As a Voice solution for Long Term Evolution (Long Term Evolution, LTE) and 5G, a Voice over Long-Term Evolution (VoLTE) bearer can be implemented by using a packet switched PS domain to access a PS packet domain bearer, thereby avoiding excessive dependency on existing 2G and 3G standard networks. However, in the initial stage of LTE and 5G network construction, the network of the above-mentioned system cannot achieve comprehensive coverage with respect to the user, and when the deployed LTE or 5G network provides a voice service, once the user initiating the voice service in the LTE network leaves the network coverage, the voice service performed by the user needs to be switched from the LTE or 5G network to the network of another system, so as to avoid the voice service of the user from being dropped.
Currently, a Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC) is generally adopted to switch the original VoLTE to the inter-system network so as to ensure that the user Voice service is not interrupted during the switching process. Example 2
In this embodiment, a voice service processing method is provided, where the voice service processing method in this embodiment is applied to a first terminal, and fig. 7 is a flowchart of the voice service processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the method includes:
step S202, receiving a measurement request sent by a preset device, where the preset device includes one of: the network side network element and the second terminal are used for indicating the first terminal and/or the second terminal to measure the signal quality of the network allowed to be registered; the first terminal and the second terminal have at least one same identity identification information, and an ongoing voice service exists between the first terminal and a network element at a network side;
step S204, sending a transfer request to a network element at a network side, wherein the transfer request is used for instructing the network element at the network side to transfer information resources for voice service according to a measurement report, and the measurement report includes at least one of the following: the first terminal carries out a first measurement report of measurement according to the measurement request, and the second terminal carries out a second measurement report of measurement according to the measurement request.
By the method in the embodiment, at least one of the first terminal and the second terminal having at least one same identity identification information with the first terminal can measure the signal quality of the network allowed to be registered according to the measurement request, so that the network side transfers the information resource for the voice service according to the first measurement report measured by the first terminal and/or the second measurement report measured by the second terminal; therefore, the method in the embodiment can solve the problem that the user cannot realize network switching in time when the voice service needs network switching to cause voice service call drop in the related technology, and achieves the effect of ensuring the voice service of the user.
It should be further noted that, an ongoing voice service exists between the first terminal and the network element at the network side, that is, the user is instructed to currently perform the voice service through the first terminal, and the first terminal may be a mobile phone or an intelligent terminal with a call function, such as a smart watch. The second terminal and the first terminal have at least one same identification information, that is, the second terminal and the first terminal are indicated to have the same identification information relative to the network side, for example, the second terminal may be a mobile phone or an intelligent terminal bundled together with the first terminal through services such as "one number with multiple cards" or "one number with multiple machines", such as a mobile phone and an intelligent watch having the same number.
The first measurement report specifically includes measurement results of signal quality of multiple networks obtained after the first terminal measures the signal quality of the network allowed to be registered; the second measurement report specifically includes measurement results of signal quality of multiple networks obtained after the second terminal measures the signal quality of the network allowed to be registered. It should be noted that the network allowed to register corresponding to the first terminal and the network allowed to register corresponding to the second terminal may at least partially overlap or may completely differ from each other, and when actually performing measurement, the measurement performed by the first terminal and the measurement performed by the second terminal are independent from each other and do not affect each other.
It should be further noted that the voice service processing method in this embodiment is not only applicable to switching between different systems such as switching from an LTE or 5G network to another system network, but also applicable to switching between different systems such as switching from an LTE or 5G network to another system network by a user, for example, when the network quality of VoLTE currently performing a voice service by the user is not good, and there are available LTE or 5G networks with good signals around the user, the voice service processing method in this embodiment can also implement switching of the voice service of the user from a weak LTE or 5G network to an LTE or 5G network with stable signal quality. Therefore, the voice service processing method in this embodiment can solve the problem that a user in any scene cannot realize network switching in time when the voice service needs to be switched over, so as to cause a voice service call drop, thereby ensuring the voice service effect of the user, and simultaneously ensuring the stability of the voice service of the user in real time, so as to improve the call experience of the user.
Optionally, the execution subject of the above steps may be the first terminal, but is not limited thereto.
In an optional embodiment, in step S202, the receiving a measurement request sent by a preset device includes:
receiving a measurement request sent by a network element at a network side; or,
and receiving a measurement request synchronized by the second terminal according to the synchronous measurement information, wherein the synchronous measurement information is carried in the measurement request sent to the second terminal by the network side network element.
