Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for connecting a voice call of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. The method of the present embodiment may be performed by the voice connection service management unit, and may be implemented by hardware, software, or a combination of hardware and software. As shown in fig. 2, the method provided by the embodiment of the present application may include:
s201: and receiving the current voice call fault information of the auxiliary terminal, which is sent by the service gateway/packet data network gateway, wherein the current voice call fault information of the auxiliary terminal comprises the auxiliary terminal information and the auxiliary card information, and the terminal information and the card information of the opposite terminal user of the current voice call.
The auxiliary terminal can be used for communication under the condition that the mobile phone terminal is used as a main terminal, and can be one or more of devices such as a smart watch, a tablet personal computer, consumer electronic products and the like. The main terminal and the auxiliary terminal share one mobile phone number for communication.
Both Serving GateWay (SGW) and packet data network GateWay (Packet Data Network Gateway, PDN GateWay, abbreviated PGW) belong to network elements in the mobile communication network. In one implementation scenario, the serving gateway and the packet data network gateway may be provided separately. In another implementation scenario, the serving gateway and the packet data network gateway may be configured in a combined manner to reduce message traffic between network elements. In general, the service gateway and the packet data network gateway are configured in a combined manner, and may be represented by a service gateway/packet data network gateway or S/PGW.
The serving gateway/packet data gateway may perceive the current voice call state of the attached terminal. When the current voice call state of the auxiliary terminal is abnormal, the current voice call fault information of the auxiliary terminal is sent to the voice connection service management unit.
The terminal information of the terminal attached and the terminal information of the opposite terminal user of the current voice call are information for identifying the terminal equipment, and may include one or more of the following: international mobile equipment identity (International Mobile Station Equipment Identity, IMEI), mobile equipment identity (Mobile Station Equipment Identifier, MEID).

The main card is a SIM card of the main terminal, and the main terminal and the main card state are used for judging whether the main terminal and the main card are normally used at present, such as whether the main card is arrearage, whether the main card is cancelled or not, and the like.
In one implementation scenario, if the master card bound to the add-on card has been logged off, the voice call of the add-on terminal does not need to be connected to the master terminal.
S204: and sending a voice connection service request to the application server based on the attached card service opening information, wherein the voice connection service request comprises main terminal information and main card information, and terminal information and card information of the opposite terminal user of the current voice call.
Since the accessory terminal and the main terminal may or may not be in the same location. When the auxiliary terminal and the main terminal are not positioned at the same position, the voice call of the auxiliary terminal is not required to be connected to the main terminal. Therefore, before sending a voice connection service request to the application server, it is necessary to determine whether the main terminal and the auxiliary terminal are located at the same location.
In one implementation scenario, the location of the accessory terminal may be obtained based on the accessory terminal information and the accessory card information, and the master terminal location may be obtained based on the master terminal information and the master card information. If the main terminal and the auxiliary terminal are at the same position, a voice connection service request is sent to the application server for the application server to connect the voice to the main terminal.
In one implementation scenario, the location of the accessory terminal is obtained based on the accessory terminal information and the accessory card information, or the main terminal location is obtained based on the main terminal information and the main card information, and may be obtained through a mobile network or a global positioning system (Global Positioning System, GPS).
The embodiment of the application provides a terminal voice call connection method, which combines current voice call fault information of an auxiliary terminal sent by a service gateway/packet data network gateway, wherein the current voice call fault information of the auxiliary terminal comprises auxiliary terminal information and auxiliary card information, and terminal information and card information of a user at the opposite end of the current voice call. And sending an information inquiry request for opening the card service to the information technology support system according to the information of the attached terminal and the information of the attached card. The information technology supporting system obtains the opening information of the card attaching service and returns the opening information to the voice connection service management unit. The voice connection service management unit can send a voice connection service request to the application server based on the attached card service opening information, and the application server realizes the call between the main terminal and the terminal of the opposite terminal user of the current voice call according to the voice connection service request. When the auxiliary terminal fails in the voice call process, the method provided by the application can acquire the main terminal information and the main card information bound with the auxiliary terminal, and the terminal information and the card information of the opposite terminal user of the current voice call, can automatically connect the voice call of the auxiliary terminal to the main terminal, can realize the voice call between the main terminal and the terminal of the opposite terminal user without the need of the user to initiate the call again, and improves the flexibility of the voice call.
