Abstract
本发明涉及一种全肩关节置换术中应用到的关节盂假体,属于医疗器械的技术领域;其包括关节盂植入体以及关节盂支撑体;关节盂植入体上开设有凹槽,凹槽内部底面上开设有两个通孔,通孔内插接有螺钉,螺钉的末端能够插入肩关节上的骨道内;凹槽的内壁上固定连接有多个均匀分布的卡块,关节盂支撑体靠近关节盂植入体的表面上固定连接有多个和卡块对应的卡板,卡板靠近卡块的侧壁上一体成型有凸起,凸起能够卡在卡块和凹槽的底面之间;凸起和卡块相互靠近的表面上均开设有斜面,且凸起和卡块上的斜面倾斜方向相反。本发明具有防止关节盂植入体发生松动,方便更换假体中聚乙烯部分的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种全肩关节置换术中应用到的关节盂假体。
背景技术
全肩关节置换术适用于骨性关节炎,包括原发及继发性,以及类风湿关节炎,创伤性关节炎,肩袖损伤性关节病,人工肩关节翻修,骨坏死、肿瘤、肩关节发育不良、陈旧性感染等。
现有关节盂假体通过固定方式分为骨水泥固定以及HA喷涂生物固定两种方式。骨水泥固定适合高龄、骨质疏松、骨质条件欠佳的患者,生物固定需具备良好的骨质条件,通常适合中青年及大部分中老年人;产品为一体式结构,根据植入部分特征的不同可分为带栓型,带龙骨型关节盂。
上述中的现有技术方案存在以下缺陷:关节盂植入后存在慢性松动的情况,且关节盂中的聚乙烯部分发生磨损后不易更换。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种全肩关节置换术中应用到的关节盂假体。
本发明的上述发明目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种全肩关节置换术中应用到的关节盂假体,包括关节盂植入体以及关节盂支撑体;
关节盂植入体上开设有凹槽,凹槽内部底面上开设有两个通孔,通孔内插接有螺钉,螺钉的末端能够插入肩关节上的骨道内;
凹槽的内壁上固定连接有多个均匀分布的卡块,关节盂支撑体靠近关节盂植入体的表面上固定连接有多个和卡块对应的卡板,卡板靠近卡块的侧壁上一体成型有凸起,凸起能够卡在卡块和凹槽的底面之间;
凸起和卡块相互靠近的表面上均开设有斜面,且凸起和卡块上的斜面倾斜方向相反。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过螺钉固定,能够使关节盂植入体和肩关节固定的更加稳定,避免关节盂植入体发生松动,关节盂支撑体和关节盂植入体才有卡块和卡板的固定方式,使关节盂支撑体能够进行更换,避免关节盂支撑体产生磨损后无法更换。
本发明在一较佳示例中可以进一步配置为:所述关节盂植入体为钛合金材料并且在表面喷涂钛粉;关节盂支撑体采用聚乙烯材料制成。
通过采用上述技术方案,关节盂植入体采用钛合金材料制成,能够增加关节盂植入体的骨长入效果,关节盂支撑体采用聚乙烯材料制成,能够避免关节盂支撑体对肱骨头造成磨损。
本发明在一较佳示例中可以进一步配置为:所述通孔倾斜设置,且通孔远离关节盂支撑体的一端向相互远离的方向设置,使插入通孔内的螺钉呈外八字设置。
通过采用上述技术方案,外八字形设置的螺钉,能够使螺钉更加稳定的安装在肩关节上的骨道内,进一步防止关节盂植入体发生松动。
本发明在一较佳示例中可以进一步配置为:所述关节盂支撑体靠近关节盂植入体的表面中心处固定连接有连接块,连接块和凹槽均为梅花形状设置,连接块和凹槽能够相互对应卡入;
卡块和卡板分布处于梅花形状的凹腔内,且连接块凸起的部分上开设有竖槽,竖槽的横截面为半圆形,凹槽突出的竖棱横截面也为半圆形设置。
通过采用上述技术方案,连接块和凹槽均梅花形设置,且竖槽能够和凹槽内部的竖棱配合,进而能够防止关节盂支撑体发生转动。
本发明在一较佳示例中可以进一步配置为:所述关节盂植入体远离关节盂支撑体的表面中心凸起形成弧形面。
通过采用上述技术方案,弧形面能够增加关节盂植入体的厚度,能够减少通孔对关节盂植入体造成的损坏。

综上所述,本发明包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1.关节盂植入体通过螺钉固定在肩关节上,从而使关节盂植入体安装的更加稳定,避免关节盂植入体发生松动,关节盂植入体和关节盂支撑体通过卡块和卡板的配合进行连接,从而方便对磨损的关节盂支撑体进行更换;