It should be further noted that, in the foregoing technical solution, when the first terminal receives the measurement request sent by the network element on the network side, the first terminal may also select to synchronize the measurement request to the second terminal according to the receiving condition of the second terminal, that is, it is ensured that both the first terminal and the second terminal can receive the measurement request.
In an alternative embodiment, the step S204 includes:
when the signal quality of the measuring network in the first measuring report is better than that of the measuring network in the second measuring report, the transfer request is used for indicating the network side network element to transfer the information resource for the voice service according to the first measuring report; or,

It should be further noted that there may be a plurality of measurement networks corresponding to the first measurement report and a plurality of measurement reports corresponding to the second measurement report, where the signal quality of the measurement network in the first measurement report is better than the signal quality of the measurement network in the second measurement report, which means that the signal quality of the measurement network with the best signal quality among the plurality of measurement networks in the first measurement report is better than the signal quality of the measurement network with the best signal quality among the plurality of measurement networks in the second measurement report; that is, in transferring information resources for voice service according to the measurement report, the transfer target is a network with the best signal quality in the allowable registered networks corresponding to the first terminal and the second terminal.
In an optional embodiment, the information resource includes a network resource and a call resource, the network resource is used for indicating a network for performing the voice service, and the call resource is used for indicating a terminal for performing the voice service;
the transfer request is used for instructing the network element at the network side to transfer the information resource according to the first measurement report, and comprises the following steps:
the transfer request is used for indicating a network side network element to transfer the network resource in the information resource to a measurement network in the first measurement report and reserving the call resource in the information resource at the first terminal;

In an optional embodiment, the step of instructing, by the network element, the network element to transfer the call resource in the information resource to the second terminal includes:

It should be noted that, because there is an ongoing voice service between the first terminal and the network element at the network side, when the signal quality of the measurement network corresponding to the second terminal is better, the voice service needs to be transferred to the second terminal; the second terminal performs a voice service with the network element on the network side according to the second measurement report, which means that the second terminal performs the voice service according to the measurement network in the second measurement report.
In an optional embodiment, the sending the call request to the second terminal further includes:
and sending a call request and a voice synchronization request to the second terminal, wherein the voice synchronization request is used for indicating the second terminal to synchronize the voice service to the first terminal.
It should be further noted that, the synchronizing of the voice service to the first terminal by the second terminal may be that the second terminal synchronizes the voice service to the first terminal through technologies such as bluetooth and NFC; and the user can continue to carry out the voice service through the first terminal or the terminal after the user is transferred in the first terminal or the second terminal according to the use habit setting.
In an optional embodiment, before the step S202 receives the measurement request sent by the preset device, the method further includes:
acquiring the signal quality of a call network, wherein the call network is a network which carries out voice service between a first terminal and a network element at a network side;
and when the signal quality of the call network is lower than a preset threshold value, receiving a measurement request sent by preset equipment.
It should be further noted that, by using the above technical solution, it is able to avoid performing the issuing of the measurement request and the subsequent switching operation when the network where the current voice service is located cannot support the voice service, so as to implement the advanced correspondence of the voice service processing method in this embodiment, and further ensure that the user does not have an interruption or call drop in the whole process of performing the voice service.
In an optional embodiment, before the step S202 receives the measurement request sent by the preset device, the method further includes:
and acquiring a monitoring request sent by a network side network element, wherein the monitoring request is used for indicating the first terminal and/or the second terminal to monitor the signal quality of the network allowed to be registered.
It should be further noted that the monitoring request is to enable the first terminal and/or the second terminal to monitor the signal quality of the network allowed to be registered before receiving the measurement request, and if the monitored signal quality of the network is better than the signal quality of the network currently performing a call, the voice service may be switched to the corresponding network according to the monitoring result of the first terminal and/or the second terminal, so as to further improve the call experience of the user. In addition, the monitoring operation of the first terminal and/or the second terminal may also be used as a preamble step of the measurement operation, that is, through the monitoring process, the first terminal and/or the second terminal quickly responds when receiving the measurement request, so as to improve the execution efficiency of the voice service processing method in this embodiment.
