The invention aims to provide a heating device which is simple in structure and suitable for a PET bottle blowing machine to manufacture a container bottle with a handle, so that the manufacturing difficulty of the PET container bottle with the handle is reduced, and the production quality and the production efficiency of the PET container bottle with the handle are improved.
The heating device for blowing the bottle blank with the handle comprises a heating box and a heating air channel for blowing cooling air in, wherein the heating box is provided with a heating area provided with a heating element, and the heating air channel is provided with a blank body air outlet area opposite to the heating area; the middle parts of the heating area and the blank air outlet area are oppositely provided with separating plates, the positions of the separating plates are adjacent to the tail ends of handles on the bottle blanks, shielding plates are arranged on the separating plates on one side of the heating area at intervals along the moving direction of the bottle blanks, and the positions of the shielding plates, which are opposite to the positions of the handles on the bottle blanks, in the heating area are rotated to the positions facing the heating area.

Therefore, the heating device has a very simple structure, but skillfully divides the heating area into a plurality of areas according to the requirements of the bottle blank and the handle thereof so as to adapt to the blowing requirement of the bottle blank and protect the handle, thereby smoothly manufacturing the container bottle with the handle by utilizing a PET bottle blowing machine, effectively reducing the manufacturing difficulty of the PET container bottle with the handle and improving the processing quality and the production efficiency of the container bottle.

The heating element 3 comprises a plurality of heating lamp tubes arranged in parallel, the distances between each heating lamp tube and the bottle blank can be set to be all the same, or can be set to be different according to requirements, for example, the distance between the heating lamp tube opposite to the handle and the bottle blank is larger than that between other heating lamp tubes; or the distance between the heating lamp tube opposite to the bottle blank bottleneck and the bottle blank is larger than that between other heating lamp tubes; thereby meeting the heating requirements of different areas and different parts of the bottle blank.
The heating box 1 is provided with an air draft channel 11 which is communicated with the space between the heating box and the air outlet area 5 of the heating air channel, namely, the heating area for heating the bottle blanks is communicated, and therefore cooled cooling air is discharged in sequence.
The heating device for blowing the bottle blank with the handle comprises a blank body cooling fan 8 for blowing cooling air into the heating air duct 2, a cooling air duct 9 opposite to the blank opening of the bottle blank and a blank opening air cooler 10 for blowing cooling air into the cooling air duct, wherein the blank body and the blank opening of the bottle blank are respectively cooled by different air coolers and air ducts so as to meet the heating and cooling requirements of different parts of the bottle blank.
