Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The positioning method of the wearable device provided by the embodiment is applied to the wearable device in the technical field of portable devices, and fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a system architecture provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the system includes a terminal, the wearable device, and a server.
The terminals 102 and 103 may be connected to the wearable device 101 in a short distance, and optionally, the short-distance connection mode may be a short-distance connection mode performed by multiple wireless transmission modes such as a conventional Bluetooth, a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), an ANT, a Zigbee, an ANT + BLE, and the like.
The terminals 102 and 103 are equipped with wearable applications capable of controlling wearable devices, and may be various mobile terminals such as mobile phones, tablet computers, and notebook computers equipped with wearable applications, which is not limited in this respect. Preferably, the terminal is capable of receiving a radio transmission broadcast of the wearable device; and may be in data communication with the server 104.
The wearable device 101 may be a plurality of types of wearable devices such as a smart watch, a smart bracelet, and the like, a wireless transmission module is embedded in the wearable device, optionally, the wireless transmission module may be a BLE chip, and the wearable device 101 is embedded in the device in a form of hardware or software when leaving a factory, and is not detachable; optionally, the wearable device 101 further has a GPS module, which can send location data information through a short-distance connection with the terminal.
In some embodiments of the present application, the wearable device may be a smart watch, which is internally provided with a bluetooth module, and when entering a bluetooth connection mode, may send a bluetooth broadcast to an external 300m range for a terminal to connect to; in the visible range of the Bluetooth, when the terminal is opened by the Bluetooth, the wearable application receives the Bluetooth broadcast of the intelligent watch by scanning the Bluetooth, so that the wearable application establishes Bluetooth connection with the intelligent watch to control the intelligent watch, and the server can verify that the intelligent watch is bound with other users and send an anti-theft message to the original registered mobile phone.
It should be noted that the structure shown in fig. 1 is only an example, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Based on the above description, fig. 2 shows a flow of a positioning method of a wearable device according to an embodiment of the present invention in detail. As shown in fig. 2, the process specifically includes:
step 201: a first terminal loaded with a wearable application acquires a hardware identifier of a wearable device;
step 202: the method comprises the steps that a first terminal obtains contact information of a first user using the first terminal;
step 203: the method comprises the steps that a first terminal sends a binding request to a server, wherein the binding request is used for requesting binding of an incidence relation between wearable equipment and a first account, the first account is an account registered in a wearable application by a first user, and the binding request comprises a hardware identifier of the wearable equipment and contact information of the first user; and the binding request is used for sending the position information of the wearable device to a second terminal loaded by the wearable application registered with the second account after the server determines that the wearable device is bound to the incidence relation of the second account.
In the specific implementation process of step 201, after a user successfully registers an account on a wearable application and logs in account information for a first terminal loaded with the wearable application, the first terminal is utilized to establish a short-distance connection with a wearable device, and the wearable device has a hardware identifier, such as a SN (Serial Number) or a MAC address (hardware address), for identifying the wearable device. After the first terminal establishes short-distance connection with the wearable device, the first terminal determines that the wearable device is connected for the first time, and then obtains the hardware identification of the wearable device.
For example, the wearable device is a smart watch, a user registers through a nickname (for example, TDIP) by using a corresponding wearable Application (APP) loaded on a terminal of the user, logs in through account information (for example, TDIP, password: 123456) after successful registration, the wearable application scans the smart watch through bluetooth and establishes bluetooth connection with the smart watch, and when the terminal of the user determines that the wearable device is connected for the first time, the SN and/or MAC address of the smart watch is acquired.
In step 202, after the first terminal obtains the hardware identifier of the wearable device according to the step 201, the first terminal further reads the contact information of the first user using the first terminal, where the contact information of the first user may be a mobile phone number of the first user.
In the specific implementation process of step 203, by executing step 201, the hardware identifier of the wearable device acquired by the first terminal loaded with the wearable application and the contact information of the first user acquired by executing step 202, the first terminal sends a binding request to the server, where the binding request carries the hardware identifier of the wearable device and the contact information of the first account, and is used to request to bind the association relationship between the wearable device and the first account, where the first account is an account registered by the first user in the wearable application, and after receiving the binding request, the server detects whether the hardware identifier of the wearable device is bound with other accounts, that is, whether the association relationship with the second account is bound, and if the server determines that the wearable device is bound with the association relationship between the wearable device and the second account through the hardware identifier of the wearable device, the server triggers an anti-theft information push function, sending the position information of the wearable device to a second terminal loaded by the wearable application registered with the second account, wherein the second user can understand as an original binding user of the wearable device, sending the position information of the wearable device to the second terminal loaded by the wearable application registered with the second account, and not limiting whether the wearable application is currently loaded by the second terminal, so long as the server determines that the wearable device is bound with the associated information of the second account; that is to say, the wearable application may be loaded in the second terminal historically or currently, and further, the server may send the location information of the wearable device to the second terminal loaded by the wearable application registered with the second account, so that the originally bound user may locate and retrieve the wearable device through the received location information of the wearable device.
Through the mode, the wearable application sends the binding request to the server, and the server can push the position information of the wearable device to the terminal of the original binding user, namely the terminal of the second account after determining that the wearable device is bound with the incidence relation of the second account, so that the original binding user can locate and retrieve the wearable device through the received position information of the wearable device, and the problem that the wearable device cannot be retrieved through technical means once the wearable device is lost is solved.
Two ways for acquiring the position information of the wearable device by the server are provided as follows, so that the server transmits the position information of the wearable device to the second user.
The first method is as follows: after the terminal sends a binding request to the server, the terminal receives a positioning request of the server and sends the position information of the wearable device to the server; the positioning request is sent after the server determines that the wearable device is bound to the incidence relation of the second account according to the binding request.