In an optional embodiment, before the step S202 receives the measurement request sent by the preset device, the method further includes:
acquiring connection state information between a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the connection state information is used for indicating the connection state between the first terminal and the second terminal;
and sending adjustment information to the network side network element according to the connection state information, wherein the adjustment information is used for indicating the network side network element to adjust the information resource for the voice service.
In an optional embodiment, the first measurement report includes a first measurement network, and the second measurement report includes a second measurement network;
the first measurement network and the second measurement network adopt the same network system with the call network; or different network systems are adopted between at least one of the first measuring network and the second measuring network and the communication network;
the call network is a network which is carrying out voice service between the first terminal and the network element at the network side.
It should be further noted that, the first measurement network and the second measurement network use the same network standard with the call network, that is, the first terminal is instructed to implement the current call in the 5G or LTE network, and the first measurement network and the second measurement network are also the 5G or LTE network, and the voice service performed by the user is to be switched between different 5G or LTE networks. At least one of the first measurement network and the second measurement network and the call network adopt different network systems, namely, the first terminal is instructed to realize current call under a 5G or LTE network, the first measurement network and the second measurement network adopt 2G or 3G systems, and voice service carried out by a user is switched between different systems of networks.
In an optional embodiment, the identification information at least comprises: integrated services digital network ISDN numbers.
In an alternative embodiment, the first terminal comprises one of: sim terminal, eSim terminal; the second terminal includes one of: sim terminals, eSIM terminals.
It should be further noted that, in the above-mentioned eSIM terminal, that is, a terminal using an eSIM card, an eSIM (Embedded-SIM) card is different from a physical SIM card, and can be integrated in a chip of a terminal device, and in a scenario where any one of the first terminal and the second terminal uses an eSIM card in this embodiment, the first terminal and the second terminal can be identified on a network side by using the same number.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. step S302, receiving a measurement request sent by a preset device, where the preset device includes one of the following: the network side network element and the first terminal are used for indicating the first terminal and/or the second terminal to measure the signal quality of the network which allows registration; the first terminal and the second terminal have at least one same identity identification information, and an ongoing voice service exists between the first terminal and a network element at a network side;
step S304, sending a transfer request to a network element at a network side, wherein the transfer request is used for instructing the network element at the network side to transfer information resources for voice service according to a measurement report, and the measurement report includes at least one of the following: the first terminal carries out a first measurement report of measurement according to the measurement request, and the second terminal carries out a second measurement report of measurement according to the measurement request.
By the method in the embodiment, at least one of the first terminal and the second terminal having at least one same identity identification information with the first terminal can measure the signal quality of the network allowed to be registered according to the measurement request, so that the network side transfers the information resource for the voice service according to the first measurement report measured by the first terminal and/or the second measurement report measured by the second terminal; therefore, the method in the embodiment can solve the problem that the user cannot realize the network switching in time when the voice service needs to be switched over, which causes the voice service to be dropped, and achieves the effect of ensuring the voice service of the user.
It should be further noted that, an ongoing voice service exists between the first terminal and the network element at the network side, that is, the user is instructed to currently perform the voice service through the first terminal, and the first terminal may be a mobile phone or an intelligent terminal with a call function, such as a smart watch. It should be further noted that the monitoring request is to enable the first terminal and/or the second terminal to monitor the signal quality of the network allowed to be registered before receiving the measurement request, and if the monitored signal quality of the network is better than the signal quality of the network currently performing a call, the voice service may be switched to the corresponding network according to the monitoring result of the first terminal and/or the second terminal, so as to further improve the call experience of the user. In addition, the monitoring operation of the first terminal and/or the second terminal may also be used as a preamble step of the measurement operation, that is, through the monitoring process, the first terminal and/or the second terminal quickly responds when receiving the measurement request, so as to improve the execution efficiency of the voice service processing method in this embodiment.
In an optional embodiment, before receiving the measurement request sent by the preset device, the method further includes:
acquiring connection state information between a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the connection state information is used for indicating the connection state between the first terminal and the second terminal;
and sending adjustment information to the network side network element according to the connection state information, wherein the adjustment information is used for indicating the network side network element to adjust the information resource for the voice service.
In an optional embodiment, the first measurement report includes a first measurement network, and the second measurement report includes a second measurement network;
the first measurement network and the second measurement network adopt the same network system with the call network; or different network systems are adopted between at least one of the first measuring network and the second measuring network and the communication network;
the call network is a network which is carrying out voice service between the first terminal and the network element at the network side.
