Detailed Description
The embodiment of the specification provides a multi-platform venue inventory information processing method, device, equipment and storage medium.
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the present specification, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, shall fall within the scope of protection of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a multi-platform venue inventory information processing method according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure. The method can be applied to different business fields, such as the field of smart cities, the field of internet financial business, the field of electric business, the field of instant messaging business, the field of game business, the field of official business and the like. The process may be performed by computing devices in the respective domains, with certain input parameters or intermediate results in the process allowing for manual intervention adjustments to help improve accuracy.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, a multi-platform venue inventory information processing method is applied to a venue service unified platform. The venue service unified platform can be integrated in a corresponding program (for example, software capable of providing smart city related services for citizens) in a service or applet manner. In a plurality of corresponding venue ISV platforms (hereinafter referred to as ISV platforms), a user can perform a venue reservation service through any one ISV platform. The ISV platform can be used in various forms, such as after Software is conventionally developed, the Software is completely handed to a client for operation and maintenance, or in a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform manner.
Venues include various types, typically referred to as cultural venues, such as museums, gallery, science and technology museums, art museums, or indoor or outdoor sports venues, such as swimming pools, badminton stadiums, basketball stadiums, etc. The reservation mode can be charged or free, and the reservation service mainly means that a user can perform corresponding actions in the venue within a certain time period in the future, such as entering a venue for visiting, having a certain time length of use right on part of venues in the venue, and the like. However, no matter what action is performed, there is an upper limit to the amount of reservations within the corresponding time period, which can be embodied by inventory information.
The process in fig. 1 may include the following steps:
s102: determining that a venue inventory synchronization service for the venue is started, the venue inventory synchronization service being registered in advance according to the information of the venue and the information of the corresponding venue ISV platform.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an ISV platform registration process in an application scenario, according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure. The ISV platform uploads the venue information to the venue service unified platform in advance, and registration is carried out in the venue service unified platform. The registration information may include venue related information (such as name, phone, address, etc.), information of the ISV platform itself (such as name, phone, website, etc.), and related conventions between the ISV platform and the venue (such as reservation authority of the ISV platform, related reservation requirements, etc.).
After the venue service unified platform receives the registration information, the ISV platform can be checked for duplication through the registration information, and if the ISV platform is determined to be registered, the ISV platform can be checked for duplication through a platform operator manually. If the duplication checking result determines that the ISV platform is not registered, a corresponding unique access identifier is allocated to the ISV platform, and if the ISV platform is registered, the access identifier allocated to the ISV platform is determined and sent to the ISV platform.
After the access identifier is determined, the venue service unified platform registers venue inventory synchronization service for the ISV platform and starts the venue inventory synchronization service, so that the ISV platform and the venue service unified platform can perform inventory synchronization. For example, the venue service unified platform actively updates the inventory of the ISV platform through the venue inventory synchronization service, and the ISV platform monitors the venue inventory synchronization service to realize the inventory synchronization. Or, the ISV platform actively initiates a corresponding request to complete the inventory synchronization.
S104: and if the service request operation of the user for the venue is acquired, updating the inventory information of the venue according to the service request operation, wherein the service request operation is a reservation operation or a cancellation of the reservation operation.
S106: and synchronizing the service request operation and the updated inventory information to the corresponding ISV platform through the venue inventory synchronization service so as to meet the service request and the unified inventory information of the user.
When the user performs the reservation operation, the reservation operation is not necessarily successful, for example, when the user logs in the ISV platform, the displayed inventory information is not 0, but when the user performs the reservation operation, the reservation operation is failed by the user if other users have already completed the reservation. Under the condition that the ISV platform and the venue service unified platform normally run, the situation that the reservation operation is cancelled hardly fails is generated.
Based on the process of fig. 1, some specific embodiments and embodiments of the process are also provided in the present specification, and the description is continued below.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, after a user makes a reservation in an ISV platform, if the user wants to perform some after-sale related services (for example, perform a reservation cancellation operation and consult a reservation related message) for a venue reserved this time, the after-sale services can only be performed through the ISV platform. If the user is inconvenient to execute the after-sales service through the ISV platform at this time (for example, the user replaces a new mobile phone, the APP corresponding to the ISV platform is not installed in the mobile phone, or the user forgets the password of the account in the ISV platform), or the ISV platform is inconvenient to execute the after-sales service (for example, the ISV platform is being maintained, or the number of users currently executing the after-sales service by the ISV platform is too large), the user cannot execute the after-sales service through the ISV platform in time, so that the loss of the benefit of the user is easily caused, and the user experience is easily reduced.
