Abstract
The invention discloses a latex pillow with a non-porous surface, which comprises a pillow body made of latex materials, and is characterized in that: the upper and lower surfaces of the pillow body are not provided with heat conduction nail holes, and the heat conduction nail holes are positioned in the pillow body. The invention has the advantage of ensuring that the whole surface of the latex pillow has no defects of concave holes, strain and the like. Meanwhile, the invention provides a forming die of the latex pillow with a pore-free surface.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of latex product production, in particular to a latex pillow with a non-porous surface and a forming die.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the pure natural latex pillow and other latex products become mass consumption products gradually. In the manufacturing process of the latex pillow, the latex pillow needs to be steamed through the steam box, and when the latex pillow is steamed, heat conduction nails or heat conduction rods need to be inserted into the pillow through the surface of the pillow so as to enable the pillow to be steamed quickly. However, when the latex pillow is steamed, the mould is opened, and the heat conducting nails or heat conducting rods are pulled out, the densely distributed heat conducting nail holes or heat conducting rod holes with larger or smaller apertures are left on the surface of the latex pillow, and due to the fact that the heat conducting nails or heat conducting rods are bonded with the latex material, and when the heat conducting nails or heat conducting rods are pulled out, material shortage and pulling damage are caused on the surface of the latex pillow, the existing latex pillow always has surface defects to different degrees, and great influence is caused on product quality and merchant sales; in addition, when the latex pillow needs to be subjected to subsequent surface spraying condensation glue treatment or pattern treatment, the surface of the latex pillow needs to be repaired, and the repairing work is very complicated. In addition, if a pattern is directly formed on the surface of the latex pillow by using a mould, the completeness of the formed pattern cannot be ensured at all due to the arrangement of the heat conduction nails or the heat conduction rods in the prior art.

According to the latex pillow adopting the technical scheme, when the latex pillow is steamed in a hot mode in the manufacturing process, the heat conduction nails or the heat conduction rods are not inserted from the surface of the pillow but are directly inserted from the middle of the pillow, so that heat conduction nail holes or heat conduction rod holes cannot be left on the surface of the pillow, and material shortage and pulling on the surface of the pillow cannot be caused, so that the whole surface of the latex pillow is effectively guaranteed to be free of defects, the subsequent surface treatment of the latex pillow is facilitated, and the fact that complete patterns are directly formed on the surface of the latex pillow by using a mold is possible.

The manufacturing process of the latex pillow with the surface without holes comprises the following steps: the mould is combined to form a mould cavity, latex foaming material is injected into the mould cavity through a latex foaming material injection opening, then the mould is sent into a steam box for hot steaming, steam or electric heating is introduced into the flaky heat conducting plate in the process of hot steaming, so that the heat conducting nail is heated, the latex pillow is heated from the inner direction, and then the latex foaming material in the mould cavity is quickly hot steamed under the combined heating action of the heat conducting nail and the mould shell; after the steaming work is finished, the upper top plate and the lower top plate of the mold are taken down firstly, then the left side frame plate and the right side frame plate of the mold are separated, and finally the pillow is lifted from the heat conducting nails and taken down. The latex pillow manufactured by the process can effectively ensure that the whole surface of the latex pillow is free of defects.