On the basis of the above embodiment, when a voice connection service request is sent to an application server based on the card service activation information, it is necessary to determine whether the main terminal and the auxiliary terminal are at the same location, so an embodiment is provided below to describe in detail the process of determining the positions of the main terminal and the auxiliary terminal.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for determining a terminal position according to an embodiment of the present application, where an execution body of the method may be a voice connection service management unit, and specifically includes:

S302: and receiving a network logging record of the auxiliary terminal and a network logging record of the main terminal returned by the signaling system, wherein the network logging record of the auxiliary terminal comprises information of a base station and a cell accessed by the auxiliary terminal, and the network logging record of the main terminal comprises information of the base station and the cell accessed by the main terminal.
The network logging record is record information of the terminal equipment logging in the network, and specifically, the network logging record comprises base station and cell information accessed by the terminal equipment.
The base station and cell information may be information identifying the geographic location of the base station and cell.
S303: and determining the position of the auxiliary terminal according to the base station and the cell information accessed by the auxiliary terminal, and determining the position of the main terminal according to the base station and the cell information accessed by the main terminal.
In one implementation scenario, the base station information may be a location area code in a mobile communication system, and the cell information may be a cell identification code, where the location of the terminal device is determined by the location area code and the cell identification code in the mobile communication system.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for determining the position of a terminal, wherein a voice connection service management unit sends a network logging record request to a signaling system through a mobile network based on attached terminal information and attached card information. The signaling system inquires the network logging record of the auxiliary terminal according to the information of the auxiliary terminal and the information of the auxiliary card, and returns the network logging record of the auxiliary terminal and the network logging record of the main terminal to the voice connection service management unit after inquiring the network logging record of the main terminal according to the information of the main terminal and the information of the main card. The auxiliary terminal network logging record comprises the base station and cell information accessed by the auxiliary terminal, and the main terminal network logging record comprises the base station and cell information accessed by the main terminal. The voice connection service management unit can determine the position of the auxiliary terminal according to the base station and the cell information accessed by the auxiliary terminal, and can determine the position of the main terminal according to the base station and the cell information accessed by the main terminal. The method provided by the application obtains the positions of the auxiliary terminal and the main terminal through the mobile network, thereby being convenient and quick.
Besides the positions of the auxiliary terminal and the main terminal are acquired through the mobile network, the auxiliary terminal and the main terminal can be positioned through a global positioning system, and the precision is high. The locations of the accessory terminal and the main terminal can also be determined by a WIFI (wireless fidelity ) mode. The positioning of the auxiliary terminal and the main terminal is not limited to one positioning method, and various positioning modes can be combined to obtain the positions of the auxiliary terminal and the main terminal.
On the basis of the above embodiment, a detailed description will be given of a process in which the serving gateway/packet data network gateway determines whether or not the current voice call of the attached terminal has failed.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for connecting a voice call of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. The method of the present embodiment may be performed by a serving gateway/packet data network gateway, and may be implemented by hardware, software, or a combination of hardware and software. As shown in fig. 4, the method provided by the embodiment of the present application may include:
s401: and judging the current voice call state of the auxiliary terminal by sensing the voice special bearing condition between the service gateway/packet data network gateway of the network domain where the auxiliary terminal is positioned and the auxiliary terminal.
Before the terminal communicates with the opposite terminal user of the current voice communication, a voice special bearing is established between the service gateway/packet data network gateway of the network domain where the terminal is located and the terminal. When the auxiliary terminal fails, the voice special bearing can be released or interrupted, so that the current voice call state of the auxiliary terminal can be judged by sensing the voice special bearing condition.
