In an example, the smart device server 101 is further configured to pre-store an identifier of each smart device and a private key in a key pair generated by each smart device, where the identifier of each smart device is bound to its own private key, each key pair includes a private key and a public key, the smart device 102 is further configured to send a target identifier to the smart device server 101, the smart device server 101 is specifically configured to query the target private key of the smart device 102 according to the target identifier, and if the smart device 102 passes the authentication, generates the communication connection permission information, encrypts the communication connection permission information using the target private key, and transmits the encrypted communication connection permission information to the smart device 102, sending a target identifier to the home gateway 103, wherein the intelligent device 102 specifically decrypts the encrypted communication connection permission by using a target public key corresponding to the target private key, and establishes communication connection with the home gateway receiving the target identifier; it should be noted that the target identifier in this embodiment is the target identifier of the smart device 102.
In an example, the smart device server 101 encrypts the target identifier by using a target private key, sends the encrypted target identifier to the home gateway 103, and sends the communication connection permission information to the smart device 102, where the home gateway 103 specifically decrypts the encrypted target identifier by using a target public key corresponding to the target private key, and establishes communication connection with the smart device 102 corresponding to the target identifier; it should be noted that the target identifier in this embodiment is the target identifier of the smart device 102.
Further, it is assumed that the smart device 102 receives the communication connection permission information sent by the smart device server 101 and can establish a communication connection with the home gateway 103, and the specific method for establishing a communication connection between the smart device 102 and the home gateway 103 is described in the first embodiment and is not described herein again; in addition, the functions implemented by the smart device server 101, the smart device 102, and the home gateway 103 that have established communication connections are also described in the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
In this embodiment, the smart device server 101 authenticates the smart device 102, and the home gateway 103 allows the smart device 102 to establish a communication connection only after the smart device 102 passes the authentication.
The third embodiment of the present invention relates to a gateway control method, which is applied to an intelligent device, wherein the intelligent device can be an intelligent sound box, and the gateway control method includes: the intelligent device is in communication connection with the home gateway, is in communication connection with the intelligent device server, receives a gateway control rule sent by the intelligent device server, receives a first voice instruction of a user, identifies a control instruction corresponding to the first voice instruction according to the gateway control rule, and sends the control instruction to the home gateway so that the home gateway can execute corresponding operation according to the control instruction.
The following describes the gateway control method of this embodiment in detail, and the following only provides implementation details for easy understanding.
A flowchart of the gateway control method in this embodiment is shown in fig. 2, and includes:

In an example, when a user finds that a home gateway is abnormal, a voice instruction may be sent to an intelligent device to control the home gateway and perform fault repairing, where the first voice instruction sent by the user may be "please repair a gateway fault", which is not limited herein.
Step 203, identifying a control instruction corresponding to the first voice instruction according to a gateway control rule acquired from the intelligent device server in advance.
In an example, the smart device server may send a gateway Control rule to a registered smart device in advance, where the gateway Control rule may include a correspondence between a Control instruction and a voice instruction of a user, and the Control instruction may include gateway restart, Internet Packet explorer (PING) detection, Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) link detection, broadband speed measurement, and the like, which are not limited herein; after receiving the first voice command, the intelligent device identifies a control command corresponding to the first voice command according to the gateway control rule, for example: and mapping the first voice instruction into a control instruction so as to initiate control instructions such as gateway restart, PING detection, ICMP link detection, broadband speed measurement and the like.
And step 204, sending the control command to the home gateway.
In one example, the intelligent device sends the control instruction to the home gateway, the home gateway executes corresponding operation according to the control instruction, acquires own operation data according to the control instruction, and sends the operation data to the intelligent device, and the intelligent device diagnoses the fault of the home gateway according to the operation data.
In an example, the smart device server may issue a threshold value of a relevant index in the operation data of the home gateway to the smart device in advance, for example: the method comprises the steps that a central processing unit utilization rate threshold value, a memory utilization threshold value, a network delay threshold value and the like are set, if relevant indexes in running data of the home gateway acquired by the intelligent device exceed the threshold values, the intelligent device can identify a fault processing method corresponding to a fault according to a fault processing rule and send the fault processing method to the home gateway, and the home gateway repairs the fault according to the fault processing method.
