The left and right ends of the first link 22 are respectively provided with first link through holes 222, and preferably, each end has two first link through holes 222. The first link 22 is connected to the second link 23 through the first link through hole 222. The first link 22 is further provided with a first link reinforcing rib 223.
The middle part of the second connecting rod 23 is provided with a second connecting rod crank connecting hole 232 used for being connected with the crank 34 and a second connecting rod connector 231 used for being connected with the first connecting rod 22. The left end and the right end of the second connecting rod 23 are respectively provided with two second connecting rod connectors 231. The second link connector 231 includes a head portion 2311 and a neck portion 2312, the neck portion 2312 extends from a surface of the second link 23, and the head portion 2311 is located at an upper end of the neck portion 2312. The neck 2312 has a smaller circumferential diameter than the head 2311. The head 2311 has a tapered or truncated cone shaped configuration. Through grooves 2313 are formed through the head 2311 and the neck 2312, and the through grooves 2313 penetrate through the head 2311 in the radial direction and penetrate through the upper half part of the neck 2312 in the radial direction.
The wind sweeping blade 21 includes a blade connection plate 212 and a blade body 211 fixed to the blade connection plate 212. The thickness of the blade body 211 is not uniform, the blade body 211 is fixed on the blade connecting plate 212 through the connecting portion 2111, and the thickness of the blade body 211 near the connecting portion 2111 is smaller than that near the fixing post 2113. Preferably, the thickness of the blade body 211 close to the connecting portion 2111 is 1.2mm, and the thickness of the blade body 211 close to the fixing post 2113 is 2.5mm, so as to ensure that the blade body 211 has good bending when swinging. The blade connecting plate 212 is provided with a first side connector 2121 and a second side connector 2122 at two opposite sides in the horizontal direction, and the first side connector 2121 and the second side connector 2122 are respectively engaged with the first side connecting matching part 121 and the second side connecting matching part 122 of the blade connecting plate fixing part 12 on the base 10. The first side connection fitting part 121 and the second side connection fitting part 122 have a recessed groove-shaped structure, and the first side connector 2121 and the second side connector 2122 have a hook structure, which can extend into and be fixed in the groove-shaped structure, so as to fix the blade connection plate 212 and the base 10. The blade body 211 includes a connection portion 2111 connected to the blade connection plate 212. An opening portion 2112 is arranged in the middle of the blade body 211, and a fixing column 2113 is arranged in the opening portion 2112. The fixing post 2113 is engaged with the first link opening groove 221.
Through the structure, the motor 31 drives the crank 34, the crank 34 drives the second connecting rod 23, the second connecting rod 23 drives the first connecting rods 22 located on two sides of the second connecting rod 23, and the first connecting rods 22 drive the wind sweeping blades 21 to swing.
In the following, the base 10 adopted in the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail, the central position of the base 10 of the air conditioner is provided with a through hole 11 for the crank 34 of the driving assembly 30 of the air conditioner to pass through; the through hole 11 is arranged at the lower end of the air outlet of the air conditioner.
The middle position of the back side 10B of the base 10 is provided with a motor fixing screw column 13 corresponding to the position of the motor ear 311 of the motor 31 of the driving component 30. The base 10 is provided with a plurality of blade connecting plate fixing portions 12 for fixing the blade connecting plates 212 of the wind sweeping blades 21. The blade connecting plate fixing parts 12 respectively positioned at the left end and the right end of the through hole 11 are equal in number and symmetrical in position. The through hole 11 comprises a motor connecting column accommodating part 111 and a limiting part 112 which are communicated with each other; the shape of the motor connecting column accommodating part 111 is any one of circular, quasi-circular and polygonal; the edge of the limiting part 112 is communicated with the edge part of the motor connecting column accommodating part 111. . A base concave area 14 is arranged in the middle of the base back side 10B of the base 10, a hollow boss 15 arranged around the periphery of the motor connecting column accommodating part 111 is arranged in the base concave area 14, and an opening for the limiting protrusion 343 of the crank 34 to pass through is arranged on the hollow boss 15.
According to the invention, the driving component 30 is arranged in the middle of the base 10, and the through hole structure for the crank 34 of the driving component 30 to penetrate through is arranged at the corresponding position of the base 10, so that the effective operation of the motor 31 can be ensured, and the driving component 30 can not shield the air outlet because the through hole 11 is arranged at the lower end of the air outlet of the air conditioner, so that the smooth air outlet of the air conditioner can be ensured.
When the crank is used, the limiting protrusion 343 and the motor shaft connecting hole 342 are aligned with the limiting part 112, the crank 34 is slightly rotated after penetrating through the through hole 11, and the limiting part 112 and the limiting protrusion 343 are staggered by a certain angle, so that the crank 34 is prevented from being disengaged when the crank is rotated at a required angle. The hollow boss 15 arranged around the periphery of the motor connecting column accommodating part 111 can further limit the corresponding position of the crank 34 in the radial direction, so that the looseness and the shaking of the crank are avoided, the wind sweeping stability is improved, and the noise is reduced. Since the hollow boss 15 is provided with an opening at a position corresponding to the position limiting portion 112, the arrangement of the hollow boss 15 does not affect the position limiting of the crank 34.
In some embodiments of the present invention, two opposite sides of the blade connecting plate fixing portion 12 parallel to the horizontal direction are respectively provided with a plurality of first side connecting and matching portions 121 and a plurality of second side connecting and matching portions 122; the first side connection fitting 121 is fitted to a first side connector 2121 of the blade connection plate 212, and the second side connection fitting 122 is fitted to a second side connector 2122 of the blade connection plate 212. Through mutually supporting blade connecting plate 212 and blade connecting plate fixed part 12, can with the stiff end of sweeping wind blade 21 is fixed steadily on the base 10, guarantees to sweep evenly stable of wind, noise reduction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the bottom edge of the base 10 is provided with a wiring groove 16, and the wiring groove 16 extends from an end near the through hole 11 to the left edge of the base 10 or the right edge of the base 10. The power line 32 can be stopped by the wiring groove limiting blocking wall 162 and the bottom wall groove 163 which correspond to each other in position, and wiring or feeding is more convenient.
