The locking mechanism 54 comprises a locking sleeve 541 fixedly connected to the second upright column 52, one side of the locking sleeve 541 is provided with a clamping interface 5411, and the end of the upper bracket 53 is provided with a clamping short tube 531 matched with the clamping interface; the handle 542 is connected to the locking sleeve 541, and the middle part of the handle 542 is hinged to the locking sleeve 541 in a hanging manner; can insert the locking post 543 of establishing the connection with a short section of thick bamboo 531 of lock sleeve 541 and joint, the upper end of locking post 543 is worn out behind the lock sleeve 541 and is articulated with one of them one end of hand (hold), lifts to press the hand (hold) 542 other end and can realize that locking post 543 runs through and deviate from a short section of thick bamboo 531 of joint. It should be noted that, a section of the locking column has a diameter substantially identical to the inner diameter of the insertion hole 5412 formed in the locking sleeve, so as to ensure the locking tightness.

Understandably, as shown in fig. 11, the top of the first kneading disc 2 is recessed from the edge to the center, a feed opening is arranged at the center of the first kneading disc 2, a sealing cover 22 is arranged at the feed opening, after tea leaves are kneaded to meet requirements, the sealing cover 22 is opened to discharge the tea leaves, and a third kneading rib which is screwed to the same direction as the first kneading rib 21 is arranged at the top of the sealing cover 22 to increase the kneading area.
Understandably, the tea twisting mechanism further comprises an opening and closing piece 7 and a pressing piece 8 which respectively act on two sides of the sealing cover 22, wherein the opening and closing piece 7 drives the sealing cover 22 to rotate to open and close from one side of the pressing piece 8 to one side of the opening and closing piece 7.
Understandably, the opening and closing element 7 comprises a driving rod 71, the driving rod 71 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the first kneading disc 2, and one side of the sealing cover 22 is fixedly connected to the driving rod 71 through a foot seat 72;
the pressing piece 8 comprises a pressing rod 81 and a limiting plate 82, the limiting plate 82 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the first twisting disc 2 and forms a slide channel with the first twisting disc 2, one end of the pressing rod 81 is hinged to the bottom of the first twisting disc 2, and the other end of the pressing rod penetrates through the slide channel.
Besides, the opening and closing of the sealing cover can be controlled by adopting an air cylinder structure. The manual structure is more suitable for small-sized non-industrial production.

a frame;
the top of the first twisting disc is provided with a first twisting rib which extends from the center to the edge in a rotating direction;
a first drive mechanism;
the kneading barrel is arranged on the first kneading disc, a kneading opening is formed in the bottom of the kneading barrel, an annular second kneading disc is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the kneading opening, a second kneading rib in the opposite rotation direction to the first kneading rib is arranged on the second kneading disc, and the kneading barrel can be driven by the first driving mechanism to enable the second kneading disc to be matched with the first kneading disc to do centrifugal kneading movement.

the second driving mechanism comprises a sleeve fixedly arranged on the support; a first bevel gear rotatably arranged in the sleeve; the lower end of the screw rod is fixedly connected with the top of the tea cover; the screw nut is sleeved outside the screw rod in a threaded manner, the screw nut and the sleeve are arranged in a matched manner so as to clamp the first bevel gear in the sleeve, and the screw nut can rotate along with the first bevel gear; a second bevel gear driven in meshing engagement with the first bevel gear; a driving piece for driving the second bevel gear to rotate; the limiting piece is fixedly arranged on the screw rod, a lifting guide shaft is fixedly arranged on the limiting piece, and the lifting guide shaft is parallel to the screw rod and movably penetrates through the bracket; the pressure relieving part is arranged at the top of the screw nut and can apply downward pressure and upward buffer force to the screw nut.

The novel efficient tea rolling machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the slow pressing member comprises a limiting sleeve with a lower end fixedly connected to the first bevel gear, and an upper end of the lead screw movably penetrates through the limiting sleeve; the compression spring is sleeved outside the lead screw, the upper end of the compression spring is abutted to the top of the inside of the limiting sleeve, and the lower end of the compression spring is abutted to the lead screw nut.

the pressing piece comprises a pressing rod and a limiting plate, the limiting plate is fixedly connected to the bottom of the first twisting disc and forms a slide channel with the first twisting disc, one end of the pressing rod is hinged to the bottom of the first twisting disc, and the other end of the pressing rod penetrates through the slide channel.
