Abstract
The invention provides a college site reservation system based on an electronic platform, which comprises a server side, a teacher management side and a student side, wherein the teacher management side is connected with the server side through a network; the teacher management terminal is used for uploading site information to the server terminal; the server side is also used for acquiring the audit application and the feedback information uploaded by the student side; the site information comprises an address, an object-oriented object, an open time period and an auditing program; the student end is used for requesting for inquiring and acquiring the site information from the server end, submitting a reservation application to the server end according to the site information, and enabling the server end to issue a verification application to the teacher management end if the reservation application needs manual verification. The invention can improve the utilization efficiency of the colleges and universities, give full play to resource benefits to the maximum extent, bring more help and convenience to students and teachers, and improve the rationality of teaching resource management of colleges and universities.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. In this embodiment, a teacher management end logs in a job number to enter a system through an APP or a web page by a manager, issues field information, selects an open field, time, object-oriented, and the like, and implements hierarchical management on different fields (whether the management end needs to audit or not can be selected). Meanwhile, a non-punctual and damaged student list fed back by the platform can be received; and reporting information such as equipment damage condition, violation behavior report, opinion feedback and the like by students.
Particularly, hierarchical management is adopted, so that the students can use the student book without auditing the common field; if the whole classroom is borrowed, the facing objects can be set as groups such as classes, student organizations, communities and the like, and the facing objects can be successfully used only after the appointment is applied and the checking of teachers is passed; for a laboratory and a machine room with advanced equipment, a teacher management end can introduce the laboratory and upload related files (such as files providing a data manual, learning materials, equipment use notes and the like), and professional operation processes of students on instrument and equipment are well standardized (application reservation can also be set to be used after the teacher successfully reviews the instruments and the equipment).
Preferably, to ensure that the site is used fairly and effectively, the system can reopen the site for borrowing when the reservation is abandoned after the reservation is not checked in by the reservation within 15 minutes from the beginning of the borrowing time.
Specifically, students can select universities where the students are located through APP or web pages of the students, and login the numbers and passwords of the students, that is, the numbers of free places (free positions) can be inquired, and the required places can be reserved. Specifically, the predetermined laboratory: besides the normal reservation procedure, when the student reserves, the student can select a laboratory with proper equipment according to the requirement, and needs to learn an equipment use manual in advance, standardize the professional operation flow of the student, and download the learning materials uploaded by the teacher. After passing the examination set by the teacher, the appointment application is submitted and then is reviewed by the teacher. After success, the card is swiped, and the access control of the laboratory is automatically opened within a preset time period. In order to ensure that the damage condition of equipment in a laboratory is fed back in time, students can take pictures and upload equipment with problems before using the equipment; after the device is used, the device is photographed and uploaded to the experimental equipment, so that the integrity of the equipment is guaranteed. Therefore, the laboratory manager can better know the running state of the equipment and instruments and the damage condition of the equipment. Meanwhile, the laboratory high-risk position is monitored for 24 hours, and the normal operation of the laboratory is guaranteed.
In particular, the predefined playing field: in addition to the normal reservation procedure, students can reserve different sports fields, choose to borrow one field, and also choose a 'field-splicing mode', namely, the students can play with other students in the same field, if the students want to play the ball alone, the students can choose the mode to match teammates, and then two or more people can play the ball in the same field.
Specifically, the scheduled lecture: the traditional lecture needs to spend a lot of time in lining up, and the platform will provide the lecture reservation function for the student, for more convenient, save time.
In the embodiment, the system can be reserved by logging in through the APP or the webpage, in the current information era, the rhythm of life is accelerated, students are busy in academic industry, and each person must have one mobile phone. Therefore, the required education resources can be reserved only by easily starting the APP, and the troubles of difficult queuing and long queuing time for students are solved.
Preferably, the reservation classroom, the study room, the laboratory, the stadium and other college sites are integrated into a platform, so that the daily life of teachers and students is facilitated.