Hereinafter, the wind sweeping assembly 20 employed in the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail. The wind sweeping component 20 of the air conditioner comprises a wind sweeping blade 21, a first connecting rod 22 and a second connecting rod 23; the middle part of the second connecting rod 23 is connected with a driving component 30 positioned in the middle part of the base 10 of the air conditioner, at least one first connecting rod 22 is respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the second connecting rod 23, and the wind sweeping blades 21 are arranged on the first connecting rods 22. The middle portion of the first link 22 has a first link bending portion 224, and the left and right ends of the first link bending portion 224 have a linear structure respectively. Through the setting of first connecting rod kink 224 can dodge for the strengthening rib of air outlet department, guarantees that the outward appearance of air conditioner is succinct pleasing to the eye. The linear structure of the first connecting rod 22 is connected with a wind sweeping blade 21. The wind sweeping assembly 20 comprises a blade body 211 and a blade connecting plate 212 which are connected with each other, and the blade connecting plate 212 is fixed on the base 10 of the air conditioner. One end of the wind sweeping blade 21 is fixed by a connecting portion 2111, and the other end swings right and left of the driving unit 30. The edge of the end part of the first connecting rod 22 is provided with a first connecting rod through hole 222, the edge of the end part of the left side and the edge of the end part of the right side of the second connecting rod 23 are provided with second connecting rod connectors 231, and the second connecting rod connectors 231 extend into the first connecting rod through hole 222. The second link 23 and the first link 22 are connected by the mutual engagement of the second link connector 231 and the first link through hole 222.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first link through hole 222 is disposed at both the left and right end edges of the first link 22. Therefore, the left and right sides of the first link 22 have the same structure and are provided with the first link through hole 222, so that the installation and assembly efficiency of the wind sweeping assembly 20 can be improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, two first link through holes 222 are formed in parallel at an end edge of the first link 22, and two second link connectors 231 are formed in parallel at left and right end edges of the second link 23. Through the mutual lock of two sets of first connecting rod through-hole 222 and second connecting rod connector 231, can improve the joint strength and the stability of first connecting rod 22 and second connecting rod 23.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the second link connector 231 includes a head portion 2311 and a neck portion 2312, the neck portion 2312 extends from a surface of the second link 23, and the head portion 2311 is disposed at an end of the neck portion 2312 away from the second link 23. During the use, head 2311 runs through first link through-hole 222, neck 2312 stretch into and block in the periphery of first link through-hole 222, guarantee the stability of connecting, avoid rocking. A through groove 2313 is formed through the middle of the head 2311 and the neck 2312. The through groove 2313 enables the head 2311 and the neck 2312 to be contracted by squeezing, and after the external squeezing force is removed, the head 2311 and the neck 2312 are restored to the original state, so that the wind sweeping assembly 20 is convenient to mount and dismount.
The mutual matching structure and usage of the base 10, the wind sweeping assembly 20 and the driving assembly 30 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
The air sweeping assembly 20 of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention is driven by a driving assembly 30, the driving assembly 30 is arranged in the middle of the base 10 of the air conditioner, and the driving assembly 30 is arranged at the lower end of an air outlet of the air conditioner. A through hole 11 is formed in the middle of the base 10; the bottom edge of base 10 is equipped with trough 16, trough 16 by through-hole 11 extends to the left side edge of base 10 or the right side edge of base 10. The through hole 11 comprises a motor connecting column accommodating part 111 and a limiting part 112 which are communicated with each other; the limiting part 112 is disposed at the edge of the motor connecting column accommodating part 111. The wind sweeping assembly 20 comprises a wind sweeping blade 21, a first connecting rod 22 and a second connecting rod 23; the left side and the right side of the second connecting rod 23 are respectively provided with a first connecting rod 22, and the wind sweeping blades 21 are installed and fixed on the first connecting rods 22. The wind sweeping assembly 20 comprises a blade body 211 and a blade connecting plate 212 which are connected with each other; the base 10 is provided with a plurality of blade connecting plate fixing portions 12, the positions and the number of the blade connecting plate fixing portions 12 correspond to those of the blade connecting plates 212, and the blade connecting plates 212 are fixed on the blade connecting plate fixing portions 12.
A motor connecting column 341 is arranged at the first end of the crank 34, and a motor shaft connecting hole 342 is arranged at the center of the motor connecting column 341. A connecting rod connecting part 345 is arranged at the second end of the crank 34, and a connecting rod connecting column 3451 and a second limiting circular table 3452 which are matched with the second connecting rod 23 of the wind sweeping component 20 are arranged on the connecting rod connecting part 345. The crank 34 of the driving assembly 30 penetrates the base 10 through the through hole 11, and the power cord 32 of the driving assembly 30 is placed in the wiring groove 16. The middle part of the second connecting rod 23 of the wind sweeping component 20 is connected with the crank 34 of the driving component 30. Specifically, a first end of a crank 34 of the driving assembly 30 is connected to the motor 31 of the driving assembly 30, and a second end is connected to the second connecting rod 23 of the wind sweeping assembly 20; a motor connecting column 341 is arranged at the first end of the crank 34, and a motor shaft connecting hole 342 is arranged at the center of the motor connecting column 341; a connecting rod connecting part 345 is arranged at the second end of the crank 34, a connecting rod connecting column 3451 matched with the second connecting rod crank connecting hole 232 of the second connecting rod 23 is arranged on the connecting rod connecting part 345, and a second limiting circular table 3452 is arranged at one end, far away from the motor connecting column (341), of the connecting rod connecting column (3451). The outer periphery of the motor connecting column 341 is provided with a limiting protrusion 343, and a first limiting circular truncated cone 344 is arranged between the motor connecting column 341 and the connecting rod connecting part 345.
With the above structure, the power cord 32 arranged along the wiring groove 16 transmits power to the motor 31 fixed in the base recessed area 14 of the base back side 10B, the motor shaft 33 extending from the motor 31 transmits power to the crank 34, and the limit protrusion 343 and the first limit round table 344 of the crank 34 are respectively in contact with the base back side 10B and the base front side 10A. The connecting rod connecting post 3451 and the second limiting circular truncated cone 3452 which are arranged on the connecting rod connecting portion 345 of the crank 34 are mutually clamped with the second connecting rod crank connecting hole 232 of the second connecting rod 23, because the crank 34 drives the second connecting rod 23, the second connecting rod 23 synchronously and stably drives the first connecting rods 22 at the two ends thereof, the blade body 211 of the wind sweeping blade 21 is provided with a fixing post 2113, the fixing post 2113 is clamped into the first connecting rod opening groove 221 of the first connecting rod 22, and therefore the first connecting rod 22 drives the blade body 211 to swing.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (11)

