Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a physiotherapy water mattress according to a first embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a physiotherapy water mattress according to a second embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a schematic view of a physiotherapy water mattress according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a physiotherapy water mattress includes a mattress body 100, a heating tank 200, a first water pump 300, and a control unit 400.
The mattress body 100 is hollow and is configured as a liquid storage space, and the liquid includes but is not limited to water, which will be exemplified for convenience of description. At least the upper surface (the surface contacting with the human body) of the mattress body 100 is made of a flexible material, and water therein cannot pass through, so that the body parts can be uniformly supported when a person lies on the water mattress.
The water in the mattress body 100 can be circulated, a first water inlet and a first water outlet are arranged on the mattress body, the water enters and exits the storage space through the first water inlet and the first water outlet, and further can be communicated with an external heating and refrigerating device through a pipeline to heat or refrigerate the water.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the first water inlet and the first water outlet are respectively communicated with the heating water tank 200 through a pipeline. The heating water tank 200 may be only a heating device, such as water in a pipeline can be heated quickly; the heating water tank 200 may also be configured as a heating device having a certain water storage function, for example, a heating device is disposed inside the water storage structure, and the heating device can heat the water in the water storage structure to a certain temperature within a certain time.
To facilitate the circulation of water, the physiotherapy water mattress further comprises a first water pump 300. The first water pump 300 is disposed on the water outlet pipeline of the heating water tank 200, and drives water to flow in the whole circulation system.
In order to perform comprehensive control of the entire circulation system, a control unit 400 is further included. The control unit 400 is respectively electrically connected with the heating water tank 200 and the first water pump 300, controls the heating water tank 200 to heat water according to control requirements, and controls the first water pump 300 to electrically drive the water to circulate. A temperature sensor may be disposed at a suitable position in the circulation system, for example, a temperature sensor may be disposed in the storage space of the mattress body 100, and the control unit 400 may issue a control command to the heating water tank 200 and the first water pump 300 according to the temperature of water in the storage space.
In addition, for the convenience of human-computer interaction, a human-computer interaction unit 500 may be further provided. The human-computer interaction unit 500 may include a display module and an input module, which are respectively connected to the control unit 400. The display module can be used for displaying various related parameters, states and other information in the physiotherapy water mattress, and the input module is used for inputting control instructions and other operations by a user, such as setting water temperature, timing a heating switch and other operations. The human-computer interaction unit 500 may be connected with the control unit 400 in a wired or wireless manner. The human-computer interaction unit 500 may be various existing intelligent terminals, such as a mobile phone, and corresponding programs are built in the intelligent terminals, so that various functions of the human-computer interaction unit 500 can be realized.
Besides the functions, the physiotherapy water mattress further has the stone needle physiotherapy effect. Be equipped with stone needle physiotherapy layer 110 in the mattress body 100, stone needle physiotherapy layer 110 includes waterproof basic unit 111 and stone needle 112, stone needle 112 with waterproof basic unit 111 is connected.
The waterproof base layer 111 is made of a waterproof material, and moisture inside the mattress body 100 does not enter the inside of the waterproof base layer 111. The waterproof substrate 111 may have a solid structure or a hollow structure. The connection manner of the stone needle 112 and the waterproof base layer 111 and the positional relationship between the two may be various, for example, the stone needle 112 may be bound to the upper and lower surfaces of the waterproof base layer 111 by a string or the like, a through mounting hole may be provided in the waterproof base layer 111, and the stone needle 112 may be disposed in the mounting hole. Since the stone needle 112 in this embodiment is heated by water in the mattress body 100, preferably, at least a part of the surface of the stone needle 112 is exposed after being connected to the waterproof substrate 111, so as to facilitate heat exchange with the water in the mattress body 100. Of course, the stone needle 112 may also be disposed inside the waterproof base layer 111, so that water inside the mattress body 100 needs to transfer heat to the waterproof base layer 111 and then to the stone needle 112, and the transfer efficiency is lower than that of the aforementioned connection method.
