Description

VoLTE-based emergency call method, system, terminal, device and storage medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method, a system, a terminal, a device, and a storage medium for an emergency call based on VoLTE (Voice over Long term evolution).
Background
When a user initiates a VoLTE emergency call to a network through an IMS (IP Multimedia system) terminal (terminal for short), the following three steps are required: first, establishing an emergency default bearer QCI5(QoS class identifier5, a scalar value); secondly, performing emergency registration; and thirdly, initiating an emergency call. By default, the emergency default bearer QCI5 is always active, i.e. always exists, after being successfully established, and is used for carrying emergency registration and call related SIP (error code) signaling. In a real network environment, some network operators deactivate the emergency default bearer QCI5 after the emergency call is completed based on their resource scheduling policies, and release resources corresponding to the bearer, which may cause a failure of a VoLTE emergency call subsequently initiated to the network by a user through an IMS terminal due to the loss of the default bearer QCI5, thereby reducing the success rate of the emergency call.
The real network environment includes two ways of deactivating the emergency default bearer QCI5, way 1: the network sends DEACTIVATE EPS BEARER context request (EPS (Evolved Packet System) deactivation request) signaling in Non-Access Stratum (NAS) signaling to the terminal, and explicitly deactivates the signaling; mode 2: the network side releases the corresponding bearer, and does not inform the terminal that the bearer is released, so the terminal considers that the bearer can still be used, and the terminal can only discover that the bearer is lost when initiating a new emergency call, resulting in call failure. For mode 1, since the terminal knows that the corresponding bearer has been released, the terminal will again create the emergency default bearer QCI5 before initiating the emergency call, and eventually the call is successful. However, for the method 2, since the terminal does not know that the corresponding bearer has been released, the terminal still assumes that the default bearer is in the activated state, so the terminal directly initiates an emergency call flow, and finally the call fails.
In the existing emergency call implementation process of the VoLTE network, when the VoLTE emergency call fails due to bearer loss, the terminal considers that there is a network anomaly and abandons the current call, thereby resulting in a low success rate of the emergency call.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects that the success rate of emergency call is low because the terminal gives up the current call due to the fact that the network is considered to be abnormal because the emergency call of the VoLTE network fails due to the loss of the emergency default bearer QCI5 in the prior art, and provides a method, a system, a terminal, equipment and a storage medium for the emergency call based on the VoLTE, which can improve the success rate of the emergency call of the VoLTE network.

step S2, VoLTE emergency call again.
Wherein, step S2 includes the following steps:
step S201, initiating a first emergency call;
step S202, obtaining a reconfiguration message after establishing RRC connection;
step S203, determining whether the emergency default bearer QCI5 is lost based on the reconfiguration message, if so, performing step S204, otherwise, ending the process;
step S204, judging whether the first emergency call is successful, if not, executing step S205, and if so, ending the process;
step S205, establishing an emergency default bearer QCI 5;
step S206, emergency registration is carried out;
and step S207, initiating a second emergency call.
Wherein, step S1 includes the following steps:
step S101, establishing an emergency default bearer QCI 5;
step S102, performing emergency registration;
step S103, initiating an emergency call.
In the emergency call method based on VoLTE provided in this embodiment, when the IMS terminal initiates an emergency call again, it is found that the emergency default bearer QCI5 is lost, and the IMS terminal does not directly consider that the bearer is lost due to network anomaly and abandons the current call, but reestablishes the emergency default bearer QCI5 again, performs emergency registration again, and then initiates an emergency call to complete the emergency call.
The emergency call method based on the VoLTE provided by the embodiment can identify that the failure reason is that the emergency default bearer QCI5 successfully established for the first VoLTE emergency call is lost when the IMS terminal initiates the emergency call again, further reestablishes the emergency default bearer QCI5, and then performs emergency registration and emergency call, thereby successfully completing the emergency call again, avoiding the problem that the IMS terminal abandons the current call because the IMS terminal directly considers that the bearer is lost due to network abnormality in the prior art, and effectively improving the success rate of the VoLTE network emergency call.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a system for emergency call based on VoLTE, which includes a first call module 1 and a second call module 2. The first calling module 1 is used for realizing the first VoLTE emergency call and calling successfully; the recall module 2 is used for executing a recall VoLTE emergency call after the first VoLTE emergency call is successful.
In this embodiment, the recall module 2 includes a first calling unit 21, a first judging unit 22, a reestablishing unit 23, a reregistering unit 24, a second calling unit 25, a message acquiring unit 26, and a second judging unit 27.

