The invention discloses a latex pillow forming process, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: forming a die cavity after the forming dies are combined, wherein the shape of the die cavity is the same as that of a pillow to be formed, injecting a latex foaming material into the die cavity through a latex foaming material injection opening, then sending the forming die into a steam box for steaming, wherein in the steaming process, a flaky heat conducting plate in the middle of the die cavity is heated, so that heat conducting nails arranged on the flaky heat conducting plate are heated simultaneously, the latex foaming material is heated from the inner direction by the heat conducting nails, the latex foaming material is heated from the outer direction by matching with a die shell, and the latex foaming material in the die cavity is quickly steamed; after the steaming work is finished, the upper top plate and the lower top plate of the forming die are taken down firstly, then the left side frame plate and the right side frame plate of the die are separated, the latex pillow steamed by heat is exposed, and finally the latex pillow is lifted from the heat conducting nails. The invention can produce and manufacture the latex pillow without the defects of concave holes, strain and the like on the whole surface, and better meets the market and customer requirements.

Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the pure natural latex pillow and other latex products become mass consumption products gradually. During the production and manufacturing process of the latex pillow, the latex pillow needs to be steamed through the steam box, and when the latex pillow is steamed, heat conduction nails or heat conduction rods need to be inserted into the pillow through the surface of the pillow so as to enable the pillow to be steamed quickly. However, when the latex pillow is steamed, the mould is opened, and the heat conducting nails or heat conducting rods are pulled out, the densely distributed heat conducting nail holes or heat conducting rod holes with larger or smaller apertures are left on the surface of the latex pillow, and due to the fact that the heat conducting nails or heat conducting rods are bonded with the latex material, and when the heat conducting nails or heat conducting rods are pulled out, material shortage and pulling damage are caused on the surface of the latex pillow, the existing latex pillow always has surface defects to different degrees, and great influence is caused on product quality and merchant sales; in addition, when the latex pillow needs to be subjected to subsequent surface spraying condensation glue treatment or pattern treatment, the surface of the latex pillow needs to be repaired, and the repairing work is very complicated. According to the latex pillow forming process, when the latex pillow is steamed in the production process, the heat conduction nails or heat conduction rods are not inserted from the surface of the pillow but directly inserted from the middle of the pillow, so that heat conduction nail holes or heat conduction rod holes cannot be left on the surface of the pillow, and material shortage and pulling damage on the surface of the pillow cannot be caused, so that the whole surface of the latex pillow is effectively ensured to be free of defects, the subsequent surface treatment of the latex pillow is facilitated, and the complete pattern can be formed on the surface of the latex pillow directly by using a mold.