Based on the above, in the process of synchronizing to the ISV platform, not only the updated inventory information is synchronized, but also the service request operation is synchronized to the corresponding ISV platform. After the ISV platform receives the service request operation, even if the user does not initiate the service request operation from the ISV platform, the ISV platform executes a service processing process according to the service request operation to reserve or cancel the reservation for the user. Because each ISV platform executes the service processing process once, the ISV platform naturally knows the execution process of the user and the corresponding after-sale service, and even if the user does not perform the service request operation initiated by the ISV platform, the after-sale service can be executed in the ISV platform, so that the rights and interests of the user are guaranteed, and the user experience is improved.
Moreover, each ISV platform naturally updates locally stored inventory information during the process of executing service processing, and does not need to interact with the venue service unified platform in real time for synchronization, and when at least part of the ISV platforms need to be verified (for example, by performing verification at regular intervals in a timing verification manner), a verification request is sent to the venue service unified platform and is synchronized with at least part of the ISV platforms according to the verification request, and the ISV platforms verify locally stored inventory information according to the synchronization result.
It should be noted that although each venue also corresponds to a plurality of ISV platforms, the number of ISV platforms is small (usually, the number of ISV platforms corresponding to one venue is not more than 4 or 5 at most), and even if the service request operation is forwarded and executed by the ISV platforms, the ISV platforms do not generate too much extra computing resource demand, which is different from the scenes of train tickets, bus tickets, and the like.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, for different service request execution processes, the ways in which the unified venue service platform updates the inventory information and the corresponding ISV platforms that need to be synchronized are different, and at this time, there is no strict sequential relationship between step S104 and step S106.
Specifically, after receiving a service request operation sent by a user, corresponding service processing may be executed in the venue service unified platform for performing a reservation or canceling a reservation operation. After the operation is finished, the inventory information of the venue is updated, and the corresponding service request operation and the updated inventory information are synchronized to the corresponding ISV platform (for example, synchronized to all ISV platforms) so as to meet the unification of the service request and the inventory information of the user. At this time, the venue service unified platform is not only used for updating and unifying the inventory information, but also used for correspondingly processing the service request operation of the user.
Fig. 3 and fig. 4 are flowcharts of a user making and canceling a subscription in an application scenario, respectively, according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure. After receiving a service request operation sent by a user (for example, initiating a venue reservation or initiating a cancellation reservation), the venue service unified platform does not perform service processing, but directly and synchronously forwards the service request operation to a selected ISV platform (for example, through a login entry, a history usage record, and the like of the user, the ISV platform used by the user at this time or before is selected, or the ISV platform with the highest current spare calculation power is selected, or the ISV platform is randomly selected), so as to guide the user to perform service processing on the ISV platform, and perform reservation or cancellation reservation operation for the user. If the user initiates the venue appointment, the user is appointed in the ISV platform, if the user initiates the venue appointment, the user is directly appointed, if the user performs the appointment synchronously, the appointment is finished for the user, and if the user performs the asynchronous appointment, the user needs to contact with venue staff through a telephone to finish the appointment. After the synchronous reservation operation is successful, the user is determined to successfully reserve the site (for example, the result can be obtained in real time after the user pays), and the result cannot be obtained in real time even if the user pays (for example, the user still needs to confirm by telephone contact of a worker, and the like) in the asynchronous reservation, so that whether the user really successfully reserves the site can be determined, wherein the synchronous reservation and the asynchronous reservation depend on whether the venue and the ISV platform support corresponding functions. If the user initiates the appointment cancellation, the appointment cancellation can be directly carried out for the user. In the service processing, the ISV platform communicates with the venue service unified platform through the access identifier to transmit a corresponding reservation result or cancel the reservation result, and returns the updated inventory information to the venue service unified platform, and the venue service unified platform finishes updating the coarse information of the library. At this time, the process in this paragraph may be understood as a specific operation of the process of updating the inventory information in step S104, or may also be understood as a process of performing the service request operation synchronization in step S106 in advance (the service request operation is synchronized with only one ISV platform at this time, and the service request operation may not be synchronized during subsequent synchronization, or the service request operation may still be synchronized with other ISV platforms). The venue service unified platform synchronizes the inventory information after the service request operation and the update to the corresponding ISV platform through the venue inventory synchronization service (for example, synchronizes to ISV platforms other than the ISV platform executing the service processing), so as to implement synchronization between the ISV platforms.