The first determining unit 22 is configured to determine whether the first emergency call is successful, if not, invoke the reestablishing unit 23, and if so, the process is ended and no operation is performed.
The re-establishing unit 23 is used to establish the emergency default bearer QCI 5.
The re-registration unit 24 is configured to perform emergency registration after the call of the re-establishment unit 23 is completed.
The second call unit 25 is configured to initiate a second emergency call after the re-registration unit 24 has completed the call.
The message acquiring unit 26 is configured to acquire the reconfiguration message after the RRC connection is established.
The second determining unit 27 is configured to determine whether the emergency default bearer QCI5 is lost based on the reconfiguration message, if so, invoke the first determining unit 22, and if not, the processing is finished and no operation is performed.
In this embodiment, the first call module 1 includes a first establishing unit 11, a first registering unit 12, and a first calling unit 13.
The first establishing unit 11 is configured to establish an emergency default bearer QCI 5.
The first registration unit 12 is configured to perform emergency registration after the first setup unit is invoked.
The first call unit 13 is configured to initiate an emergency call after the first registration unit call is completed.
According to the embodiment, when the IMS terminal fails to initiate the emergency call again, the reason for the failure can be identified to be that the emergency default bearer QCI5 successfully established for the first VoLTE emergency call is lost, the emergency default bearer QCI5 is further reestablished, then emergency registration and emergency call are performed, so that the emergency call is successfully completed again, the problem that the IMS terminal in the prior art directly considers that the bearer is lost due to network abnormality and abandons the current call is solved, and the success rate of the VoLTE network emergency call is effectively improved.
Example 3
The present embodiment provides an IMS terminal including the VoLTE-based emergency call system of embodiment 2.
Compared with the prior art that the IMS terminal considers that there is a network abnormality and does not initiate any emergency call when the emergency call of the VoLTE network fails due to the loss of the emergency default bearer QCI5, which results in a low success rate of the emergency call, the IMS terminal provided in this embodiment has a higher success rate of performing the VoLTE network emergency call.
In order to further explain the technical solution and technical effect of the present embodiment so as to better understand the present invention, a process of the IMS terminal and the network terminal performing an emergency call of the VoLTE network provided by the present embodiment is described below, and a specific process refers to fig. 3.
The IMS terminal initiates an emergency call for the first time, and the specific process is as follows: the IMS terminal firstly initiates a request for establishing an emergency default bearer QCI5 to the network terminal actively, and completes the establishment of the emergency default bearer QCI5 through interaction with the network terminal; then the IMS terminal carries out emergency registration; finally, the IMS terminal initiates an emergency call to the network. The network operator releases the emergency default bearer QCI5 at the end of the first emergency call for a period of time based on the requirements of the network's own scheduling policy, but by default does not send the deactivate bearer signalling to the IMS terminal. At this time, the IMS terminal considers that the bearer still exists, so the IMS terminal initiates the emergency call again, and after the RRC connection is established, the IMS terminal receives a reconfiguration message fed back by the base station, where the reconfiguration message includes a status description of the bearer, and thus the IMS terminal can know that a DRB (data bearer) corresponding to the emergency bearer QCI5 has been released, and cannot send an emergency call signaling due to the loss of the bearer, resulting in failure of the emergency call again.
When the IMS terminal initiates an emergency call again, the IMS terminal provided in this embodiment considers that the bearer is still in an activated state when it does not receive a signaling for deactivating the emergency default bearer QCI5 from the network, and if the network notifies the IMS terminal of the loss of the bearer through the reconfiguration message after the RRC connection is established, the IMS terminal re-establishes the emergency default bearer QCI5 through the system selection of the emergency call based on VoLTE included in the IMS terminal, re-performs emergency registration, then initiates the emergency call, and finally successfully connects the emergency call. Therefore, the problem of emergency call failure caused by bearing loss is solved, and the robustness and the success rate of the emergency call function of the VoLTE network of the IMS terminal are improved.