In one implementation scenario, if the voice dedicated bearer is interrupted, the current voice call state of the auxiliary terminal is judged to be abnormal.
S402: if the current voice call state of the auxiliary terminal is abnormal, sending the voice call fault information of the auxiliary terminal to a voice connection service management unit.
The voice call failure information of the auxiliary terminal can comprise the auxiliary terminal information, the auxiliary card information, the terminal information and the card information of the opposite terminal user of the current voice call. After receiving the voice call fault information of the auxiliary terminal, the voice connection service management unit can acquire the main terminal information and the main card information bound with the auxiliary card, and establishes the voice call between the main terminal and the opposite terminal user of the current voice call through the application server, so as to realize connection of the voice call of the auxiliary terminal to the main terminal.
The embodiment of the application provides a terminal voice call connection method, wherein a service gateway/packet data network gateway judges the current voice call state of an auxiliary terminal by sensing the special voice bearing condition, wherein the special voice bearing is a radio bearing between the service gateway/packet data network gateway of a network domain where the auxiliary terminal is positioned and the auxiliary terminal. When the current voice call state of the auxiliary terminal is abnormal, the voice call fault information of the auxiliary terminal is sent to the voice connection service management unit. The method provided by the embodiment of the application can determine the current voice call state of the auxiliary terminal by sensing the special voice bearing condition. When the current voice call state of the auxiliary terminal is abnormal, the voice connection service management unit can be timely notified, so that the voice call of the auxiliary terminal is connected to the main terminal.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart III of a method for connecting a voice call of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. The method of the present embodiment may be performed by an application server, and may be implemented by hardware, software, or a combination of hardware and software. As shown in fig. 5, the method provided by the embodiment of the present application may include:
s501: and receiving a voice connection service request sent by the voice connection service management unit, wherein the voice connection service request comprises main terminal information and main card information, and terminal information and card information of a current voice call opposite terminal user.
And after the voice connection service management unit determines that the main terminal and the auxiliary terminal are positioned at the same position, sending a voice connection service request to the application server. The voice connection service request is used for the application server to connect the voice call of the auxiliary terminal to the main terminal.
S502: and continuing the voice call of the auxiliary terminal to the main terminal according to the main terminal information and the main card information and the terminal information and the card information of the opposite terminal user of the current voice call.
Under an implementation scene, main terminal information and main card information are extracted, and a session request is sent to a call session control function of a network domain where the main terminal is located, wherein the session request carries media information of a terminal of a peer user of a current voice call. The session request may be a session initiation protocol request INVITE message, and the media information may be described using a session description protocol, which is used for media negotiation between the master terminal and a terminal of a peer user of the current voice call.
After receiving the session request, the master terminal establishes a radio bearer and a voice dedicated bearer with a network element of a network domain where the master terminal is located, and performs media negotiation with a terminal of a peer user of the current voice call. After the media negotiation is completed, the application server rings the main terminal, and the main terminal can answer the voice call by off-hook answering at the moment, so that the voice call of the two parties can be realized.
The embodiment of the application provides a terminal voice call connection method, an application server receives a voice connection service request sent by a voice connection service management unit, and a voice call attached to a terminal is connected to a main terminal according to main terminal information and main card information contained in the voice connection service request and terminal information and card information of a terminal user opposite to the current voice call, so that the voice call between the main terminal and the terminal of the terminal user opposite to the current voice call is realized without re-initiating the voice call, and the flexibility of the voice call is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiments, a detailed description of the procedure of voice call connection of the terminal is provided below.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a method for connecting a voice call at a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method according to the embodiment of the present application is performed by a voice call connection system at a terminal, and may include: service gateway/packet data network gateway, voice connection service management unit, information technology support system, and application server. As shown in the figure, the method is specifically as follows:
S601: the service gateway/packet data network gateway judges the current voice call state of the auxiliary terminal by sensing the special voice bearing condition.