The stone needle physical therapy layer 110 can be an independent unit, with the mattress body 100 does not have the relation of connection, at this moment, according to the relation between the density of stone needle physical therapy layer 110 and the water density, under the user state, stone needle physical therapy layer 110 probably lies in the bottom of mattress body 100 (the density of stone needle physical therapy layer 110 is greater than the water density), probably lies in the middle part of mattress body 100 (the density of stone needle physical therapy layer 110 is roughly equal to the water density), still probably lies in the top of mattress body 100 (the density of stone needle physical therapy layer 110 is less than the water density). The stone needle 112 generates far infrared rays for physiotherapy through heating, so the three ways can realize the function. However, in order to shorten the distance between the stone needle 112 and the physical therapy part of the human body (the upper surface of the mattress body 100) as much as possible, it is preferable that the density of the stone needle therapy layer 110 is less than that of water. The stone needle physiotherapy layer 110 is located on the top of the mattress body 100, and is also beneficial to friction between the inner wall of the upper surface of the mattress body 100 and the surface of the exposed stone needle 112, so that ultrasonic pulses are generated, and the physiotherapy effect is further enhanced.
In order to make the density of the stone needle therapy layer 110 less than that of water, the stone needle therapy layer 110 may be manufactured in various forms, such as manufacturing the waterproof base layer 111 with a material having a density less than that of water, or constructing the waterproof base layer 111 in a hollow structure, or processing the stone needles 112 to form a hollow structure, a sheet structure, etc. In addition to the above-described conventional method, it is also possible to construct the waterproof substrate 111 in a hollow airtight structure and fill a gas, such as air, etc., in the waterproof substrate 111, so that the waterproof substrate 111 can maintain a large volume even if it is pressurized by surrounding water, thereby increasing buoyancy.
In order to make the stone needle therapy layer 110 located on the top of the mattress body 100, the waterproof base layer 111 can be fixedly connected to the inner wall of the mattress body 100, so that the stone needle therapy layer 110 does not sink to the bottom of the mattress body 100 even if the density is higher than that of water.
In addition, the water inside the mattress body 100 should closely contact with the inner wall of the upper surface of the mattress body 100, so as to better realize the original function of the water mattress, but if the horizontal cross section of the stone needle therapy layer 110 has an area size corresponding to the horizontal cross section of the storage space of the mattress body 100, and the stone needle therapy layer 110 is located at the top of the mattress body 100, it will inevitably affect the contact of the water with the inner wall of the upper surface of the mattress body 100. To improve this, a through-hole may be provided in the waterproof base layer 111, and water inside the mattress body 100 may flow up and down the waterproof base layer 111 through the through-hole. It should be noted that the water passage formed by the water passage holes is independent, and if the waterproof substrate 111 has a hollow structure, the water passage formed by the water passage holes does not communicate with the inner space of the waterproof substrate 111.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the hot water circulation system heats water inside the mattress body 100 through the heating water tank 200, and then keeps a constant temperature, so that the temperature of the upper surface of the mattress body 100 is increased, and the stone needle 112 inside the mattress body is heated to emit far infrared rays, thereby achieving a physiotherapy effect. It can be seen that the physiotherapy water mattress of the first embodiment is more suitable for being used in winter and other conditions with lower temperature. If the ambient temperature is high, the physiotherapy water mattress according to the first embodiment is not suitable.
In order to enable the physiotherapy water mattress to have good use experience in seasons with high temperature, such as summer, on the basis of the first embodiment, the physiotherapy water mattress is improved.
In a second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the physiotherapy water mattress includes a mattress body 100, a heating water tank 200, a first water pump 300, and a control unit 400.
Since the temperature of the external environment is high, the water inside the mattress body 100 does not need to be heated, and the stone needle 112 in the stone needle physiotherapy layer 110 still needs to be heated to generate a large amount of far infrared rays, so in the second embodiment of the present invention, only the stone needle 112 is heated.
In the second embodiment of the invention, heat is still transferred to the stone needle 112 through water. The waterproof substrate 111 is constructed in a hollow structure and is provided with a second water inlet and a second water outlet. The second water inlet and the second water outlet are respectively communicated with the heating water tank 200 through pipelines, the heating water tank 200 heats water, the first water pump 300 drives the water to circulate inside the waterproof base layer 111, the higher temperature is kept, and then the stone needle 112 is heated.
Since a large amount of water is also present inside the waterproof base layer 111, if the stone needle therapy layer 110 is constructed as a separate unit, it is difficult to ensure that the stone needle therapy layer 110 can be located on the top of the mattress body 100. Therefore, it is preferable that the waterproof base layer 111 is fixedly attached to the inner wall of the mattress body 100.
