In the related art, the existing communication regulation and control system cannot meet diversified requirements of current dispatching command, coordination, monitoring and supervision places and the like, and cannot provide reliable support for operation monitoring, fault analysis and judgment, online disposal, operation mode management and the like.
In view of the above problems in the related art, no effective solution has been proposed.

Optionally, the displays include a first preset number of first displays, a second preset number of second displays, and a third preset number of third displays, where the first displays are used for scheduling, operating, and managing the cooperative seat apparatus 101, the second displays are used for monitoring displays other than the second displays, and the third displays are used for providing technical support for the cooperative seat apparatus 101.

5. The system of claim 4, wherein the screen display device comprises a spliced wall formed by splicing a plurality of integrated display units, and the size of the spliced wall is larger than that of a display arranged on the station dispatching desk.
