本发明涉及可调式限流阀技术领域,特别涉及一种用于液态气体的可调式限流阀;一种可调式限流阀,包括限流阀座、限流阀身、限流阀盖,限流阀座、限流阀身、限流阀盖通过固定螺丝相连,限流阀身内设有调速块,限流阀盖下端设有阀嘴接口,限流阀座设有流体进口、流体出口和流体回气通道,限流阀身内设有调速块,限流阀身外设有限位块并通过固定螺丝固定,限流阀座和限流阀身结合体内设有流体腔,流体腔内设有可径向移动的限流阀阀芯和活塞杆,其特征在于:所述流体回气通道一端与流体进口相通,另一端与流体腔相通;所述活塞杆与限流阀阀芯内螺纹连接,所述活塞杆底部下方设有膜片;所述限流阀阀芯底部与限流阀座连接处设有密封圈;所述所述阀嘴接口与控制阀嘴螺纹连接。本发明即提高了灌装效率,又能保证流体中的气体不会释放挥发,实现了很好的应用效果,为节能减排和提高生产效率创造了条件。

一种可调式限流阀
技术领域
本发明涉及灌装设备领域,尤其涉及一种可调式限流阀。
背景技术
在含气饮料及啤酒的灌装过程中,当流速过快时,含气饮料及啤酒中的气体会释放出来,造成灌装后瓶内反泡的现象,现有技术缺陷是:为了灌装过程不反泡,将灌装速度降低或者高速灌装导致反泡造成浪费,生产效率低或资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可实现高速灌装又不会反泡的可调式限流阀。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种可调式限流阀,包括限流阀座、限流阀身、限流阀盖,限流阀座、限流阀身、限流阀盖通过固定螺丝相连,限流阀盖下端设有阀嘴接口,限流阀座设有流体进口、流体出口和流体回气通道,限流阀身内设有调速块,限流阀身一侧设有螺孔,限流阀身外设有限位块并通过固定螺丝固定限位块,限位块上还设有定位螺丝,限流阀座和限流阀身结合体内设有流体腔,流体腔内设有可径向移动的限流阀阀芯和活塞杆,其特征在于:所述流体回气通道一端与流体进口相通,另一端与流体腔相通;所述活塞杆与限流阀阀芯内螺纹连接, 所述活塞杆底部下方设有膜片;所述限流阀阀芯底部与限流阀座连接处设有密封圈;所述限流阀阀芯底部直径大于调速块直径;所述所述阀嘴接口与控制阀嘴螺纹连接。
进一步的,所述限流阀身内设有限流阀身内螺纹,所述调速块设有调速块外螺纹,限流阀身与调速块外螺纹连接。
进一步的,所述调速块上部设有均匀分布的凹槽,所述固定螺丝穿过调速块凹槽将其固定。
进一步的,所述活塞杆顶部设有活塞杆外螺纹。
进一步的,所述限流阀阀芯内设有限流阀阀芯内螺纹,所述限流阀阀芯中部为伸缩环。
进一步的,所述膜片边缘固定在限流阀身和限流阀盖连接处。
进一步的,所述活塞杆上套有伸缩弹簧,伸缩弹簧一端连接在活塞杆的底部,伸缩弹簧另一端连接在限流阀身内。
本发明的有益效果是:限流阀身内设有调速块,调速块上部设有均匀分布的凹槽,可通过打开限位块调节调速块与活塞杆底部距离,限流阀阀芯通过伸缩弹簧作用为常开状态,这时限流阀打开,流体可正常流过限流阀,实现最大流速,针对含气流体的特点通过设置流体回气通道,流体回气通道一端与流体进口相通,另一端与流体腔相通,可将限流阀内残留气体及流动过程中释放出的气体通过流体回气通道排放出去,以减小压力波动及流体中气体的进一步挥发;当工作气体通过控制阀嘴进入阀门后,工作气体驱动膜片将限流阀阀芯向前推动,限流阀关闭大小可以通过调速块调整,流体将以慢速状态进行剩余部分的灌装,将流体中气体挥可能性降发到最小,即提高了灌装效率,又能保证流体中的气体不会释放挥发,实现了很好的应用效果,为节能减排和提高生产效率创造了条件。