The voice-specific bearer is used to carry voice information. Before the terminal of the terminal and the terminal of the opposite terminal user of the current voice call are communicated, a voice special bearing is established between the service gateway/packet data network gateway of the network domain where the terminal is located and the terminal. When the two calls are finished, the voice special bearing is released, so that whether the current voice call state of the auxiliary terminal is normal can be judged according to the situation of the voice special bearing.
In one implementation scenario, the voice dedicated bearer is normal, and the current voice call state of the accessory terminal is also normal.
In another implementation scenario, the voice dedicated bearer is interrupted or released, which indicates that the current voice call state of the accessory terminal is abnormal.
It should be noted that, the base station may also perceive the situation of the voice dedicated bearer, but the transmission delay is longer.
S602: if the current voice call state of the auxiliary terminal is abnormal, the service gateway/packet data network gateway sends the current voice call fault information of the auxiliary terminal to the voice connection service management unit.
The current voice call fault information of the auxiliary terminal comprises auxiliary terminal information, auxiliary card information, terminal information of a counterpart user of the current voice call and card information.
S603: and the voice connection service management unit sends an attached card service opening information inquiry request to the information technology support system according to the current voice call fault information of the attached terminal.
Because the user of the attached terminal is likely to open the one-number multi-terminal service, the possibility that the one-number multi-terminal service is not opened exists, and the main terminal information and the main card information bound with the attached card need to be acquired, the information technology support system needs to be sent with an information inquiry request for opening the attached card service.
In one implementation scenario, the voice connection service management unit may send an attach card service provisioning information query request to the information technology support system according to the attach terminal information and the attach card information included in the current voice failure information of the attach terminal.
S604: the information technology supporting system inquires the opening information of the card attaching service and sends the opening information of the card attaching service to the voice connection service management unit.
In one implementation scenario, the information technology support system queries whether an additional terminal user has opened a one-number multi-terminal service according to the additional terminal and the additional card information. If the user opens the one-number multi-terminal service, the state of the main card bound with the attached card is inquired, and the state comprises whether the main card is logged off, whether arrearage exists or not and the like. And when the main card is in a normal state, inquiring the main terminal information and the main card information.
The primary terminal information may be an international mobile equipment identity and a mobile equipment identity. The master card information may be a mobile station international subscriber identity, an international mobile subscriber identity.
In another implementation scenario, if the user of the auxiliary terminal does not open the one-number multi-terminal service or the main card bound with the auxiliary card is logged off, the voice call of the auxiliary terminal does not need to be connected to the main terminal.
S605: the voice connection service management unit determines the positions of the main terminal and the auxiliary terminal according to the auxiliary card service opening information.
In one implementation scenario, the locations of the main terminal and the accessory terminal may be determined by one or more positioning modes such as a mobile network, a global positioning system, and WIFI. For example, when the mobile network is used to obtain the locations of the main terminal and the auxiliary terminal, the signaling system may be used to obtain the network log of the main terminal and the network log of the auxiliary terminal. Because the network access record contains the base station and the cell information accessed by the terminal, the base station and the cell information accessed by the main terminal can be acquired according to the network access record of the main terminal, and the position of the main terminal can be determined. And acquiring information of the base station and the cell accessed by the auxiliary terminal according to the network logging record of the auxiliary terminal, and further determining the position of the auxiliary terminal.
In one implementation scenario, if the main terminal and the auxiliary terminal are not in the same location, then the voice call of the auxiliary terminal does not need to be connected to the main terminal.
S606: if the main terminal and the auxiliary terminal are at the same position, the voice connection service management unit sends a voice connection service request to the application server.
The voice connection service request is used for the application server to connect the voice of the auxiliary terminal to the main terminal, and can comprise main terminal information and main card information, and terminal information and card information of the opposite terminal user of the current voice call.
S607: the application server connects the voice call of the auxiliary terminal to the main terminal.