In this embodiment, the intelligent device can recognize the control instruction corresponding to the first voice instruction, and the home gateway executes corresponding operation according to the control instruction, so as to control the home gateway by the intelligent device.
It should be understood that this embodiment is a method embodiment corresponding to the first embodiment, and the embodiment can be implemented in cooperation with the first embodiment. The related technical details mentioned in the first embodiment are still valid in this embodiment, and are not described herein again in order to reduce repetition. Accordingly, the related-art details mentioned in the present embodiment can also be applied to the first embodiment.

In an example, a gateway control rule is pre-stored in the smart device server, the gateway control rule may include a correspondence between a control instruction and a voice instruction of a user, and the control instruction may include a gateway restart, an Internet Packet explorer (PING) detection, an Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) link detection, a broadband speed measurement, and the like, which are not limited herein.
Step 302, the gateway control rule is sent to the registered intelligent device.
In one example, the intelligent device server sends the gateway control rule to the registered intelligent device, the intelligent device recognizes a control instruction corresponding to the first voice instruction of the user according to the gateway control rule and sends the control instruction to the home gateway, the home gateway executes corresponding operation according to the control instruction, acquires own running data according to the control instruction and sends the running data to the intelligent device, and the intelligent device diagnoses the fault of the home gateway according to the running data.
In this implementation, compared with the case that the home gateway is controlled by the remote server in the prior art, the network management system does not necessarily need to rely on the broadband fixed network link, and can avoid the problem that the remote server in the prior art cannot establish connection with the home gateway, which results in failure of remote control of the home gateway.
It should be understood that this embodiment is a method embodiment corresponding to the first embodiment, and the embodiment can be implemented in cooperation with the first embodiment. The related technical details mentioned in the first embodiment are still valid in this embodiment, and are not described herein again in order to reduce repetition. Accordingly, the related-art details mentioned in the present embodiment can also be applied to the first embodiment.
The fifth embodiment of the invention relates to a gateway control method, which is applied to an intelligent device server. The fifth embodiment is substantially the same as the fourth embodiment, with the main differences being: in this embodiment, the smart device server authenticates the smart device, and when the smart device passes the authentication, sends a notification that the smart device passes the authentication to the home gateway, so that the home gateway allows the smart device to establish a communication connection after receiving the notification.
The following describes the gateway control method of this embodiment in detail, and the following only provides implementation details for easy understanding.
A flowchart of the gateway control method in this embodiment is shown in fig. 4, and includes:
step 401, authenticating the intelligent device.
It should be noted that the process of authenticating the smart device by the smart device server is similar to that in the second embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Step 402, when the intelligent device passes the authentication, a notification that the intelligent device passes the authentication is sent to the home gateway.
Specifically, when the smart device passes the authentication, the smart device server sends a notification that the smart device passes the authentication to the home gateway, so that the home gateway allows the smart device to establish communication connection with the smart device after receiving the notification.
And step 403, sending the pre-stored gateway control rule to the registered intelligent device. Similar to step 302, further description is omitted here.
It should be noted that, in practical application, the sequence of steps 401, 402, and 403 is not limited.
In this embodiment, the smart device server authenticates the smart device, and the home gateway allows the smart device to establish a communication connection with the home gateway only after the smart device passes the authentication.
It should be understood that the present embodiment is a method embodiment corresponding to the second embodiment, and the present embodiment and the second embodiment can be implemented in cooperation. The related technical details mentioned in the second embodiment are still valid in this embodiment, and are not described herein again in order to reduce repetition. Accordingly, the related-art details mentioned in the present embodiment can also be applied to the second embodiment.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
A sixth embodiment of the present invention relates to an intelligent device, such as: the structural schematic diagram of the intelligent device is shown in fig. 5, and the intelligent speaker includes: a gateway interaction module 501 and a voice recognition module 502.
