本申请实施例涉及传输调度请求的方法和终端设备。该方法包括确定在目标时刻存在多个PUCCH资源,该多个PUCCH资源对应不同的SR配置,该不同的SR配置对应不同的逻辑信道;根据该不同的逻辑信道的优先级,在该多个PUCCH资源中确定目标PUCCH资源;在该目标时刻,使用该目标PUCCH资源向网络设备发送SR。本申请实施例的传输调度请求的方法和终端设备,能够避免该任意时刻对应不同逻辑信道的多个PUCCH资源的冲突,提高传输效率。
