Claims (10)
1. A food emulsifier sterilization apparatus, comprising:
a base plate (27);
the device comprises a crushing box (1), wherein a feed inlet (101) is formed in the top of the crushing box (1), and a discharge outlet (102) is formed in the bottom of the crushing box (1);
the supporting legs (14), the supporting legs (14) are arranged at the bottom of the crushing box (1), and the bottoms of the supporting legs (14) are positioned on the bottom plate (27); and
the crushing device comprises a first crushing roller (3) and a second crushing roller (4), wherein the first crushing roller (3) and the second crushing roller (4) are rotatably connected inside a crushing box (1) and are positioned between a feeding hole (101) and a discharging hole (102), and the first crushing roller (3) and the second crushing roller (4) are driven by a first driving assembly to rotate;
still include the defeated material mechanism of conveyer belt (16), and defeated material mechanism of conveyer belt (16) are located bottom plate (27), defeated material mechanism of conveyer belt (16) includes:
the starting end of the conveying belt is positioned below the discharge hole (102); and
the conveying belt is driven to rotate by the third driving assembly;
it is characterized by also comprising:
the microwave sterilization assembly (17), the microwave sterilization assembly (17) is positioned above the conveying belt, and the microwave output position of the microwave sterilization assembly (17) is close to one side surface of the conveying belt;
a first cam (25), the first cam (25) being located inside the conveyor belt; and
and the first cam (25) is driven to rotate by the second driving component.
2. The food emulsifier sterilization apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the lower end face of the bottom plate (27) is provided with a foot cup (28).
3. The food emulsifier sterilization apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the first drive assembly includes:
the gear cover (13), the said gear cover (13) is fixed and set up in one side of the crushing case (1);
the first motor (5), the said first motor (5) is welded on gear cover (13);
the driving gear (6), the said driving gear (6) is fixedly set up on the output end of the first electrical machinery (5);
the first driven gear (7) is coaxially fixed with the first crushing roller (3) and is rotatably connected inside the crushing box (1), and the first driven gear (7) is meshed with the driving gear (6); and
and the second driven gear (8) is coaxially fixed with the second crushing roller (4) and is rotatably connected inside the crushing box (1), and the first driven gear (7) is meshed with the second driven gear (8).
4. The food emulsifier sterilization apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the second drive assembly includes:
the brackets (18), the brackets (18) are all arranged on the bottom plate (27);
a second motor (19), the second motor (19) being arranged on the bracket (18); and
the first mounting shaft (23) is rotatably connected to the support (18), and the first mounting shaft (23) is fixedly connected with the output end of the second motor (19);
the first cams (25) are provided with a plurality of cams, and the first cams (25) are all arranged on the first mounting shaft (23) in parallel.
5. The food emulsifier sterilization apparatus of claim 4, wherein: further comprising:
the driving wheel (20), the said driving wheel (20) is fixedly arranged on the first mounting shaft (23);
the second mounting shaft (24), the said second mounting shaft (24) is connected to the support (18) rotatably; and
and the driven wheel (22), the driven wheel (22) is arranged on the second mounting shaft (24), and the driving wheel (20) is in transmission connection with the driven wheel (22) through a belt.
6. The food emulsifier sterilization apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the driving wheel (20) and the driven wheel (22) are synchronous belt wheels, and the belt is a synchronous belt.
7. The food emulsifier sterilization apparatus of claim 1, wherein: further comprising:
the conveying belt feeding mechanism (15), the conveying belt feeding mechanism (15) is obliquely arranged on one side of the crushing box (1), and the conveying tail end of the conveying belt feeding mechanism (15) is positioned on the upper side of the feeding hole (101);
the two baffles (151), the two baffles (151) are symmetrically arranged at two longitudinal sides of the conveying belt feeding mechanism (15); and
the plurality of barrier strips (152) are arranged on the conveying belt of the conveying belt feeding mechanism (15) along the longitudinal direction.
8. The food emulsifier sterilization apparatus of claim 1, wherein: further comprising: still include feeder hopper (2), feeder hopper (2) set up at feed inlet (101) top, just feeder hopper (2) are located the terminal downside of conveyer belt feed mechanism (15) defeated material.
9. The food emulsifier sterilization apparatus of claim 1, wherein: further comprising:
a screen (9), wherein the screen (9) is positioned inside the crushing box (1) and below the first crushing roller (3) and the second crushing roller (4);
the connecting plate (10), the connecting plate (10) is connected with the screen (9);
the working end of the vibration exciter (11) is connected with the connecting plate (10); and
and the spring (12), wherein the spring (12) is connected between the bottom of the connecting plate (10) and the inner bottom of the crushing box (1).
10. The food emulsifier sterilization apparatus of claim 1, wherein: and a limiting belt (161) is arranged on the outer side of the edge of the conveying belt of the conveying mechanism (16) of the conveying belt.
