The crushing device 300 comprises a crushing box body 310 and a plurality of rotating shafts 320 with blades, wherein the rotating shafts 320 with blades are arranged in the crushing box body 310, the straw after primary processing is cut into straw slag in the crushing box body 310 through the rotating shafts 320 with blades and then reaches an intermediate storage chamber 340 through a filter screen 330, and a discharge port 312 of the crushing device 300 is arranged at the top end of the intermediate storage chamber 340. The filter screen 330 can effectively prevent the oversize straw residues from reaching the treatment opening, so that the straw residues are continuously crushed by the rotating shaft 320 with the blades.
The mixing device 400 comprises a mixing box body 410 and a suction fan 420 arranged at a feeding hole 411 of the mixing box body 410, wherein the suction fan 420 is connected with a discharging hole 312 of the crushing device 300 through a first hose 421 to feed straw residues into the feeding hole 411 of the mixing box body 410. The mixing box body 410 is internally provided with a straw bin 430, a mixing bin 440 and a stirring chamber 450 connected with a discharge port 431 of the straw bin 430 and a discharge port 442 of the mixing bin 440. A feed inlet 411 of the mixing box body 410 is connected in the straw feed box 430, and a discharge baffle 432 is arranged on a discharge port 431 of the straw feed box 430; the feed inlet 441 of the mixing box 440 is provided with a sealing door which can be opened and closed, so that the mixing box 440 can be filled with mixed materials conveniently, and the discharge outlet 442 of the mixing box 440 is provided with a discharge baffle 443. A stirrer 451 and a height sensor 452 are arranged in the stirring chamber 450, the bottom of the stirring chamber 450 is conical, the lowest end of the conical bottom of the stirring chamber 450 is a discharge hole 412 of the mixing box body, and a discharge baffle 413 is arranged on the discharge hole 412. Height sensor 452 is connected with discharge baffle 432, discharge baffle 443 and discharge baffle 413 in a controlled manner. The primarily processed straws are crushed into straw residues in the crushing box body 310 by the rotating shaft 320 with the blades, the straw residues reach the intermediate storage box 340 through the filter screen, and then the straw residues are sent into a straw bin 430 of the mixing box body 410 by a suction fan 420 of the mixing device 400.