For example, a user Zhang III finds that a wearable device is a smart watch, Bluetooth connection is established between the wearable device and the smart watch through a terminal loaded with an application of the smart watch, the terminal can send a binding request to a server, the binding request comprises an SN and/or MAC address of the smart watch and a Zhang III mobile phone number of the user, the server confirms whether the wearable device is bound with other account numbers according to the SN and/or MAC address of the smart watch, and after confirming that the smart watch is bound with a second account number, the server can send a positioning request to the application of the smart watch to request the application of the smart watch to send position information of the smart watch to the server.
The second method comprises the following steps: in the communication process of the first terminal and the server, the position information of the wearable device is periodically sent to the server, the server stores the position information of the wearable device, and the server sends the stored position information of the wearable device to a second terminal loaded by the wearable application registered with the second account when determining that the smart watch and the second account have the binding relationship.
It should be noted that, for the location information of the smart watch sent by the first terminal, since the wearable device is connected to the first terminal in a short distance, the location information of the first terminal may be considered as the location information of the wearable device, and the first terminal sends its own location information to the server, that is, determines the location information of the wearable device. In addition, because the first terminal can acquire the contact information of the first user using the terminal, in the communication process between the server and the terminal, the contact information of the first user can be stored in the server, and after the association relationship between the wearable device and the second account is determined, the contact information of the first user is also sent to the second terminal, so that the original binding user can contact the first user through the received contact information of the first user to retrieve the wearable device.
Through the two modes, the server can send the position information of the wearable device to the server after confirming that the wearable device is bound with the incidence relation of the second account, the server can push the position information of the wearable device to the second terminal, the second user is achieved, namely the original binding user can learn the position information of the wearable device, and therefore the wearable device can be found back through positioning by utilizing the position information.
After determining that the wearable device is not bound to the association relationship with the second account, the server provides a specific implementation manner as follows:
after step 202 is executed, if the server determines that the wearable device is not bound to any user, that is, not bound to the association relationship of the second account through the hardware identifier of the wearable device, the server records the correspondence between the hardware identifier of the wearable device and the contact manner of the first user.
If the server confirms that the wearable device is not bound with any account, the wearable device can be confirmed to be a new wearable device, and a specific implementation manner is as follows: storing the association relationship between the hardware identification of the wearable device and the first account in a server; the other mode is as follows: and storing the association relation between the hardware identification of the wearable device and the contact information of the first user or the contact information of the first account and the first user in a server, and then connecting the first terminal loaded with the wearable application with the wearable device by default. The method and the system ensure that the binding of the new wearable device and the account can be completed through the server after the user purchases the new wearable device, so that the safety of the wearable device is improved, and the user does not need to check whether the wearable device is bound with other users through the server every time the user connects the wearable device.
For an original binding user, that is, if the first terminal wants to actively unbind the wearable device, a specific implementation manner is provided as follows:
the method comprises the steps that a server receives a unbinding request sent by a terminal loading wearable application, wherein the unbinding request comprises a hardware identifier and a first account number of wearable equipment; the server deletes the hardware identification of the wearable device, and the association relationship between the contact information of the first user and the first account.
After the server receives a request sent by a first terminal and having a wearable device hardware identifier, a first user contact information and a first account number unbinding, the server can judge whether the wearable device hardware identifier, the first user contact information and the first account number association relationship are stored, the server confirms that the association relationship exists, the received unbinding request is the wearable device hardware identifier, the first user contact information and the first account number, unbinding operation can be executed, and the wearable device hardware identifier, the first user contact information and the first account number association relationship stored in the server are deleted.
Through such a mode, account information or other factors are changed at the user, and the user wants to be bound with the wearable device again, and the user can realize the unbinding of the terminal and the wearable device through the server, so that the user can realize the unbinding of the wearable device according to different requirements.
It should be noted that the first terminal loaded with the wearable application can implement a binding relationship with multiple wearable devices according to requirements, that is, the contact information and the account of the same user can establish a corresponding relationship with the hardware identifiers of multiple wearable devices to complete the binding; and one wearable device can only establish a corresponding relation with the contact information and the account of one user, so that the binding of the user to a plurality of wearable devices according to the use requirement is realized, the control of the plurality of wearable devices is realized, and the binding uniqueness of the wearable devices is guaranteed.
Before acquiring a hardware identifier of a wearable device for a terminal loaded with a wearable application, a specific implementation manner is provided as follows:
the wearable device displays connection prompt information when determining that the wearable device is not connected with the first terminal within a first preset time period; and if the wearable device is not connected with the first terminal within a second preset time period after the connection prompt information is displayed, the wearable device stops working.
For example, one wearable device is a brand I smart watch, the first preset time period is 12 hours, the user a loses the smart watch at 7:00 am, the user B picks up the smart watch at 13:00 pm, the user B does not use the brand I wearable application to perform short-distance connection with the smart watch, but only uses the wearable application as a common watch for viewing time, and the smart watch displays connection prompt information at 19:00 pm, for example, a screen displays "please download the brand I wearable application connection", and prompts the user B to download the wearable application; the second preset time interval of this smart watch is 30 minutes, if in this smart watch shows to connect the suggestion 30 minutes, do not use wearable being applied to rather than being connected, then this smart watch shuts down.
By the method, the wearable device is guaranteed to be unusable after the wearable device is lost for the preset time period, and the wearable device can be normally used unless the terminal loaded with the wearable application is reused to be connected with the wearable device; the server is further ensured to perform whether the association relationship between the wearable device and the second account is bound through the hardware identifier of the wearable device, so that the user can find the wearable device through the received position information of the wearable device.
To further specifically describe the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention, the embodiments of the present invention provide the following two specific embodiments.