It should be further noted that, the same network system is used between the first measurement network and the call network, that is, the first terminal is instructed to implement the current call in the 5G or LTE network, and the first measurement network and the second measurement network are also 5G or LTE networks, and the voice service performed by the user is to be switched between different 5G or LTE networks. At least one of the first measurement network and the second measurement network and the call network adopt different network systems, namely, the first terminal is instructed to realize current call under a 5G or LTE network, the first measurement network and the second measurement network adopt 2G or 3G systems, and voice service carried out by a user is switched between different systems of networks.
In an optional embodiment, the identification information at least comprises: integrated services digital network ISDN numbers.
In an alternative embodiment, the first terminal comprises one of: sim terminal, eSim terminal; the second terminal includes one of: sim terminals, eSIM terminals.
It should be further noted that, in the above-mentioned eSIM terminal, that is, a terminal using an eSIM card, an eSIM (Embedded-SIM) card is different from a physical SIM card, and can be integrated in a chip of a terminal device, and in a scenario where any one of the first terminal and the second terminal uses an eSIM card in this embodiment, the first terminal and the second terminal can be identified on a network side by using the same number.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. In this embodiment, a voice service processing apparatus is further provided, where the voice service processing apparatus in this embodiment is applied to a network element on a network side, and the apparatus is used to implement the foregoing embodiment and the preferred embodiment, and details of which have been already described are omitted. By the device in the embodiment, at least one of the first terminal and the second terminal having at least one same identity identification information with the first terminal can measure the signal quality of the network allowed to be registered according to the measurement request, so that the network side transfers the information resource for the voice service according to the first measurement report measured by the first terminal and/or the second measurement report measured by the second terminal; therefore, the device in the embodiment can solve the problem that the voice service is dropped because the user cannot realize the network switching in time when the voice service needs to be switched over in the related technology, and achieves the effect of ensuring the voice service of the user.

transferring information resources according to the first measurement report when the signal quality of the measurement network in the first measurement report is better than the signal quality of the measurement network in the second measurement report; or,

By the device in the embodiment, at least one of the first terminal and the second terminal having at least one same identity identification information with the first terminal can measure the signal quality of the network allowed to be registered according to the measurement request, so that the network side transfers the information resource for the voice service according to the first measurement report measured by the first terminal and/or the second measurement report measured by the second terminal; therefore, the device in the embodiment can solve the problem that the user cannot switch the network in time when the voice service needs to be switched, so that the voice service is dropped, and the effect of ensuring the voice service of the user is achieved.

Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, receiving a measurement request sent by a preset device, wherein the preset device comprises one of the following devices: the network side network element and the first terminal are used for indicating the first terminal and/or the second terminal to measure the signal quality of the network allowed to be registered; the first terminal and the second terminal have at least one same identity identification information, and an ongoing voice service exists between the first terminal and a network element at a network side;
s2, sending a transfer request to a network side network element, wherein the transfer request is used for indicating the network side network element to transfer information resources for voice service according to a measurement report, and the measurement report comprises at least one of the following: the first terminal carries out a first measurement report of measurement according to the measurement request, and the second terminal carries out a second measurement report of measurement according to the measurement request.
Optionally, the specific examples in this embodiment may refer to the examples described in the above embodiments and optional implementation manners, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (14)

1. A voice service processing method is applied to a network element at a network side, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a measurement request to a first terminal and/or a second terminal, wherein the measurement request is used for indicating the first terminal and/or the second terminal to measure the signal quality of a network which allows registration; the first terminal and the second terminal have at least one same identity identification information, and an ongoing voice service exists between the first terminal and the network element on the network side;
transferring information resources for the voice traffic according to a measurement report, wherein the measurement report includes at least one of: the first terminal carries out a first measurement report of measurement according to the measurement request, and the second terminal carries out a second measurement report of measurement according to the measurement request;
wherein the transferring of information resources for the voice service according to the measurement report includes:
transferring the information resource according to the first measurement report when the signal quality of the measurement network in the first measurement report is better than the signal quality of the measurement network in the second measurement report;
transferring the information resource according to the second measurement report when the signal quality of the measurement network in the second measurement report is better than the signal quality of the measurement network in the first measurement report.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sending of the measurement request to the first terminal and/or the second terminal comprises:
sending the measurement request to the first terminal and the second terminal; or,
sending the measurement request to the first terminal, wherein the measurement request carries a measurement synchronization request, and the measurement synchronization request is used for instructing the first terminal to synchronize the measurement request to the second terminal; or,
and sending the measurement request to the second terminal, wherein the measurement request carries a measurement synchronization request, and the measurement synchronization request is used for indicating the second terminal to synchronize the measurement request to the first terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the information resource comprises a network resource and a call resource, the network resource is used for indicating a network for performing the voice service, and the call resource is used for indicating a terminal for performing the voice service;
the transferring the information resource according to the first measurement report includes:
transferring the network resource in the information resource to the measurement network in the first measurement report, and reserving the call resource in the information resource at the first terminal;
the transferring the information resource according to the second measurement report includes:
transferring the network resource in the information resource to the measurement network in the second measurement report, and transferring the call resource in the information resource to the second terminal.
