Background
The total hip prosthesis is used to replace the acetabulum part of hip joint for hip replacement operation. The existing full acetabulum prosthesis structure is formed by connecting and combining a metal outer cup, a metal inner liner, a polyethylene inner liner and a ball head, and has the advantages of convenient processing, short development period and the like.
Although the total acetabular cup prosthesis can replace the acetabular part of the hip joint and is really progressive, in actual use, the structure of the total acetabular cup prosthesis has a plurality of defects, so that the total acetabular cup prosthesis cannot achieve the optimal use effect in actual application, and the defects can be summarized as follows:
1) the effect is not ideal after long-term use

When the acetabular prosthesis 100 of the embodiment is used, the acetabular outer cup 3 is aligned and press-fitted to the position of the acetabulum of a human body, fixing components such as screws extend into the fixing holes 3211, the screws are tightened to fixedly connect the acetabular outer cup 3 with the position of the acetabulum of the human body, and then the first inner liner 1 and the metal cup 4 are sequentially installed on one side of the acetabular outer cup 3. The solid structure of the solid cup 32 clamped with the porous cup 31 can increase the rigidity of the acetabulum outer cup 3, reduce the risk of unstable fixation of the acetabulum outer cup 3 and prolong the service life of the prosthesis.

In adapting the porous cup 31 to the solid cup 32, a thicker porous cup 31 may also be selected to increase bone ingrowth performance, and a thicker solid cup 32 may also be selected to increase rigidity of the acetabular cup 3. According to the total acetabular prosthesis 100 of the embodiment, the acetabular outer cup 3 may be connected with the first liner 1 through bone cement, and the outer surface of the first liner 1 may be provided with a groove 11. The phenomenon that when the taper connection is adopted in the prior art, the taper connection needs a larger external force to press the taper connection and the connection, the damage to human bone is possibly caused, and the taper connection is easy to loosen is avoided. The installation is convenient, and the stability is good. In particular, in the revision acetabular prosthesis surgery, the adoption of press fit connection seriously affects the stability of the acetabular prosthesis and shortens the service life of the acetabular prosthesis. By providing the groove 11 on the outer surface of the first liner 1, cement spillage is avoided, while the cement in the groove 11 prevents relative rotation between the acetabular cup 3 and the first liner 1.
In a preferred embodiment, the inner surface of the acetabular outer cup 3 may also be provided with grooves 11.
With reference to fig. 1 and 4, the grooves 11 may include a plurality of longitudinal first grooves 111 and a plurality of latitudinal second grooves 112; the depth of the groove 11 is set to 1-3 mm. Through the arrangement, a groove 11 network in a plurality of directions is formed, the first inner liner 1 and the acetabulum outer cup 3 can be effectively prevented from rotating in the longitudinal direction and the latitudinal direction, and a good rotation prevention function is realized.
As shown in fig. 4, an outer edge of one side of the first liner 1 may be provided with a separation preventing structure 12 for preventing the metal cup 4 from being separated from the first liner 1, and the separation preventing structure 12 may be provided as an arc-shaped section protruding from an edge of the first liner 1 in an outer circumferential direction of the first liner 1, and an inner surface of the first liner 1 may extend to an inner surface of the arc-shaped section. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the total acetabular prosthesis 100 may further include a snap ring 5 disposed inside the metal cup 4, and a second liner 2 formed inside the metal cup 4, wherein a circumferential protrusion may be formed on an outer side surface of the snap ring 5, and a circumferential groove (not shown) engaged with the circumferential protrusion (not shown) may be formed on an inner surface of the metal cup 4 to fix the metal cup 4 and the second liner 2. Claims (10)
1. A total acetabulum prosthesis comprises an acetabulum outer cup, a first inner liner and a metal cup, and is characterized in that the acetabulum outer cup comprises a porous cup and a solid cup, the porous cup is arranged into a porous structure which is beneficial to bone ingrowth at an acetabulum part of a human body, the porous cup and the solid cup are combined in a clamping manner, and a plurality of fixing holes which simultaneously penetrate through the porous cup and the solid cup are formed in the porous cup or the solid cup.
2. The total hip socket prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the porous cup is provided with a thickness of 2-5 mm and a porosity of 10-50%, and the solid cup is provided with a thickness of 2-5 mm.
3. The total acetabular prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein one of the porous cup or the solid cup is provided with a protrusion facing the other and the other is provided with a groove for engaging the protrusion, the outer surface of the acetabular cup following engagement of the protrusion and the groove has a shape adapted to the shape of the acetabular site of the human body and the inner surface of the acetabular cup has a shape adapted to the shape of the first liner.
4. The total hip socket prosthesis according to claim 3, wherein the fixation holes are provided on the protrusions; the fixing hole is a counter bore.
5. The total hip socket prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the acetabular cup and the first liner are connected by cement, and grooves are provided on the outer surface of the first liner.
6. The total hip socket prosthesis according to claim 5, wherein the inner surface of the acetabular outer cup is also provided with grooves.
7. The total hip socket prosthesis according to claim 6, wherein the grooves comprise a plurality of first grooves in a longitudinal direction and a plurality of second grooves in a latitudinal direction; the depth of the groove is set to 1-3 mm.
8. The total hip socket prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein an outer edge of one side of the first liner is provided with an anti-slip structure that prevents the metal cup from slipping out of the first liner, the anti-slip structure being provided as an arc-shaped section that protrudes from an edge of the first liner in an outer circumferential direction of the first liner, an inner surface of the first liner extending onto an inner surface of the arc-shaped section.
9. The total hip socket prosthesis according to claim 8, wherein the maximum angle of extension of the arc-shaped segment is set to be 20 ° -30 ° from the edge of the first liner; the outer surface of the arc-shaped section is provided with a conical surface, and an included angle between the conical surface and the edge of the first lining is 60-70 degrees.
10. The total hip socket prosthesis according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a snap ring and a second liner formed inside the metal cup, the snap ring being disposed inside the metal cup, the snap ring being formed with a circumferential projection on an outer side thereof, the inner surface of the metal cup being provided with a circumferential groove cooperating with the circumferential projection to fix the metal cup and the second liner.
