Thereby leading the vehicle enterprises to know the vehicle recalling condition and the subsequent use condition.
After the whole recall process is finished, the management platform performs recall data analysis, owner behavior data analysis and dealer behavior data analysis according to the recall related information, and feeds back the obtained recall history and recall analysis report to the vehicle enterprise terminal and the defective product management center (the defective product management center is used for managing vehicle recall analysis reports of different vehicle enterprises). The recall related information comprises a vehicle frame number, vehicle information, vehicle receiving information, maintenance completion information, retrieval confirmation information, evaluation information and the like.
In the embodiment, the recall data is analyzed, namely the recall progress and the historical recall condition are analyzed; analyzing the behavior data of the vehicle owner, namely analyzing whether the vehicle owner sends the vehicle back to be maintained or takes the vehicle away in time; and analyzing the dealer behavior data, namely analyzing whether the dealer is maintained in time, the number of vehicles maintained by the dealer and the like. The management platform also obtains the recall rule, the recall reason, the recalled vehicle type, the advantages and the disadvantages of the recalled vehicle type, the possible problems of the corresponding vehicle enterprises of the recalled vehicle type and the like according to analysis.
In summary, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, the whole system employs a block chain technology, and each query, operation, storage, and reading in the whole process is recorded in a block chain distributed storage manner to prevent tampering, and objective authenticity of information is ensured by using a block chain bottom layer architecture technology; the vehicle enterprise is responsible for updating the recalled vehicle data; the vehicle main terminal sends request information to the management platform to be matched with the management platform to inquire whether the vehicle is in a recall range or not; if the vehicle is in the recall range, the vehicle owner is warned to participate in the recall in time; after the vehicle maintenance is finished, the vehicle enterprise updates the progress to the management platform, and the platform synchronously pushes to inform a vehicle owner to take the vehicle; when a vehicle owner gets the vehicle, the vehicle owner needs to confirm to get the vehicle through the terminal; after half a month, the management center collects maintenance service satisfaction survey from the vehicle owner; the management platform analyzes all the recall data and the process behavior data and feeds back an analysis report to the vehicle enterprises and the defect management center. According to the technical scheme, the vehicle recall process is tracked and managed, and compared with a traditional recall mode, real and objective vehicle recall information is provided for a defect product management center, so that supervision of the recall process and maintenance quality is enhanced; manpower resources are saved, the recall efficiency is improved, and the difficulty and the cost in the recall process of the vehicle and the enterprise are reduced; the participation degree of the car owner is improved, the relation between the car enterprise and the car owner is balanced, and the right of awareness and the safety of lives and properties of the car owner are effectively guaranteed.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and have been described generally in terms of their functionality in the foregoing description for clarity of interchangeability of hardware and software. Claims (10)

1. An automobile recall management method, comprising the steps of:
the frame numbers in the recall range are uploaded to the management platform by the vehicle enterprise terminal;
the method comprises the steps that a vehicle owner terminal sends inquiry request information to a management platform, the management platform obtains a frame number of a vehicle owner according to the inquiry request information, the frame number of the vehicle owner is matched with the frame number in a recall range, and if the matching is successful, recall information reminding the vehicle owner of participating in recall from a dealer is sent to the vehicle owner terminal;
the vehicle owner drives the vehicle to a dealer to participate in recall and maintenance, and the management platform informs the vehicle owner to take the vehicle after the maintenance is finished;
after the vehicle owner takes back the vehicle from the dealer, the vehicle owner terminal sends the taking-back confirmation information to the management platform, and after the vehicle owner uses the vehicle, the vehicle owner terminal sends evaluation information to the management platform;
and the management platform analyzes according to the recall related information to obtain a recall analysis report, and feeds the recall analysis report back to the enterprise terminal and the defective product management center.
2. The car recall management method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of: the vehicle owner terminal binds the vehicle information with the frame number and sends the bound vehicle information to the management platform.
3. The vehicle recall management method according to claim 2, wherein the vehicle owner terminal sends query request information to the management platform after acquiring the boot information.
4. The vehicle recall management method according to claim 3, wherein the vehicle owner drives the vehicle to a dealer to participate in recall and maintenance, and the management platform notifies the vehicle owner to pick up the vehicle after the maintenance is completed, specifically:
when the vehicle owner drives the vehicle to a dealer to participate in the recall, the vehicle owner terminal acquires vehicle receiving information and sends the vehicle receiving information to the management platform;
after the vehicle is maintained, the vehicle owner terminal acquires maintenance completion information and sends the maintenance completion information to the management platform;
and after the maintenance is finished, the management platform informs the car owner to take the car.

The car recall management method of claim 4, wherein the management platform notifies the car owner that the following notification channels are available for car pickup: and the vehicle-mounted system is informed and/or is informed by short messages and/or is informed by mails and/or is informed by telephones.
6. The vehicle recall management method according to claim 5, wherein the management platform synchronously feeds back recall progress information to the vehicle-enterprise terminal while acquiring the information of the vehicle owner terminal.
7. The car recall management method of claim 6 wherein the recall related information includes, but is not limited to, a frame number, vehicle information, vehicle receipt information, repair completion information, retrieval confirmation information and assessment information.
8. The car recall management method according to claim 7, wherein the management platform analyzes according to the recall related information to obtain a recall analysis report, and feeds the recall analysis report back to the car enterprise terminal and the defective product management center, and specifically comprises:
and the management platform analyzes the recall data, the behavior data of the car owner and the behavior data of the dealer according to the recall related information, and feeds back the obtained recall history and recall analysis report to the car enterprise terminal and the defective product management center.

A car recall management system adapted to the car recall management method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising a car enterprise terminal, a car owner terminal, a defective product management center and a management platform; the vehicle enterprise terminal, the vehicle owner terminal and the defective product management center are respectively communicated with the management platform;
the frame numbers in the recall range are uploaded to the management platform by the vehicle enterprise terminal;
the method comprises the steps that a vehicle owner terminal sends inquiry request information to a management platform, the management platform obtains a frame number of a vehicle owner according to the inquiry request information, the frame number of the vehicle owner is matched with the frame number in a recall range, and if the matching is successful, recall information reminding the vehicle owner of participating in recall from a dealer is sent to the vehicle owner terminal;
the vehicle owner drives the vehicle to a dealer to participate in recall and maintenance, and the management platform informs the vehicle owner to take the vehicle after the maintenance is finished;
after the vehicle owner takes back the vehicle from the dealer, the vehicle owner terminal sends the taking-back confirmation information to the management platform, and after the vehicle owner uses the vehicle, the vehicle owner terminal sends evaluation information to the management platform;
and the management platform analyzes according to the recall related information to obtain a recall analysis report, and feeds the recall analysis report back to the enterprise terminal and the defective product management center.
10. The vehicle recall management system of claim 9 wherein the system employs blockchain techniques and the recall related information is stored in a distributed manner.