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, the efficiency of interaction between the parties in the scheme is improved based on a message bus (spring bound bus), so that the consistency of the inventory information is better, and the user can be more reliably served. The core lies in applying the high-level message queue protocol agent as the channel, realizing the sending and receiving of the message through the broadcast mechanism of the message queue, establishing the communication channel between a plurality of applications, managing and spreading the message between the applications. The use of this scheme is illustrated in fig. 5 as an example.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of message sending and receiving in an application scenario according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure. In fig. 5, one or more ISV platforms corresponding to each venue (including a plurality of venues a, b... venue N, etc.) perform communication related to inventory messages through spring closed bus, each ISV platform sends configuration information to a configuration server (config server), and the configuration server may also prestore corresponding configuration information in other forms, taking venue a as an example, a user may switch to an ISV platform corresponding to venue a in a corresponding corpus center applet, an applet corresponding to a venue service unified platform, or other applets corresponding thereto.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, when a user makes a reservation at a venue, the user generally needs to indicate which venue and which time period in the venue the reservation is made. Therefore, the inventory information needs to include reservation states of each place in the venue in each time period.
When a first reservation operation of a first user for a specified time period of a specified place in a venue is received, whether the first reservation operation carries a sharing identifier or not can be judged. The sharing identification means that the user can share and use a specified place with other people in a specified time period when the user makes a reservation. Of course, not all venues, all venues and all time periods can be shared, for example, for badminton venues and table tennis venues, multiple persons can share the venues, but for the positions in the library, only one user can use the venues in the same time period, and the venues are not shared. Of course, venues that can be shared for use also typically have a sharing ceiling, the ceiling number of users that can share a given venue together in a given time period.
If the sharing identification is carried, the first user can share with other people for use. At this time, the sharing identification is synchronized to the corresponding ISV platform, the reservation is completed for the first user, the stock information is updated to a sharable reservation state, and corresponding display is carried out in the ISV platform and the venue service unified platform. If the second user wants to share the designated site with the first user within the designated time period after seeing the second user, the second user may send a corresponding first reservation operation for the designated time period, the designated site and the sharing identifier. And after receiving the second reservation operation, reserving for the second user and updating the sharable reservation state into the shared reservation state. Wherein the first user and the second user may be a single user or a plurality of users, depending on their corresponding sharing cap. The sharing may include a plurality of ways, for example, the first user includes 3 people, the second user includes 3 people, and both users share a basketball venue to play 3V3 basketball. Alternatively, the first user comprises 2 persons and the second user comprises 2 persons, both share the use of a certain badminton stadium to carry out badminton sports of 1V1, wherein when 2 persons play badminton, the other two persons do not play badminton at the same time, but can rest or carry out other activities.
Further, the first subscription operation may also carry a service exchange condition, where the service exchange condition indicates that when the first user and the second user share the use of the designated site within the designated time period, both users need to perform a service specified by the service exchange condition for the other user.
For example, when two parties share and use a designated field in a badminton stadium, a first user plays badminton on the field, a second user can provide the first user with a badminton picking service, and similarly, when the second user plays badminton on the field, the first user provides the second user with the badminton picking service. At this time, not only the relationship of the pure shared use place between two persons, but also the relationship between friends can increase the topic and the intimacy of the cooperative relationship when the two persons communicate with each other, and increase the user experience of the two persons for the user who is willing to communicate with the other person (for the user who is not willing to communicate with the other person, only the appointment with the shared identifier needs not to be selected). When the two parties of the user carry out the service, the two parties equally provide the service for the other party, and the user cannot generate the idea that the user is lost in the service process. In addition, especially for sports venues such as badminton stadiums and tennis stadiums, users are always willing to perform some simple actions (such as walking slowly and doing stretching exercises) even in the resting stage in the traditional exercise process, the users can replace the simple actions by providing services (such as ball picking-up services), the original exercise effect can be achieved, the overall service quality of the venue can be improved while the users enjoy the services of the other party, the service experience of the two parties can be improved without providing extra manpower and material resources for the venue, and the win-win effect of the two parties and the venue party of the user is achieved.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, for some users, the purpose of reserving a venue is to relax and exercise the mind and body, to be relatively more leisure when using the venue, to be more voluntarily and freely held for a designated time period of the reservation, and to be able to use the designated venue substantially in accordance with the designated time period of the reservation. However, for some third users, the purpose of reserving the venue may be to play a game (e.g., play a basketball game, a table tennis game, etc.), and the confidence in the reserved designated time period may be passive, and it is easier for the third users to use the designated venue over time than the previous users.