下面参照附图对本发明所述的一种可调式限流阀做进一步说明:
如图1、2、3、4所示,一种可调式限流阀,包括限流阀座1、限流阀身2、限流阀盖3,限流阀座1、限流阀身2、限流阀盖3通过固定螺丝22相连,限流阀盖3下端设有阀嘴接口31,限流阀座1设有流体进口11、流体出口12和流体回气通道13,限流阀身2内设有调速块6,,限流阀身一侧设有螺孔,限流阀身外设有限位块并通过固定螺丝固定限位块,限位块上还设有定位螺丝,限流阀身一侧设有螺孔,限流阀身外设有限位块并通过固定螺丝固定限位块,限位块上还设有定位螺丝,限流阀座1和限流阀身2结合体内设有流体腔15,流体腔15内设有可径向移动的限流阀阀芯5和活塞杆4,其特征在于:所述流体回气通道13一端与流体进口11相通,另一端与流体腔15相通;所述活塞杆4与限流阀阀芯内螺纹52连接, 所述活塞杆4底部下方设有膜片7;所述限流阀阀芯5底部与限流阀座1连接处设有密封圈14,对流体腔15和限流阀阀芯5起到密封效果;所述限流阀阀芯底部直径大于调速块直径;所述所述阀嘴接口31与控制阀嘴9螺纹连接。
所述限流阀身2内设有限流阀身内螺纹25,所述调速块6设有调速块外螺纹24,限流阀身2与调速块外螺纹24连接。
所述限流阀身一侧设有螺孔,所述限流阀身2外设有限位块21并通过固定螺丝22固定,当需要调整流体流速时,只需要打开限位块6拧出定位螺丝20调节调速块6离活塞杆4的距离即可。
所述调速块6上部设有均匀分布的凹槽23,所述定位螺丝20穿过调速块6凹槽23将其固定。
所述限流阀阀芯5中部为伸缩环51,当限流阀阀芯5完全关闭时可缓冲活塞杆4对限流阀阀芯5的压力。
所述膜片7边缘固定在限流阀身2和限流阀盖3连接处,经限流阀身2和限流阀盖3固定起到密封效果。
所述活塞杆4上套有伸缩弹簧8,伸缩弹簧8一端连接在活塞杆4的底部,伸缩弹簧8另一端连接在限流阀身2内,控制阀嘴9通过工作气体时,伸缩弹簧8收缩,停止通过工作气体时,伸缩弹簧8伸展将活塞杆4推至初始状态。
此可调式限流阀灌装过程分为两步,第一步,开始时,打开限位块21节调速块6与活塞杆4底部距离,限流阀阀芯5通过伸缩弹簧8作用为常开状态,这时限流阀打开,流体从流体进口11以最大流速流流体腔15,从流体出口12流出经,实现快速灌装,限流阀中残留气体及流动过程中释放出的气体通过流体回气通道13排放出去,以减小压力波动及流体中气体的进一步挥发可实现灌装过程不反泡的效果。当灌装容量达到80-90%时,实施第二步,工作气体通过控制阀嘴9进入限流阀,工作气体驱动膜片7将限流阀阀芯5向前推动,调整限流阀关闭大小,限流阀关闭大小为预先调整的调速块位置,流体将以慢速状态进行剩余部分的灌装,灌装完成后如需要对灌装速度进行调节,只需将限位块21打开,拧出定位螺丝20就通过扳手左右拨动调速块6凹槽23即可对调速块6离活塞杆4的距离进行调节,本发明将灌装过程中流体的气体挥可能性降发到最小,即提高了灌装效率,又能保证流体中的气体不会释放挥发,避免现有技术为了灌装过程不反泡,将灌装速度降低或者高速灌装导致反泡造成浪费,生产效率低或资源浪费的问题。

1.一种可调式限流阀,包括限流阀座、限流阀身、限流阀盖,限流阀座、限流阀身、限流阀盖通过固定螺丝相连,限流阀盖下端设有阀嘴接口,限流阀座设有流体进口、流体出口和流体回气通道,限流阀身内设有调速块,限流阀身一侧设有螺孔,限流阀身外设有限位块并通过固定螺丝固定限位块,限位块上还设有定位螺丝,限流阀座和限流阀身结合体内设有流体腔,流体腔内设有可径向移动的限流阀阀芯和活塞杆,其特征在于:所述流体回气通道一端与流体进口相通,另一端与流体腔相通;所述活塞杆与限流阀阀芯内螺纹连接,所述活塞杆底部下方设有膜片;所述限流阀阀芯底部与限流阀座连接处设有密封圈;所述限流阀阀芯底部直径大于调速块直径;所述阀嘴接口与控制阀嘴螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式限流阀,其特征在于:所述限流阀身内设有限流阀身内螺纹,所述调速块设有调速块外螺纹,限流阀身与调速块外螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式限流阀,其特征在于:所述调速块上部设有均匀分布的凹槽,所述限位块上的定位螺丝穿过调速块凹槽将其固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式限流阀,其特征在于:所述活塞杆顶部设有活塞杆外螺纹。