The connection between the stone needle 112 and the waterproof substrate 111 can be as described above in the first embodiment, and the water inside the waterproof substrate 111 can still transfer heat to the stone needle 112. However, if the stone needle 112 is still exposed to the low-temperature water (relative to the water inside the waterproof substrate 111) inside the mattress body 100, the heat is rapidly dissipated, and the stone needle 112 cannot be rapidly heated. Therefore, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that the stone needle 112 is disposed inside the waterproof base layer 111, i.e., exposed to high-temperature water inside the waterproof base layer 111, so that heating is rapidly performed.
The temperature of the water inside the mattress body 100 should be kept as low as possible so that the temperature of the upper surface of the mattress body 100 is lower than the ambient temperature, and the human body feels cool. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the water inside the mattress body 100 should be blocked from the hot water circulation system. And a first valve 101 is arranged on the pipeline between the first water inlet and the heating water tank 200 and is used for controlling the on-off of the pipeline between the first water inlet and the heating water tank 200. And a second valve 102 is arranged on the pipeline between the first water outlet and the heating water tank 200 and is used for controlling the connection and disconnection of the pipeline between the first water outlet and the heating water tank 200. And third valves 201 are arranged on the pipelines of the second water inlet and the heating water tank 200. For controlling the on-off of the pipeline between the second water inlet and the heating water tank 200. And a fourth valve 202 is arranged on the pipeline between the second water outlet and the heating water tank 200 and is used for controlling the on-off of the pipeline between the second water outlet and the heating water tank 200.
In this embodiment, the water and hot water circulation system in the mattress body 100 can be blocked only by closing the first valve 101 and the second valve 102 and opening the third valve 201 and the fourth valve 202. When the winter comes, the third valve 201 and the fourth valve 202 are closed, and the first valve 101 and the second valve 102 are opened, so that the function of the physiotherapy water mattress in the first embodiment can be recovered.
The valve is a generic term of a waterway on-off device and comprises but is not limited to a manual valve, an electromagnetic valve and the like. When the valve is an electromagnetic valve, the on-off state can be controlled by the control unit 400.
In the second embodiment, the water inside the mattress body 100 is untreated water, and the temperature is the normal temperature at that time, but the surface temperature of the water mattress is required to be lower in summer, and the requirement can be difficult to be met by using water with the normal temperature, so the third embodiment of the invention further adds a water refrigeration cycle to the second embodiment.
In a third embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the physiotherapy water mattress includes a mattress body 100, a heating tank 200, a first water pump 300, a cooling tank 600, a second water pump 700, and a control unit 400.
The connection structure of the mattress body 100, the heating tank 200, the first water pump 300 and the control unit 400 is the same as that of the second embodiment, and on the basis, the cooling tank 600 and the second water pump 700 are further added. The first water inlet and the first water outlet are respectively communicated with the refrigeration water tank 600 through pipelines, the second water pump 700 is arranged on the pipeline of the water outlet of the refrigeration water tank 600, and the control unit 400 is respectively electrically connected with the refrigeration water tank 600 and the second water pump 700 to form a cooling water circulation system. And a fifth valve 301 is arranged on the pipelines of the first water inlet and the refrigeration water tank 600 and used for controlling the on-off of the pipeline between the first water inlet and the refrigeration water tank 600. And a sixth valve 302 is arranged on the pipeline between the first water outlet and the refrigeration water tank 600 and is used for controlling the connection and disconnection of the pipeline between the first water outlet and the refrigeration water tank 600.
In winter, the third valve 201, the fourth valve 202, the fifth valve 301 and the sixth valve 302 are closed, and the first valve 101 and the second valve 102 are opened, so that the functions of the physiotherapy water mattress are consistent with those of the physiotherapy water mattress in the first embodiment. In summer, the first valve 101 and the second valve 102 are closed, the third valve 201, the fourth valve 202, the fifth valve 301 and the sixth valve 302 are opened, water in the mattress body 100 is subjected to refrigeration circulation, and water in the waterproof base layer 111 is subjected to thermal circulation, so that the temperature of the upper surface of the mattress body 100 can be reduced, and the stone needle 112 can be heated.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
