Based on the hardware structure, the embodiment of the method for determining the selling time of the equipment is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining a time sold by the apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In a first embodiment, the method for determining the time of sale of the device comprises the following steps:
step S10: responding to a time extraction instruction input by a user, and searching locally stored preset NITZ time information according to the time extraction instruction;
it can be understood that, if the smart device is a mobile phone, when an after-sale problem occurs in the mobile phone of the user, the user may submit the mobile phone to an after-sale person who provides maintenance or after-sale service at an after-sale processing related website, at this time, the after-sale person needs to determine a specific model and a software and hardware version of the mobile phone in order to better query and process the problem of the mobile phone, but the information limited to the after-sale person and an initial seller of the mobile phone may not be communicated with each other, and the after-sale person cannot determine a specific sale time of the mobile phone or a specific hardware version and software version of the mobile phone.
It can be understood that, in order to facilitate the after-sales person to determine the device sale Time of the mobile phone, the Network Identification and Time Zone (NITZ) information may be stored in the storage of the mobile phone in advance, and when the after-sales person wants to refer to the device sale Time, the NITZ information is searched from the mobile phone to determine the device sale Time. Because the sale time of the equipment can be determined through the NITZ information, the method does not need to preset the background activation service support for the background server of the local operator in advance, and the method provided by the embodiment is simpler and more convenient.
In a specific implementation, the NITZ function is a mechanism for automatically configuring the local time and date of the mobile phone, and specifically, the base station of the operator issues a time message to the mobile phone of the user, and the mobile phone automatically calibrates the time and time zone of the mobile phone system after receiving the time message. The sent time message is the NITZ information, and generally includes time, date, time zone and other time information. Among them, the NITZ function complies with the protocol 3GPP 22042, which is a real-time update mode of the terminal time required to interact with the base station, so that a mobile phone using the NITZ function needs to be inserted with a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) in advance. In addition, the operator base station can determine the geographical position of the mobile phone through information interaction between the operator base station and the mobile phone, the base station can send NITZ information to the mobile phone according to the geographical position of the mobile phone, and confirms information such as time zones and the like according to the geographical position of the mobile phone.
It should be understood that when a user hands a mobile phone to a service network of a mobile phone manufacturer that implements after-sales service of the mobile phone, after-sales personnel will determine the time for selling the equipment of the mobile phone first, the after-sales personnel can input a time extraction instruction first, and the mobile phone searches for locally stored preset NITZ time information according to the time extraction instruction in response to the input time extraction instruction, wherein the time extraction instruction is an instruction for the user to extract the time information from a storage space of the mobile phone. For example, in order to facilitate after-sales personnel to confirm the selling time of the mobile phone, an Application program (Application) for inquiring the selling time can be preset in the mobile phone, and the Application program is pre-installed to the local when the mobile phone leaves a factory; and a selling time option can be added in a setting interface of the mobile phone, and detailed information of the selling time of the equipment can be displayed in the selling time option, so that a user can conveniently click the selling time option to call out and read the specific time information of the selling time. Therefore, the preset NITZ time information needs to be stored locally in the mobile phone before the flow of determining the selling time is performed by the after-sales personnel.
It can be understood that, in order to enable the after-sales personnel to better confirm the selling time of the device, the selling time of the device may be stored in the mobile phone first, and when the after-sales personnel needs to determine the selling time of the device, the selling time may be directly read from the mobile phone locally.
Of course, a password may also be set for the application program for inquiring the time of sale or the option of the time of sale to protect the security of the user information, for example, the password is set to 1111, and the user who wants to check the time of sale needs to input 1111 first before the mobile phone displays the time of sale.
Step S20: and determining the selling time of the equipment according to the preset NITZ time information.
