本发明为一种用于稀土永磁发电机的转子结构,包括转轴(1)、槽楔(2)、衬套(3)、极靴(4)、套环磁性段(7)、套环非磁性段(6),永磁体(5),转子采用偏心圆弧形极靴,永磁体采用槽楔固定,极靴与衬套的分界采用平面结构。由于转子采用偏心圆弧形极靴,本发明的转子结构可以获得良好的电动势波形。

本发明涉及一种永磁发电机,具体涉及一种用于稀土永磁发电机的转子结构。
背景技术
稀土永磁同步发电机与一般同步发电机的区别在于其无需励磁绕组和直流励磁电源,即取消了容易出问题的集电环和电刷装置,成为无刷电机。其结构简单,运行更为可靠。采用稀土永磁材料后还可以增大气隙磁密,并把电机转速提高到最佳值,这就可以缩小电机体积,减轻质量,提高功率质量比。由于省去了励磁损耗,电机效率得以提高。对于永磁发电机处于直轴磁路中的永磁体的磁导率很小,直轴电枢反应电抗较电励磁同步发电机小得多,因而固有电压调整率也比电励磁同步发电机小。本发明的永磁同步电机与其它电机的主要区别是转子磁路结构。转子磁路结构不同,则电机的运行性能、控制系统、制造工艺和适用场合也不同。相对通常转子磁路结构可分为切向式、径向式、混合式和轴向式,本发明的转子结构目的为得到良好的电动势波形。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种用于稀土永磁发电机的转子结构,包括转轴1、槽楔2、衬套3、极靴4、套环磁性段7、套环非磁性段6,永磁体5其特征在:转子采用偏心圆弧形极靴,永磁体采用槽楔固定,极靴与衬套的分界采用平面结构。磁极中心处最小气隙长度δ=1.5mm,磁极两端最大气隙长度δ=3mm。
进一步的定子8采用凹槽9,定子凹槽设置电枢绕组10。
进一步的由于非均匀气隙中极靴表面气隙磁导不相等,永磁体提供的磁场在气隙中产生的磁感应分布规律B=f(x)的波形尽可能为正弦,得到良好的电动势波形。
