after the mobile terminal roams to India and registers to a local communication network in India, the mobile terminal acquires the Indian country code, updates the emergency number list and the PLMN list into the India emergency number and the Indian PLMN ID information, when a mobile terminal user dials the bandit police telephone 110 according to the China emergency number, the mobile terminal cannot register to the communication network because the mobile terminal has no card, the mobile terminal resides in the searched communication network, the extraction module acquires the PLMN ID information of the current communication network, the processing module updates the PLMN list in the storage module into the current PLMN ID information, the extraction module further extracts the country code of the country from the PLMN ID information to be used as the current country code, the Indian emergency number list corresponding to the Indian country code is determined to be used, the emergency number determination module judges that the emergency number 110 dialed by the user is inconsistent with the emergency number in the India emergency number list, the emergency number determination module further determines that the 110 emergency number dialed by the mobile terminal user is consistent with the police number in the emergency number list corresponding to the Chinese country code, the emergency number determination module locks the corresponding police number in the India emergency number list to be 100, and the calling module automatically dials the 100 emergency number.
The emergency number list matched with the country code is obtained by obtaining the country code of a communication network registered by the mobile terminal, when the mobile terminal has no card, the mobile terminal resides in the searched communication network to obtain the public land mobile network information PLMN ID of the communication network, the country code is obtained from the public land mobile network information, the emergency number list matched with the country code is obtained by inquiring the emergency number mapping table according to the country code, and when the mobile terminal has no card and cannot use the wireless communication function, the emergency number list matched with the country code is obtained by inquiring the emergency number mapping table by adopting the country code obtained when the mobile terminal registers or resides in the communication network last time. The invention ensures that the mobile terminal can obtain the correct country code under any condition, thereby obtaining the correct emergency number matched with the country code and ensuring that the mobile terminal can accurately dial the emergency number during international roaming. The invention is simple to realize, is convenient to popularize and has wide application range.

Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art upon reading the foregoing description. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be determined from the following claims.

Claims (9)

  1. An emergency number matching apparatus provided in a mobile terminal, the emergency number matching apparatus comprising:
    a storage module (101) for storing an emergency number mapping table, a PLMN list and a current emergency number table;
    a processing module (102) for determining whether a SIM card or USIM card is present, whether a wireless communication function of the mobile terminal is available, and for updating the current emergency number table and PLMN list;
    a wireless communication module (103) for searching a communication network and registering or camping the mobile terminal in the communication network;
    an extraction module (104) for extracting the country code;
    a country code judging module (105) for comparing the current country code obtained by the extracting module with the country code obtained last time by the mobile terminal;
    the query module (106) is used for querying the emergency number mapping table in the storage module according to the current country code to obtain an emergency number list matched with the current country code;
    a calling module (107) for initiating an emergency call according to the emergency number;
    and the emergency number determining module (108) is used for converting the emergency number of the selling place into the corresponding emergency number in the current emergency number table.
  2. The emergency number matching device of claim 1, wherein said emergency number mapping table comprises: country codes of all countries in the world and an emergency number list corresponding to the country codes;
    the current emergency number table is used for storing an emergency number list matched with the country code, and the current emergency number table is updated after the mobile terminal obtains the emergency number list matched with the new country code each time;
    the PLMN list is used for storing public land mobile network information PLMN ID acquired by the mobile terminal from a current registered or resident communication network, the public land mobile network information PLMN ID comprises a country code MCC and an operator code MNC, and the PLMN list is updated after the mobile terminal registers or resides in a new communication network each time.
  3. The emergency number matching device of claim 1, wherein the emergency number determination module (108) comprises:
    a number type determination module (1081) for determining a type of the emergency number of the place of sale dialed by the user;
    and the number conversion module (1082) is used for inquiring the current emergency number list according to the type of the emergency number, obtaining the emergency number consistent with the dialing type, and using the emergency number as the emergency number for the calling module to dial.
  4. A mobile terminal, characterized in that it comprises an emergency number matching device according to any of claims 1-3.
  5. An emergency number matching method, comprising the steps of: the method comprises the steps that an emergency number mapping table is preset in the mobile terminal, and the emergency number mapping table comprises country codes of all countries in the world and an emergency number list corresponding to the country codes;
    the mobile terminal registers to the searched communication network, acquires the public land mobile network information PLMN ID of the communication network, acquires a country code from the public land mobile network information, and queries an emergency number mapping table according to the country code to acquire an emergency number list matched with the country code;
    when the mobile terminal has no card, the mobile terminal resides in the searched communication network, public land mobile network information PLMN ID of the communication network is obtained, a country code is obtained from the public land mobile network information, and an emergency number list matched with the country code is obtained by inquiring an emergency number mapping table according to the country code;
    when the mobile terminal has no card and cannot use the wireless communication function, the mobile terminal queries the emergency number mapping table by adopting the country code obtained when the mobile terminal registers or resides in the communication network for the last time to obtain an emergency number list matched with the country code.
  6. The emergency number matching method of claim 5, wherein the public land mobile network information PLMN ID is stored in a PLMN list, the public land mobile network information PLMN ID includes a country code MCC and an operator code MNC, and the PLMN list is updated after each registration or camping of the mobile terminal on a new communication network.
  7. The emergency number matching method of claim 6, wherein the emergency number list matching the country code is stored in a current emergency number table, and the current emergency number table is updated each time the mobile terminal obtains the emergency number list matching the new country code.
  8. The emergency number matching method of claim 7, wherein after determining the emergency number list matching the country code, if the emergency number dialed by the user is identical to the emergency number in the current emergency number list, an emergency call is directly initiated according to the emergency number; if the emergency number dialed by the user is consistent with the emergency number in the emergency number list corresponding to the country code of the place of sale of the mobile terminal, the emergency number dialed by the user is converted into the corresponding emergency number in the current emergency number list, and a call is initiated according to the converted emergency number.
  9. The method for matching emergency numbers according to claim 8, wherein the method for converting an emergency number dialed by a user to a corresponding emergency number in the current emergency number list comprises the steps of:
    determining the type of the emergency number of the place of sale dialed by the user;
    and inquiring the current emergency number list according to the type of the emergency number, obtaining the emergency number consistent with the dialing type, and using the emergency number as the emergency number for the calling module to dial.
