The invention relates to the field of low-temperature electric dust removal and flue gas waste heat recovery of boilers in thermal power plants, and is suitable for the application field of arranging low-temperature economizers and low-temperature economizers in a horizontal flue in a high-ash environment. The invention has low operation cost and convenient maintenance and repair.

Background
The low-low temperature electric dust removal technology is a novel dust removal technology which is applied more at present in China, and can reduce specific resistance and improve the dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic dust remover under certain conditions. The low-temperature economizer usually adopts water medium type heat exchange, arranges a metal heat exchange tube in a flue in front of the electrostatic dust collector, utilizes water and flue gas to carry out indirect heat exchange, reduces the temperature of the flue gas, and reduces the specific resistance of dust, thereby improving the dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic dust collector, and the heated water can return to boiler feed water or heat supply network water for waste heat recovery.
Because the low-temperature economizer is usually arranged in a horizontal flue of the electrostatic dust collector, an ash deposition site inevitably occurs, the conventional low-temperature economizer usually adopts a sound wave soot blower or a fixed rotary steam soot blower, but the two modes have certain effects on removing the ash deposition on a tube bundle of the low-temperature economizer, but the ash deposition at the bottom of the low-temperature economizer cannot be effectively removed.