It should be understood that after the preset NITZ time information is read from the storage space of the handset, the selling time of the device can be determined according to the preset NITZ time information. For example, the extracted preset NITZ time information represents the local time, date, time zone and other time information of the user location, and in order to facilitate the after-sales personnel to read the sold time of the device, the time information that the after-sales personnel need to know can be extracted from the preset NITZ time information. The common time for selling the device may be a local date and a time zone of a location of the user, for example, 1 month and 2 days in 2017 in the east-eight area, and certainly, in order to be more convenient for after-sales personnel to determine a specific situation when the mobile phone is purchased, a purchased location of the mobile phone may also be displayed, for example, a specific province and a city, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Certainly, the preset NITZ time information may be exchanged with the base station through the mobile phone to achieve the acquisition of the NITZ time information, which indicates that the acquisition of the preset NITZ time information occurs after the mobile phone is powered on, and a user does not need to power on the mobile phone immediately after purchasing the mobile phone, so that the determined selling time is not correct. Therefore, a certain error range can be given to the device selling time, for example, a certain variation range of the determined mobile phone selling date can be given, if the mobile phone selling date determined according to the preset NITZ time information is 2017, 1, month and 3 days, the selling date of the mobile phone can be displayed as 2017, 1, month and 1 to 5 days when the seller operates to look up the device selling time, so that the seller can inquire the manufacturer selling lot and confirm other device information according to the selling date. Compared with the existing mode of performing equipment sale time confirmation through GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) connection, the scheme in this embodiment does not require a mobile phone to perform GPRS data connection, and simultaneously does not require a background activation mode in which a local base station supports sending activation short messages in advance, and has low requirements on local communication environments and strong realizability.
In the embodiment, the preset NITZ time information including the device selling time is locally stored in the device, so that after-sales personnel can directly acquire information from the inside of the device and determine the device selling time, the technical problem that the device selling time cannot be well confirmed at present is solved, and the generation of an information island condition that part of device information cannot be well confirmed by related personnel in the current technical environment is avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of the method for determining the sold-out time of the device according to the present invention, and the second embodiment of the method for determining the sold-out time of the device according to the present invention is proposed based on the embodiment illustrated in fig. 2.
In the second embodiment, before the step S10, the method further includes:
step S101: receiving NITZ time information of the current time sent by a base station, and identifying the NITZ time information of the current time as the preset NITZ time information;
it can be understood that the preset NITZ time information acquired by the mobile phone may be generated and transmitted by the base station. Therefore, before the after-sales personnel confirm the time of selling the equipment, namely before the user maintains the mobile phone at the after-sales outlets, when the user purchases the mobile phone, the mobile phone receives the NITZ time information of the current time sent by the base station, and the NITZ time information of the current time is determined as the preset NITZ time information.
Step S102: and storing the preset NITZ time information to the local.
In a specific implementation, in order to facilitate later-stage after-sales personnel to read time information, the preset NITZ time information can be stored in a FLASH memory (FLASH memory) of the mobile phone to better store the time information so that the after-sales personnel can obtain the time information, because before-sales and after-sales information is not circulated, the salesperson of the mobile phone can easily know the selling time of the mobile phone, and the after-sales personnel can hardly confirm the selling time of the equipment, the method of the embodiment is adopted, and the time information is stored locally in the mobile phone, so that the selling time is better confirmed through interaction with the base station, and the after-sales personnel can conveniently look up the selling time.
In the embodiment, the NITZ time information sent by the base station is received and stored, so that after-sale personnel can check the NITZ time information stored in the mobile phone during subsequent maintenance, and the sale time of the equipment can be obtained.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of the method for determining the sold-out time of the device according to the present invention, and a third embodiment of the method for determining the sold-out time of the device according to the present invention is provided based on the embodiment illustrated in fig. 3.
In the third embodiment, before the step S101, the method further includes:
step S1011: recording the current standby time;
it can be understood that, in order to further improve the accuracy of the confirmed device sale time, a certain preset time threshold is set for comparison, so as to determine the specific time of the preset NITZ time information stored locally. For example, after the mobile phone is turned on, the current standby time of the mobile phone is recorded after the mobile phone is turned on.
Step S1012: comparing the current standby time with a preset time threshold;
it should be understood that the current standby duration is compared with the preset time threshold, and when the current standby duration is smaller than the preset time threshold, the current standby duration is continuously recorded.
Step S1013: and when the current standby time is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold, recording the current time.
