABS plastic powder box paint spray painting of claim 1, wherein the acrylic resin comprises thermoplastic acrylic resin and thermosetting acrylic resin.
3. The high-finish ABS plastic powder box spray paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the brightening metal powder is one or more of silver powder, copper powder and aluminum powder.
4. The high-finish ABS plastic powder box spray paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispersant is any one of dispersant AM-C, dispersant DC and dispersant DA.
5. The high-finish ABS plastic powder box paint spraying tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modified glass beads are prepared by the following method: weighing untreated glass beads, putting the glass beads into absolute ethyl alcohol for ultrasonic treatment for 2-3h, and drying for later use; heating the glass beads subjected to the operation to 90-125 ℃, adding a coupling agent into the glass beads, and continuously stirring the glass beads during the heating and adding processes and keeping the temperature of the glass beads between 90 and 125 ℃; after the addition is finished, continuously stirring for 0.5-1h, and drying at 120 ℃ to obtain the modified glass beads.
6. The high-finish ABS plastic powder box paint according to claim 5, wherein the untreated glass beads are hollow glass beads.
7. The high-finish ABS plastic powder box paint spraying device according to claim 6, wherein the particle size of the hollow glass beads is not more than 50 μm.
8. The high-finish ABS plastic powder box paint spray paint of claim 5, wherein the coupling agent is a silane coupling agent.
9. A process for preparing the high-finish ABS plastic powder box paint of any one of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
s1, weighing the raw materials according to the parts by weight for later use;
s2, dividing the dispersant into two parts, namely a dispersant A and a dispersant B, wherein the weight of the dispersant A is 25-40% of the total weight of the dispersant, and the weight of the dispersant B is 60-75% of the total weight of the dispersant for later use;
s3, uniformly mixing the modified glass beads, the dispersant A and 40% of solvent to prepare a mixed solution a for later use;
s4, uniformly mixing acrylic resin, an antioxidant, a dispersant B and 60% of a solvent to prepare a mixture B;
s5, stirring the mixture b, dispersing the mixed solution a into atomized particles, conveying the atomized particles into the mixture b which is continuously stirred, and mixing the atomized particles with the mixture b to prepare a mixture c;
s6, gradually adding the brightening metal powder and the pigment filler into the mixture c, continuously stirring the mixture c in the adding process, controlling the stirring speed to be 1000-1200r/min, and continuously stirring for 15-20min after the adding is finished;
and S7, stirring the mixture c after the operation is finished for 4-7 minutes, and filtering by using a filter screen to obtain the high-finish ABS plastic powder box spray paint.