The gateway interaction module 501 is configured to establish a communication connection with a home gateway;
the voice recognition module 502 is configured to receive the first voice instruction, map the first voice instruction into a machine instruction, and send the machine instruction to the gateway interaction module 501, and the gateway interaction module 501 is further configured to recognize a control instruction corresponding to the machine instruction according to a gateway control rule sent by the smart device server, and send the control instruction to the home gateway.
It should be noted that, all the modules involved in this embodiment are logic modules, and in practical application, one logic unit may be one physical unit, may also be a part of one physical unit, and may also be implemented by a combination of multiple physical units. In addition, in order to highlight the innovative part of the present invention, a unit which is not so closely related to solve the technical problem proposed by the present invention is not introduced in the present embodiment, but this does not indicate that there is no other unit in the present embodiment.
A seventh embodiment of the present invention relates to an intelligent device server, a schematic structural diagram of which is shown in fig. 6, and includes: a storage module 601 and a sending module 602.
The storage module 601 is used for prestoring gateway control rules;
the sending module 602 is configured to send the gateway control rule to the intelligent device, so that the intelligent device recognizes a control instruction corresponding to the first voice instruction of the user according to the gateway control rule, and sends the control instruction to the home gateway.
In an example, the smart device server further includes an authentication module 603 configured to authenticate the smart device, and when the smart device passes the authentication, send a notification that the smart device passes the authentication to the home gateway, so that the home gateway allows to establish a communication connection with the smart device after receiving the notification.
It should be noted that, all the modules involved in this embodiment are logic modules, and in practical application, one logic unit may be one physical unit, may also be a part of one physical unit, and may also be implemented by a combination of multiple physical units. In addition, in order to highlight the innovative part of the present invention, a unit which is not so closely related to solve the technical problem proposed by the present invention is not introduced in the present embodiment, but this does not indicate that there is no other unit in the present embodiment.
An eighth embodiment of the present invention relates to an intelligent device, such as: and a smart speaker, and other household devices, which are not limited herein. The intelligent device structure schematic diagram is shown in fig. 7, and includes at least one processor 701; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 701; the memory 702 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 701, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor 701 to enable the at least one processor 701 to implement the gateway control method described above.
The memory 702 and the processor 701 are coupled by a bus, which may comprise any number of interconnecting buses and bridges that couple one or more of the various circuits of the processor 701 and the memory 702. The bus may also connect various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface provides an interface between the bus and the transceiver. The transceiver may be one element or a plurality of elements, such as a plurality of receivers and transmitters, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The data processed by the processor 701 is transmitted over a wireless medium through an antenna, which receives the data and transmits the data to the processor 701.
The processor 701 is responsible for managing the bus and general processing and may also provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management, and other control functions. And the memory 702 may be used for storing data used by the processor 701 in performing operations. A ninth embodiment of the present invention relates to an intelligent device server. The schematic diagram of the intelligent device server is shown in fig. 8, and includes at least one processor 801; and, a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 801; the memory 802 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 801, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor 801, so that the at least one processor 801 can perform the gateway control method described above.
The memory 802 and the processor 801 are coupled by a bus, which may include any number of interconnecting buses and bridges that couple one or more of the various circuits of the processor 801 and the memory 802 together. The bus may also connect various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface provides an interface between the bus and the transceiver. The transceiver may be one element or a plurality of elements, such as a plurality of receivers and transmitters, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The data processed by the processor 801 is transmitted over a wireless medium through an antenna, which receives the data and transmits the data to the processor 801.
The processor 801 is responsible for managing the bus and general processing and may also provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management, and other control functions. And memory 802 may be used to store data used by processor 801 in performing operations.
A tenth embodiment of the present invention relates to a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program. The computer program realizes the above-described method embodiments when executed by a processor.
That is, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, all or part of the steps in the method for implementing the embodiments described above may be implemented by a program instructing related hardware, where the program is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a device (which may be a single chip, a chip, or the like) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps of the method described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific embodiments for practicing the invention, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention in practice.