In a specific implementation, when the current standby time is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold, the time information of the current time may be recorded. For example, if the current standby time is 11 hours and the preset time threshold is 24 hours, the current standby time is less than the preset time threshold, and the current standby time is continuously recorded; when the current standby time is longer than or equal to 24 hours, the current time can be recorded, that is, the time information after the mobile phone is powered on for 24 hours is recorded, for example, the current time is 16 o' clock 24 minutes of 1 month and 3 days in 2017.
After step S1013, step S101 is performed.
It is understood that, in step S101, the NITZ time information of the current time may be regarded as the preset NITZ time information, and the NITZ time information of 16 o 'clock and 24 o' clock of 1, 3 days in 2017 may be regarded as the preset NITZ time information and stored locally, which is understood to be based on the 16 o 'clock and 24 o' clock of 1, 3 days in 2017 to determine the selling time of the device. Because there may be a process of powering on and powering off for multiple times in the selling process of the mobile phone, and the mobile phone may not be sold yet, but the multiple powering on operations may cause an erroneous confirmation of the current time and erroneously save the device selling time, the occurrence of such an erroneously saved situation can be well avoided by setting the preset time threshold.
Further, in order to determine the sale time of the device more accurately, the method includes the steps of receiving the NITZ time information of the current time sent by the base station, and determining the NITZ time information of the current time as the preset NITZ time information, wherein the method further includes the steps of responding to a sale time determination instruction input by a user, the sale time determination instruction is used for saving the time information of the current time, recording the current time, executing the NITZ time information of the current time sent by the base station, and determining the NITZ time information of the current time as the preset NITZ time information.
In a specific implementation, in order to improve the accuracy of the stored device selling time, the device selling time can be directly stored through a selling time determining instruction input by a user. For example, after the user confirms to purchase the mobile phone, a salesperson selling the mobile phone may input a selling time determining instruction on the mobile phone, where the selling time determining instruction is used to store the time information of the current time, and an Application (Application) for determining selling time may be preset on the mobile phone, and the Application is preinstalled locally when the mobile phone leaves a factory; and a selling time option can be added in a setting interface of the mobile phone, and the selling time of the equipment can be input in the selling time option. For a specific implementation mode, after a user confirms to purchase a mobile phone, the selling time of the equipment is shown to be the current day, a salesperson can directly perform the current time determination operation in an application program or selling time option for confirming the selling time, and the NITZ time information at the current time can be stored after the NITZ time information sent by the base station is received. The current moment is confirmed in the mode, the method is quick and accurate, but the salesperson needs to carry out corresponding mobile phone operation on the spot, and the standby waiting process in the implementation is not needed.
In the embodiment, the current time is determined by comparing the current standby time with the preset time threshold, so that the false confirmation of the selling time of the equipment can be avoided better; and, through the selling time determination instruction input by the user, the selling time of the equipment can be rapidly and accurately saved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a fourth embodiment of the method for determining the sold-out time of the device according to the present invention, and the fourth embodiment of the method for determining the sold-out time of the device according to the present invention is proposed based on the embodiment shown in fig. 3.
In a fourth embodiment, after the step S102, the method further includes:
step S1021: responding to a first factory resetting restoration request input by a user, and backing up the preset NITZ time information to acquire corresponding backup information;
it can be understood that, in order to prevent the user from erasing the sold time information stored locally in the mobile phone when the user performs the factory reset operation on the mobile phone, the sold time information may be specially stored in advance, for example, a preset NITZ time information may be backed up. In the process of factory setting restoration of the mobile phone, not all data on the memory of the mobile phone are erased, but common data which are not erased include data of an operating system of the mobile phone and the like, so that the preset NITZ time information can be stored again in a storage space which is not erased, that is, the preset NITZ time information is backed up to obtain corresponding backup information.
Step S022: and restoring factory setting operation, and rewriting the backup information into the local to reserve the preset NITZ time information.
In the specific implementation, if factory setting restoration operation is performed, data erasing is performed on a corresponding storage space in the mobile phone, and preset NITZ time information originally stored in the mobile phone can be erased, of course, since the preset NITZ time information is backed up in advance, the backup information can be rewritten into the local, for the user, the preset NITZ time information is always stored in the local, and thus, the preset NITZ time information is retained in the factory setting restoration process.