4. A voice service processing method is applied to a first terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a measurement request sent by a preset device, wherein the preset device comprises one of the following devices: the network side network element and the second terminal, wherein the measurement request is used for indicating the first terminal and/or the second terminal to measure the signal quality of the network which allows registration; the first terminal and the second terminal have at least one same identity identification information, and an ongoing voice service exists between the first terminal and the network element on the network side;
sending a transfer request to the network element at the network side, wherein the transfer request is used for instructing the network element at the network side to transfer information resources for the voice service according to a measurement report, and the measurement report includes at least one of the following: a first measurement report for the first terminal to measure according to the measurement request, and a second measurement report for the second terminal to measure according to the measurement request;
wherein, when the signal quality of the measuring network in the first measurement report is better than the signal quality of the measuring network in the second measurement report, the transfer request is used for instructing the network side network element to transfer the information resource for the voice service according to the first measurement report;
when the signal quality of the measurement network in the second measurement report is better than the signal quality of the measurement network in the first measurement report, the transfer request is used for instructing the network side network element to transfer the information resource for the voice service according to the second measurement report.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the receiving of the measurement request sent by the preset device comprises:
receiving the measurement request sent by the network side network element; or,
and receiving the measurement request synchronized by the second terminal according to the synchronous measurement information, wherein the synchronous measurement information is carried in the measurement request sent to the second terminal by the network element at the network side.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the information resource comprises a network resource and a call resource, the network resource is used for indicating a network for performing the voice service, and the call resource is used for indicating a terminal for performing the voice service;
the transfer request is used for instructing the network element at the network side to transfer the information resource according to the first measurement report, and includes:
the transfer request is used for instructing the network side network element to transfer the network resource in the information resources to the measurement network in the first measurement report, and to reserve the call resource in the information resources in the first terminal;
the transfer request is used for instructing the network element at the network side to transfer the information resource according to the second measurement report, and includes:
the transfer request is used to instruct the network element on the network side to transfer the network resource in the information resource to the measurement network in the second measurement report, and transfer the call resource in the information resource to the second terminal.
7. A voice service processing method is applied to a second terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a measurement request sent by a preset device, wherein the preset device comprises one of the following devices: the network side network element and the first terminal, wherein the measurement request is used for indicating the first terminal and/or the second terminal to measure the signal quality of the network allowed to be registered; the first terminal and the second terminal have at least one same identity identification information, and an ongoing voice service exists between the first terminal and the network element on the network side;
sending a transfer request to the network element at the network side, wherein the transfer request is used for instructing the network element at the network side to transfer information resources for the voice service according to a measurement report, and the measurement report includes at least one of the following: a first measurement report for the first terminal to measure according to the measurement request, and a second measurement report for the second terminal to measure according to the measurement request;
wherein, when the signal quality of the measuring network in the first measurement report is better than the signal quality of the measuring network in the second measurement report, the transfer request is used for instructing the network side network element to transfer the information resource for the voice service according to the first measurement report;
when the signal quality of the measurement network in the second measurement report is better than the signal quality of the measurement network in the first measurement report, the transfer request is used for instructing the network side network element to transfer the information resource for the voice service according to the second measurement report.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the receiving of the measurement request sent by the preset device comprises:
receiving the measurement request sent by the network side network element; or,
receiving the measurement request synchronized by the first terminal according to the synchronous measurement information, wherein the synchronous measurement information is carried in the measurement request sent to the first terminal by the network side network element.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the information resource comprises a network resource and a call resource, the network resource is used for indicating a network for performing the voice service, and the call resource is used for indicating a terminal for performing the voice service;
the transfer request is used for instructing the network element at the network side to transfer the information resource according to the first measurement report, and includes:
the transfer request is used for instructing the network side network element to transfer the network resource in the information resources to the measurement network in the first measurement report, and to reserve the call resource in the information resources in the first terminal;
the transfer request is used for instructing the network element at the network side to transfer the information resource according to the second measurement report, and includes:
the transfer request is used to instruct the network element on the network side to transfer the network resource in the information resource to the measurement network in the second measurement report, and transfer the call resource in the information resource to the second terminal.