1. An air conditioner is characterized by comprising a base (10), a wind sweeping component (20) and a driving component (30), wherein the wind sweeping component (20) of the air conditioner is driven by the driving component (30), the driving component (30) is installed on the base (10) of the air conditioner, the driving component (30) is arranged at the lower end of an air outlet of the air conditioner, and the wind sweeping component (20) comprises wind sweeping blades (21), a first connecting rod (22) and a second connecting rod (23); the left side and the right side of the second connecting rod (23) are respectively provided with at least one first connecting rod (22), and the wind sweeping blades (21) are fixedly installed on the first connecting rods (22); the second connecting rod (23) is connected with the driving assembly (30), the driving assembly (30) comprises a crank (34), a motor connecting column (341) is arranged at the first end of the crank (34), and a motor shaft connecting hole (342) is formed in the center of the motor connecting column (341); the second end of crank (34) is equipped with connecting rod connecting portion (345), be equipped with on connecting rod connecting portion (345) with link connecting post (3451) of mutually supporting of second connecting rod (23) of sweeping wind subassembly (20), link connecting post (3451) are kept away from the one end of motor connecting post (341) is equipped with spacing round platform of second (3452), the outside periphery of motor connecting post (341) is equipped with spacing arch (343), be equipped with first spacing round platform (344) between motor connecting post (341) and connecting rod connecting portion (345), drive assembly (30) set up in the middle part position of base (10) of air conditioner air outlet lower extreme.