Claims (13)

1. A gateway control system, comprising: the system comprises an intelligent device server, intelligent devices and a home gateway;
the intelligent equipment server is in communication connection with the intelligent equipment, and the home gateway is in communication connection with the intelligent equipment through a local area network;
the intelligent equipment server is used for sending a gateway control rule to the intelligent equipment;
the intelligent device is used for receiving a first voice instruction of a user, identifying a control instruction corresponding to the first voice instruction according to the gateway control rule, and sending the control instruction to the home gateway;
and the home gateway is used for executing corresponding operation according to the control instruction.
2. The gateway control system according to claim 1, wherein the home gateway is specifically configured to collect operation data of the home gateway according to the control instruction, and send the operation data to the smart device;
the intelligent equipment server is also used for sending fault processing rules to the intelligent equipment;
the intelligent device is also used for diagnosing the fault of the home gateway according to the operation data, identifying a fault processing method corresponding to the fault according to the fault processing rule, and sending the fault processing method to the home gateway, and the home gateway repairs according to the fault processing method.
3. The gateway control system according to claim 2,
the home gateway is further used for sending the repairing result to the intelligent equipment;
and the intelligent equipment is also used for reminding the user to send a second voice instruction according to the repairing result.
4. The gateway control system according to claim 1, wherein the smart device server is further configured to authenticate the smart device, and send a notification that the smart device passes the authentication to the home gateway when the smart device passes the authentication;
and the home gateway is used for allowing the communication connection to be established with the intelligent equipment after receiving the notification.
5. The gateway control system of claim 4,
the intelligent equipment server is also used for prestoring the identification of each intelligent equipment and a private key in a key pair generated by each intelligent equipment; each key pair comprises a private key and a public key;
the intelligent equipment is also used for sending the target identification to the intelligent equipment server;
the intelligent device server is specifically used for inquiring a target private key of the intelligent device according to the target identifier, generating communication connection permission information if the intelligent device passes authentication, encrypting the target identifier by using the target private key, sending the encrypted target identifier to the home gateway, and sending the communication connection permission information to the intelligent device;
the home gateway specifically decrypts the encrypted target identifier by using a target public key corresponding to a target private key, and establishes communication connection with the intelligent device corresponding to the target identifier.
6. A gateway control method is applied to intelligent equipment and comprises the following steps:
establishing communication connection with a home gateway through a local area network;
receiving a first voice instruction of a user;
identifying a control instruction corresponding to the first voice instruction according to a gateway control rule acquired from an intelligent equipment server in advance;
and sending the control instruction to the home gateway for the home gateway to execute corresponding operation according to the control instruction.
7. A gateway control method is applied to an intelligent device server and comprises the following steps:
pre-storing a gateway control rule;
and sending the gateway control rule to the registered intelligent equipment, allowing the intelligent equipment to recognize a control instruction corresponding to the first voice instruction of the user according to the gateway control rule, and sending the control instruction to the home gateway through a local area network.
8. The gateway control method according to claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
authenticating the intelligent equipment;
and when the intelligent equipment passes the authentication, sending a notification that the intelligent equipment passes the authentication to the home gateway, so that the home gateway allows the intelligent equipment to establish communication connection after receiving the notification.
9. A smart device, comprising: the gateway interaction module and the voice recognition module;
the gateway interaction module is used for establishing communication connection with the home gateway;
the voice recognition module is used for receiving a first voice instruction, mapping the first voice instruction into a machine instruction and sending the machine instruction to the gateway interaction module, and the gateway interaction module is further used for recognizing a control instruction corresponding to the machine instruction according to a gateway control rule sent by the intelligent device server and sending the control instruction to the home gateway.
10. A smart device server, comprising: the device comprises a storage module and a sending module;
the storage module is used for prestoring gateway control rules;
the sending module is used for sending the gateway control rule to the registered intelligent equipment, so that the intelligent equipment can recognize a control instruction corresponding to the first voice instruction of the user according to the gateway control rule and send the control instruction to the home gateway.
11. A smart device, comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