Further, after the preset NITZ time information is stored locally, in response to a second factory reset request input by a user, the storage space in which the preset NITZ time information is stored is used as a time confirmation area, the time confirmation area is identified, and factory reset operation is performed on other storage spaces except the time confirmation area, so as to retain the preset NITZ time information. Therefore, as for the time information storage mode of the factory equipment restoration, the storage space can also be divided to reserve the preset NITZ time information,
in a specific implementation, another way of specially storing the sold time information may be adopted, a time determination area may be defined in a memory of the mobile phone, such as a FLASH memory, where the time determination area is a data partition that cannot be erased when the mobile phone performs an operation of factory reset, and preset NITZ time information is stored in the data partition that cannot be erased. Therefore, when the mobile phone receives the factory reset request, the data in the memory of the mobile phone is erased, and when the time confirmation area is identified, for example, the identification information of the time confirmation area is identified, the time confirmation area can be confirmed, and the data in the time confirmation area will not be erased, so that the preset NITZ time information is reserved in the factory reset process.
In the embodiment, the preset NITZ time information is reserved in the process of factory setting restoration, and the condition that the preset NITZ time information is lost due to the fact that a user or after-sales personnel restore factory setting operation on the intelligent device is avoided, so that the after-sales personnel can acquire the preset NITZ time information.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a fifth embodiment of the method for determining the sold-out time of the device according to the present invention, and the fifth embodiment of the method for determining the sold-out time of the device according to the present invention is proposed based on the above-mentioned embodiment illustrated in fig. 3.
In a fifth embodiment, the step S101 specifically includes:
step S1011': receiving base station information sent by a base station, and judging whether the base station information comprises NITZ time information or not;
it can be understood that, in the process of communication between the mobile phone and the base station, in order to obtain the NITZ time information, the information sent by the base station needs to be analyzed and whether the base station information includes the NITZ time information is determined, because the base station can continuously send the NITZ time information and can also periodically send the NITZ time information, the sending frequency depends on the setting of the operator of the base station on the NITZ function. Therefore, when receiving the base station information sent by the base station, it may be determined whether the base station information includes NITZ time information.
Step S1012': and when the NITZ time information is included in the base station information, extracting the NITZ time information at the current moment from the base station information, and identifying the NITZ time information at the current moment as the preset NITZ time information.
In a specific implementation, when it is determined that the base station information includes the NITZ time information, the NITZ time information of the current time may be extracted from the base station information, and if no predetermined requirement is set for the time of the recorded NITZ time information, the NITZ time information of the current time may be directly identified as the preset NITZ time information.
Step S1013': and returning the base station information sent by the receiving base station when the NITZ time information is not included in the base station information, and judging whether the NITZ time information is included in the base station information.
It should be understood that, if the base station uses a mode of periodically sending the NITZ time information, the base station information may not include the NITZ time information, in order to ensure the accuracy of the collected preset NITZ time information and to more accurately represent the time sold by the device, when it is determined that the base station information does not include the NITZ time information, it may wait for the next period to determine again whether the base station information sent next time includes the NITZ time information, or when it is determined that the base station information does not include the NITZ time information, it may directly return to the determining step to implement the real-time loop detection on the NITZ time information.
And extracting the NITZ time information of the current moment from the base station information until the NITZ time information is included in the base station information.
Further, in order to facilitate the determination of the version parameters of the device by the post-sale personnel, after the sale time of the device is determined according to the preset NITZ time information, the corresponding device version information is searched according to the sale time of the device, and the device version information is displayed.
Certainly, in the actual operation of the after-sales personnel, the equipment selling time and the hardware and software version of the equipment have a certain relationship, and in the manufacturing link of the equipment, the equipment with the same version system, the same equipment hardware and the same software version are sold out of the factory in the same time or the same batch sequence, so the equipment information can be well determined by determining the equipment selling time, and the after-sales personnel can conveniently evaluate and maintain the equipment. Therefore, the device version information table may be preset in the mobile phone or the system, and the corresponding current device version information may be queried in the device version information table according to the current device selling time, where the device version information may include hardware version information, system version information, software version information, and the like, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
