The punch punches the carrying groove 10 on the carrying plate 6 from the through hole 7 on the fixing plate 5, waste materials of the workpiece fall into the charging box 33 from the blanking pipe 34, and after the workpiece is punched, the movable plate 9 moves upwards by the operation of the telescopic device 9, so that a worker can take out the machined workpiece from the carrying groove 10 of the carrying plate 6 conveniently.
The locking nut 38 is manually rotated to facilitate the worker to manually pull the threaded rod 37 out of the magazine 33 and the stripper plate 35 after the locking bolt 38 is disengaged from the threaded rod 37, and then the stripper plate 35 is manually rotated to facilitate the discharge of the collected waste material from the magazine 33.
After the waste material in the magazine 33 is discharged, the worker manually rotates the discharging plate 35 to position the discharging plate 35 in the bottom plate discharge port of the magazine 33, passes one end of the threaded rod 37 through the magazine 33 and the discharging plate 35, and tightens the lock nuts 28 at both ends of the threaded rod 37, thereby achieving the fixing of the discharging plate 35 in the bottom plate discharge port of the magazine 33.

the work frame comprises a bottom frame (3), the upper surface of the bottom frame (3) faces upwards and is fixedly connected with a connecting rod (4), the top and the middle of the connecting rod (4) are respectively fixedly connected with a fixed plate (5) and a carrying plate (6), a through hole (7) is formed in the center of the fixed plate (5), the lower surface of the fixed plate (5) is fixedly connected with a movable plate (9) through a telescopic device (8), a carrying groove (10) is formed in the upper surface of the carrying plate (6), punching holes (11) are formed in the carrying groove (10) and the movable plate (9), and a compression column (12) corresponding to the position of the carrying groove (10) is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the movable plate (9).
2. The fixture tool for machining the stamped product according to claim 1, wherein the left side and the right side of the lower surface of the base (1) are fixedly connected with supporting plates (13);
the base (1) is provided with a limiting groove (14), and the lower surface of the bottom frame (3) is fixedly connected with a limiting block (15) matched with the limiting groove (14).

The fixture tool for machining the stamped products according to claim 1, wherein the front side wall and the rear side wall of the base (1) are fixedly connected with hydraulic cylinders (16), telescopic ends of the hydraulic cylinders (16) are fixedly connected with movable plates (17), the side walls, opposite to the bottom frame (3), of the movable plates (17) are fixedly connected with insertion rods (18), the upper surface of the bottom frame (3) is fixedly connected with connecting plates (19), and the connecting plates (19) are provided with insertion holes (20) corresponding to the insertion rods (18).

The fixture tool for machining the stamped product according to claim 1, wherein an annular plate (22) is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the fixing plate (5) through a fixing bolt (21), a first protection cylinder (23) is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the annular plate (22), and a second protection cylinder (24) is movably connected to the outer side wall of the lower end of the first protection cylinder (23).

the first protection cylinder (23) and the second protection cylinder (24) are connected through a locking bolt (39).

the base (1) is provided with an opening (2) corresponding to the discharging plate (35).

The tooling of claim 8, wherein the stripper plate (35) is a circular plate, the two ends of the stripper plate (35) are fixedly connected with rotating shafts (36), and one end of each rotating shaft (36) is rotatably connected to the side wall of the discharge port of the bottom plate of the charging box (33);
the locking mechanism comprises a locking nut (38), a threaded rod (37) is movably arranged on the discharging plate (35) in a penetrating mode, and two ends of the threaded rod (37) penetrate through the bottom plate of the charging box (33) and are in threaded connection with the locking nut (38).

the punch punches a carrying groove (10) on a carrying plate (6) from a through hole (7) on a fixing plate (5), waste materials of workpieces fall into a charging box (33) from a blanking pipe (34), and when the workpieces are punched, a telescopic device (9) works to enable a movable plate (9) to move upwards, so that the machined workpieces can be taken out of the carrying groove (10) of the carrying plate (6);
the locking nut (38) is manually rotated, after the locking bolt (38) is separated from the threaded rod (37), the threaded rod (37) is conveniently and manually pulled out of the charging box (33) and the discharging plate (35), and then the discharging plate (35) is manually rotated, so that the waste collected in the charging box (33) is conveniently discharged;