4. Air conditioner according to claim 2, characterized in that the through hole (11) comprises a motor connecting column housing (111) and a limiting part (112), the limiting part (112) and the motor connecting column housing (111) being in communication with each other.

The air conditioner according to claim 3, characterized in that the base (10) is provided with a wiring duct limiting blocking wall (162) capable of blocking or partially blocking the wiring duct (16), a bottom wall groove (163) is provided on a wiring duct bottom wall (161) of the wiring duct (16), and the position and number of the bottom wall groove (163) correspond to the wiring duct limiting blocking wall (162).

The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the wind sweeping assembly (20) comprises a blade body (211) and a blade connection plate (212) connected to each other; the novel blade connecting plate is characterized in that a plurality of blade connecting plate fixing parts (12) are arranged on the base (10), the positions and the number of the blade connecting plate fixing parts (12) correspond to the blade connecting plates (212), and the blade connecting plates (212) are fixed on the blade connecting plate fixing parts (12).

The air conditioner according to claim 8, wherein the blade connecting plate fixing portion (12) is provided with a plurality of first side connecting fitting portions (121) and second side connecting fitting portions (122) which are oppositely arranged; the blade connecting plate (212) is provided with a plurality of first side connecting pieces (2121) and second side connecting pieces (2122) respectively; the first side connection matching part (121) is matched with the first side connecting piece (2121), and the second side connection matching part (122) is matched with the second side connecting piece (2122).

The air conditioner as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first and second side connection fitting portions (121, 122) have a recessed groove-like structure, and the first and second side connection pieces (2121, 2122) have a hooking structure capable of being inserted and fixed into the groove-like structure.

Air conditioner according to claim 1, characterized in that the drive assembly (30) comprises a motor (31), a motor shaft (33) extending from the motor (31) and a crank (34) connected to the motor shaft (33), the end of the crank (34) remote from the motor shaft (33) being connected to the second connecting rod (23) of the sweeping assembly (20).