10. A voice service processing device is applied to a network element at a network side, and is characterized by comprising:
the terminal comprises a measurement module, a registration module and a registration module, wherein the measurement module is used for sending a measurement request to a first terminal and/or a second terminal, and the measurement request is used for indicating the first terminal and/or the second terminal to measure the signal quality of a network allowed to be registered; the first terminal and the second terminal have at least one same identity identification information, and an ongoing voice service exists between the first terminal and the network element on the network side;
a transfer module, configured to transfer information resources for the voice service according to a measurement report, where the measurement report includes at least one of: the first terminal carries out a first measurement report of measurement according to the measurement request, and the second terminal carries out a second measurement report of measurement according to the measurement request;
wherein the transfer module is further configured to transfer the information resource according to the first measurement report in case the signal quality of the measurement network in the first measurement report is better than the signal quality of the measurement network in the second measurement report;
the transfer module is further configured to transfer the information resource according to the second measurement report, in case the signal quality of the measurement network in the second measurement report is better than the signal quality of the measurement network in the first measurement report.
11. A voice service processing device applied to a first terminal is characterized by comprising:
a first receiving module, configured to receive a measurement request sent by a preset device, where the preset device includes one of: the network side network element and the second terminal, wherein the measurement request is used for indicating the first terminal and/or the second terminal to measure the signal quality of the network allowed to be registered; the first terminal and the second terminal have at least one same identity identification information, and an ongoing voice service exists between the first terminal and the network element on the network side;
a first sending module, configured to send a transfer request to the network element on the network side, where the transfer request is used to instruct the network element on the network side to transfer information resources used for the voice service according to a measurement report, and the measurement report includes at least one of the following: a first measurement report for the first terminal to measure according to the measurement report, and a second measurement report for the second terminal to measure according to the measurement report;
wherein, in case that the signal quality of the measured network in the first measurement report is better than the signal quality of the measured network in the second measurement report, the transfer request is used to instruct the network side network element to transfer the information resource for the voice service according to the first measurement report;
and in the case that the signal quality of the network measured in the second measurement report is better than the signal quality of the network measured in the first measurement report, the transfer request is used for instructing the network side network element to transfer the information resource for the voice service according to the second measurement report.
12. A voice service processing device applied to a second terminal is characterized by comprising:
a second receiving module, configured to receive a measurement request sent by a preset device, where the preset device includes one of: the network side network element and the first terminal, wherein the measurement request is used for indicating the first terminal and/or the second terminal to measure the signal quality of the network allowed to be registered; the first terminal and the second terminal have at least one same identity identification information, and an ongoing voice service exists between the first terminal and the network element on the network side;
a second sending module, configured to send a transfer request to the network element on the network side, where the transfer request is used to instruct the network element on the network side to transfer information resources for the voice service according to a measurement report, where the measurement report includes at least one of: a first measurement report for the first terminal to measure according to the measurement request, and a second measurement report for the second terminal to measure according to the measurement request;
wherein, in case that the signal quality of the measured network in the first measurement report is better than the signal quality of the measured network in the second measurement report, the transfer request is used to instruct the network side network element to transfer the information resource for the voice service according to the first measurement report;
and in the case that the signal quality of the network measured in the second measurement report is better than the signal quality of the network measured in the first measurement report, the transfer request is used for instructing the network side network element to transfer the information resource for the voice service according to the second measurement report.
13. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 3, 4 to 6, 7 to 9 when executed.
14. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has a computer program stored therein, and the processor is configured to execute the computer program to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 3, 4 to 6, and 7 to 9.