For example, the third user reserves a designated field to play a soccer game. Generally, the time of a soccer game is about 90 minutes net time, 15 minutes half time and less than 10 minutes casualty repair, and less than 2 hours, and the time of each available time zone of the soccer field is 2 hours, and if the reservation is made for 4 hours at a time, much time is wasted and the benefit of the user is lost, so the third user chooses to reserve the 2 hours in the designated time zone. However, in the actual process of the game, since both parties draw a tie and need to perform overtime or football battle, the football game cannot be satisfied in the local field for 2 hours, if the third user is forced to stop using the field, the user experience of the third user is reduced, and even contradiction conflict may occur, and if other users reserve in the next adjacent time slot, other users are easily affected.
Based on this, when the third user performs the third reservation operation for the designated time period of the designated place, the purpose of the venue reservation of the third user at this time can be determined according to the identity information of the third user and/or the number of people of the third user. For example, if the type of the venue is a basketball venue, the number of the third users is more than 10, and the identification information of at least some of the third users is professional basketball players or college basketball team members, it can be considered that the reservation purpose of the venue is likely to be a basketball game, and the reservation purpose belongs to one of the preset purposes. The predetermined purpose includes at least the execution of a regular game, which means a game complying with relevant regulations in domestic or international terms. If the venue reservation purpose is judged to be the preset purpose, the venue reservation purpose indicates that the venue reservation has a certain probability (the probability exceeding a preset threshold) in the actual use process and is delayed for a period of time. And when the ISV platform reserves the third user, updating the inventory information corresponding to the adjacent time period after the appointed time period corresponding to the third reservation operation into a delayed use state, informing the user in advance, and judging whether to continuously reserve the adjacent time period according to the requirement of other users when other users reserve the adjacent time period. Of course, in order to ensure the rights and interests of other users, if the delayed use actually happens, corresponding compensation such as charging reduction can be made for other users. Moreover, if the professional players participate in the game in the venue, the venue is properly used in a delayed manner, the propaganda effect can be achieved for the venue, the user experience can be guaranteed for the third user, the advance notice is given to other users who reserve adjacent time periods, even if the service time of the third user is shortened, the third user can enjoy a wonderful game in a close range, the third user can be accepted by other users more easily, and the three-party win-win effect is finally achieved.
Based on the same idea, one or more embodiments of the present specification further provide apparatuses and devices corresponding to the above-described method, as shown in fig. 6 and fig. 7.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a multi-platform venue inventory information processing apparatus according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, applied to a venue service unified platform, the venue further having a plurality of corresponding different venue independent software developer ISV platforms providing venue reservation services, the apparatus including:
a synchronization service starting module 602, configured to determine that a venue inventory synchronization service for the venue is started, where the venue inventory synchronization service is obtained in advance according to registration of information of the venue and information of a corresponding venue ISV platform;
the inventory information updating module 604 is configured to update the inventory information of the venue according to the service request operation if the service request operation of the venue by the user is acquired, where the service request operation is a reservation operation or a cancellation of the reservation operation;
the inventory information synchronization module 606 synchronizes the service request operation and the updated inventory information to the corresponding ISV platform through the venue inventory synchronization service, so as to satisfy the service request and the unified inventory information of the user.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
the synchronization service monitoring module 608 determines an access identifier for the corresponding venue through interaction with the venue ISV platform;

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: the ARC625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functions of the various elements may be implemented in the same one or more software and/or hardware implementations of the present description.

It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
