Abstract

The feed inlet that corresponds with the feed opening is seted up at the storage bucket top, is provided with the storage box below the feed inlet, and adjustable discharging window has been seted up to storage box top intercommunication feed inlet, bottom intercommunication storage bucket, side, and the storage bucket surface is provided with the scale, and the push-and-pull plate slides and sets up on adjustable discharging window and storage box formation storage space, and one end is located the storage bucket and adjusts the size of adjustable discharging window, and the other end is located scale department after buckling from the storage bucket top. The following disclosure provides many different embodiments or examples for implementing different features of the invention. Referring to fig. 1 to 8, a quantitative feeding device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a top cover 1, a material barrel 2 and a bottom hopper 3, wherein the top cover 1 is connected to the material barrel 2 through a fixing member 4, and the material barrel 2 is connected to the bottom hopper 3 through a fastening structure 5. When needing to dismantle and wasing or change, the user only needs to rotate end hopper 3, and storage bucket 2 and end hopper 3 can easily separate, have greatly improved the convenience of throwing the dismantlement of food device. In addition, the feeding device only has the top cover 1 connected with the charging basket 2 through the fixing piece 4, so that the use frequency of the fixing piece 4 is greatly reduced, and the cleaning work of a user is facilitated.
The top cover 1 comprises an upper cover 17 and a lower cover 18, the upper cover 17 and the lower cover 18 are separated, and the upper cover 17 and the lower cover 18 are fixed by a throat hoop 19 after clasping the feed delivery pipe 6. A feeding port 8 corresponding to the discharging port 7 is formed in the top of the material barrel 2, a material storage box 9 is arranged below the feeding port 8, the top of the material storage box 9 is communicated with the feeding port 8, the bottom of the material storage box is communicated with the material barrel 2, and an adjustable discharging window 10 is formed in the side face of the material barrel. Foodstuff enters the material storage box 9 through the material inlet 8 and then enters the material barrel 2 through the adjustable material outlet windows 10 at the bottom and the side of the material storage box 9, and when the opening of the adjustable material outlet window 10 is large, more foodstuff is in the material barrel 2; when the opening of the adjustable discharging window 10 is smaller, the food in the charging basket 2 is less.
The edge of the adjustable discharging window 10 in the vertical direction is curled to form a rail 23, and the part of the push-pull plate 12 in the charging barrel is positioned in the rail 23; the graduated scale 11 is also provided with a track 23, the part of the push-pull plate 12 outside the material cylinder is also partially positioned in the track 23, the top of the material cylinder is an upward curved surface, and the push-pull plate 12 is attached to the top of the material cylinder. Thus, a user can operate the push-pull plate 12 outside the charging basket 2 to control the push-pull plate 12 to slide along the charging basket 2, so as to change the size of the adjustable discharging window 10. At the same time, the push-pull plate 12 moves in the rail 23 without derailing.
The outer surface of the charging basket 2 is provided with a graduated scale 11, the push-pull plate 12 is slidably arranged on the adjustable discharging window 10 and forms a storing space with the storing box 9, one end of the push-pull plate is positioned in the charging basket 2 to adjust the size of the adjustable discharging window 10, and the other end of the push-pull plate is bent from the top of the charging basket 2 and then positioned at the graduated scale 11. So, through scale 11, the user can the size of the adjustable discharging window 10 of clear control, and then reaches the purpose of the interior food volume of control storage bucket 2.
The push-pull plate 12 and the side of the cartridge adjacent thereto are provided with a plurality of punctiform protrusions 24. The side surface of the charging bucket 2 is provided with a dosing port 21, the dosing port 21 is provided with a tight plug 22, and the tight plug 22 is in interference fit with the dosing port 21. When pigs in a specific pigsty have diseases, a user can feed medicine into the specific charging basket 2 through the medicine feeding port 21, so that medicine feeding is completed, and unified feeding and independent medicine feeding operations are realized. The tight block 22 is kept normally closed, so that impurities can be prevented from entering the charging basket 2 and causing diseases after being fed by pigs.
The bottom end of the charging bucket 2 is provided with a slot 27, and the upper end of the bottom hopper 3 is inserted into the slot 27 and is fixedly connected with the slot by a buckle structure 5. So, trench 27 and screens structure cooperation have further improved the stability that storage bucket 2 and bottom hopper 3 are connected. In addition, the upper end of the bottom hopper 3 is inserted into the groove 27 at the bottom end of the charging basket 2, and foodstuff can not be accumulated in the groove when entering the bottom hopper 3 from top to bottom from the charging basket 2, so that the sanitary condition of the foodstuff is further improved.
The bottom of the bottom hopper 3 is provided with a discharge hole 13, a control pellet 14 is arranged in the charging bucket 2, the control pellet 14 can completely block the discharge hole 13, and a lifting rope 15 is connected with the control pellet 14 and is fixedly connected with a driving wire drawing 16. Thus, the driving wire 16 is driven by the control system to move transversely, so as to drive the control small ball 14 to ascend or descend and control the food in the charging basket 2 to enter or exit. The whole process is highly automated, unified and standardized, the feeding is scientific, the sanitary condition is ensured, and the yield of the live pigs is improved.
In the invention, the foodstuff in the feed delivery pipe 6 is automatically distributed to each ring position through the quantitative feeding device, and the ration and sanitation are realized.