2.关节盂植入体的下表面为弧形面,且弧形面上还固定连接有加强块,螺钉穿过加强块和肩关节连接,从而能够使螺钉和关节盂植入体连接的更加稳定,避免关节盂植入体和螺钉的连接处发生断裂。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照图1,为本发明公开的一种全肩关节置换术中应用到的关节盂假体,包括关节盂植入体1以及关节盂支撑体2,关节盂植入体1安装在肩关节上,关节盂支撑体2和肱骨头接触,关节盂植入体1采用钛合金材料制成且关节盂植入体1和关节贴合的表面喷涂有钛粉,增加关节盂植入体1的骨长入效果;关节盂支撑体2由聚乙烯制成,能够减少对肱骨头的磨损,且关节盂植入体1和关节盂支撑体2才有卡接的结构,在关节盂支撑体2发生磨损后,能够对关节盂支撑体2进行更换。
参照图2和图3,关节盂植入体1的俯视图为椭圆形,且关节盂植入体1的上表面开设有梅花形的凹槽11,凹槽11的底面上开设有两个通孔12,通孔12倾斜设置,通孔12的下端向相互远离的方向设置,通孔12内插入有螺钉13,因为通孔12倾斜设置,且通孔12倾斜的方向相反,故螺钉13的下端呈外八字设置,肩关节上会开设有可供螺钉13插入的骨道,相比较常规的骨水泥固定安装方式,能够使关节盂植入1安装的更加稳定。
参照图3和图4,关节盂植入体1的下表面向外突出形成弧形面14,弧形面14上固定连接有两个加强块141,加强块141的下端向相互远离的方向突出,从而形成和螺钉13相同的外八字形状,通孔12贯通加强块141,进而使螺钉13穿过加强块141;故加强块141能够增加螺钉13和关节盂植入体1连接的稳定性,进而使关节盂植入体1能够更好的被螺钉13固定在肩关节上。
参照图3和图4,弧形面14的中心处固定连接有定位柱15,定位柱15处于两个加强块141之间且和加强块141固定连接,定位柱15的下端凸出加强块141的下端;定位柱15能够进入肩关节上的定位骨道内,从而能够对关节盂植入体1的安装起到初始定位的作用,方便关节盂植入体1的安装。
参照图2和图3,定位柱15、加强块141、关节盂植入体1以及关节盂支撑体2的棱边处均开设有圆角151,圆角151取代锋利的棱边,能够提高植入假体的舒适性,还能够避免对肩关节、肱骨头造成磨损。
参照图3和图5,梅花形的凹槽11内壁凹腔内均骨道连接有卡块3,关节盂支撑体2的下表面固定连接有多个卡板21,卡板21和卡块3互相对应设置,且多个卡板21围绕着关节盂支撑体2的下表面中心处呈环形均匀分布,卡板21相互远离的侧壁上一体成型有凸起22,凸起22能够卡在卡块3和凹槽11的底面之间,从而使关节盂植入体1和关节盂支撑体2稳定的连接在一起,因为关节盂支撑体2和肱骨头接触的部分为凹陷的弧形,故关节盂支撑体2产生磨损时,关节盂支撑体2上弧形的部分会首先产生磨损,从而使关节盂支撑体2中间部分产生破损,使卡板21会首先暴露出来,故卡板21和卡块3会失去卡接的作用,进而使关节盂支撑体2能够拆卸下来,方便更换。
参照图5和图6,卡块3的上表面以及凸起22的下表面均开设有斜面31,且卡块3和凸起22上斜面31的倾斜方向相反,故在卡接的过程中,凸起22能够经过卡块3进而卡在卡块3的下表面,避免关节盂支撑体2无法安装在关节盂植入体1上。
参照图5和图6,关节盂支撑体2的下表面中心处还固定连接有连接块23,连接块23也呈梅花形状设置,且大小和凹槽11相同,连接块23上突出的竖棱部分开设有半圆形的竖槽24,凹槽11凸起的竖棱横截面也为半圆形,故在连接块23安装进凹槽11内时,竖槽24能够和凹槽11内部的竖棱配合,从而使连接块23能够和凹槽11配合,防止关节盂支撑体2发生转动,还不会对卡板21和卡块3造成影响。

关节盂植入体(1)上开设有凹槽(11),凹槽(11)内部底面上开设有两个通孔(12),通孔(12)内插接有螺钉(13),螺钉(13)的末端能够插入肩关节上的骨道内;
凹槽(11)的内壁上固定连接有多个均匀分布的卡块(3),关节盂支撑体(2)靠近关节盂植入体(1)的表面上固定连接有多个和卡块(3)对应的卡板(21),卡板(21)靠近卡块(3)的侧壁上一体成型有凸起(22),凸起(22)能够卡在卡块(3)和凹槽(11)的底面之间;
凸起(22)和卡块(3)相互靠近的表面上均开设有斜面(31),且凸起(22)和卡块(3)上的斜面(31)倾斜方向相反。