In one implementation scenario, the process of the application server connecting the voice call of the accessory terminal to the main terminal may be shown in fig. 7, which is specifically as follows:
step 1, an application server sends a session initiation protocol request INVITE message to a call session control function of a network domain where a master terminal is located, and forwards the INVITE message to the master terminal.
The session initiation protocol requests the media information of the terminal of the opposite terminal user of the current voice call to be carried in the INVITE message. The media information may be described using a session description protocol for media negotiation by the master terminal with the terminal of the opposite user of the current voice call.
And 2, establishing a radio bearer between the main terminal and the base station, and establishing a voice special bearer with the service gateway/packet data network gateway.
It should be noted that, during the call between the terminal and the terminal of the opposite terminal user of the current voice call, the voice call function of the opposite terminal fails, at this time, the voice dedicated bearer between the serving gateway/packet data network gateway of the network domain where the opposite terminal is located and the opposite terminal will be released or interrupted, and the voice dedicated bearer between the terminal of the opposite terminal user of the current voice call and the serving gateway/packet data network gateway of the network domain where the terminal is located will still maintain a normal state.
And step 3, the main terminal sends the session response 200OK message of the session initiation protocol to the application server through the call session control function of the network domain where the main terminal is located.
And 4, the application server sends the session initiation protocol session UPDATE message to the terminal of the current voice call opposite terminal user through the call session control function of the network domain where the terminal of the current voice call opposite terminal user is located.
Session initiation protocol session UPDATE message carries media information of the master terminal. And sending a session initiation protocol session UPDATE message to the terminal of the opposite end user of the current voice call, and indicating the terminal of the opposite end user of the current voice call to perform session UPDATE and respond to the session initiation protocol session UPDATE message.
And step 5, the terminal of the current voice call opposite terminal user sends a session initiation protocol session update response 200OK message to the application server through the call session control function of the network domain where the terminal is located.
After receiving the 200OK message of the session initiation protocol session update response, the application server rings the main terminal, and the main terminal enables the main terminal to establish the voice call with the terminal of the opposite terminal user of the current voice call through off-hook response.
In one implementation scenario, speech between a host terminal and a terminal of a peer user of a current voice call may be transmitted via RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol ).
The embodiment of the application provides a terminal voice connection method, wherein a service gateway/packet data network gateway judges the voice call state of an accessory terminal by sensing the special bearing condition of voice. When judging that the current voice call state of the auxiliary terminal is abnormal, the service gateway/packet data network gateway sends the current voice call fault information of the auxiliary terminal to the voice connection service management unit. The voice connection service management unit sends an information technology support system an information card service opening information inquiry request according to the attached terminal information and the attached card information in the current voice call fault information of the attached terminal. The information technology supporting system inquires the opening information of the card attaching service and returns the opening information of the card attaching service to the voice connection service management unit. The voice connection service management unit determines the positions of the main terminal and the auxiliary terminal according to the auxiliary card service opening information, and judges whether the main terminal and the auxiliary terminal are positioned at the same position. When the two are in the same position, the voice connection service management unit sends a voice connection service request to the application server. The application server connects the voice call of the auxiliary terminal to the main terminal. The main terminal user can realize the voice call between the main terminal and the opposite terminal user of the current voice call through the off-hook response, so that the flexibility of the voice call is improved.

And sending a PRACK message to the network domain where the called terminal is located, wherein the PRACK message indicates that the calling terminal receives the 183 message.
S817: the session control function receives the 200OK message of the PRACK message sent by the network domain where the called terminal is located, and sends the 200OK message of the PRACK message to the calling terminal.
The 200OK message is a called off-hook response message.
S818: the calling terminal performs a media negotiation process.
In one implementation scenario, the calling terminal sends a media stream UPDATE message (UPDATE message) carrying SDP (Session Description Protocol ) to the call session control function, which sends the media stream UPDATE message carrying SDP to the network domain where the called terminal is located. The called terminal responds to the media stream update message carrying SDP, and sends the 200OK message corresponding to the media stream update message to the call session control function, and the call session control function forwards the message to the calling terminal.
