after the motor starts to work, the fan normally operates, and in the running process of the fan, the running state of the fan set is monitored in real time by the fan set control system:
in the working process of the ventilator unit, the automatic control system acquires the running data of the fan, the oil station and the motor in real time, and if the running data deviates from a preset value range and is within a preset safety value range, the automatic control system sends out an adjustment prompt; if the safety value exceeds the preset safety value range, a stop instruction is sent to the oil station electric control system, the oil station electric control system controls the fan, the oil station and the relay coil KM1 corresponding to the motor to be disconnected, the ventilation unit stops running, and meanwhile, the automatic control system sends an alarm prompt.
The above-mentioned operational data include, but are not limited to: fan bearing temperature, fan bearing vibration, fan shaft displacement, speed increaser bearing bush temperature, motor bearing, motor stator temperature, lubricating oil station outlet pressure, lubricating oil filter pressure difference, lubricating oil tank temperature, lubricating oil tank liquid level and the like. The operation safety of the ventilator unit is effectively guaranteed.

the system comprises a plurality of control units and a plurality of controlled objects which are in one-to-one correspondence with the control units; the control units are integrated in the same electrical control cabinet;
the control unit comprises a change-over switch SA, a first control module, a second control module and a relay module; the relay module comprises a relay coil KM1, a first normally open contact switch KM12 and a second normally open contact switch KM 13;
two input ends of the change-over switch SA are connected with a three-phase power supply, two output ends of the change-over switch SA are respectively connected with the first control module and the second control module correspondingly, and the first control module/the second control module is switched to be connected with the three-phase power supply through the change-over switch SA; the first control module and the second control module are connected in parallel and then connected in series with the relay coil;
the first control module comprises a normally closed manual switch SK1 and a manual switch SK2 which are connected in series, and the first normally open contact switch KM12 is connected with the manual switch SK2 in parallel; the manual switch SK2 is used for being manually closed when needing to be started, and the normally closed manual switch SK1 is used for being manually opened when needing to be stopped;
the second control module comprises a first normally closed switch KM11 and a second normally open switch KM21 which are connected in series and acts according to an oil station work instruction sent by an upper computer; the second normally-open contact switch KM13 is connected in parallel with the second normally-open switch KM 21; the second normally open switch KM21 is used for being controlled to be closed when the vehicle needs to be started, and the first normally closed switch KM11 is used for being controlled to be opened when the vehicle needs to be stopped;
the first normally open contact switch KM12 and the second normally open contact switch KM13 are respectively connected to a power supply loop of a controlled object; the plurality of controlled objects are divided into a first object group, a second object group and a third object group;
the controlled object of the first object group comprises a motor group and an oil station;
the controlled objects of the second object group comprise main motor heaters and/or cooling fans;
the controlled object of the third object group comprises an oil pump and/or an oil tank heater.

The oil station electric control system according to claim 1, characterized in that: the first object group comprises a motor group and an oil station; the second object group includes a main motor heater and a cooling fan; the third object group includes an oil pump group and an oil tank heater.
3. An oil station electric control system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the system also comprises low-voltage load power distribution connected with a three-phase power supply through a normally closed switch.
4. An oil station electrical control system as defined in claim 3, wherein: the system also comprises a standby interface connected with the three-phase power supply.
5. The oil station electric control system according to claim 4, wherein: and a thermal relay protection K2 is connected between the oil pump of the third object group and the corresponding first normally-open contact switch KM12 or second normally-open contact switch KM 13.
6. A ventilator unit control system characterized in that: the oil station control system comprises an automatic control system and an oil station control system according to any one of claims 1 to 5;
the automatic control system is connected with the oil station electric control system, the fan, the motor and the oil station, and is used for acquiring real-time working data of the fan, the motor and the oil station, comparing and analyzing the real-time working data with a preset value, and sending a control instruction to the oil station electric control system; meanwhile, the fan, the motor and the oil station are controlled to work by sending a working instruction to the oil station electric control system;
and the oil station electric control system is used for receiving the control instruction of the automatic control system and controlling the fan, the motor and the oil station to work according to the control instruction.
7. A control method using a control system for a ventilation unit according to claim 6, comprising the steps of:
s1, starting the oil station
S1.1, the automatic control system sends an oil station work instruction to an oil station electric control system;
s1.2, an oil station electric control system receives an oil station work instruction, and controls a first normally closed switch KM11 and a second normally open switch KM21 corresponding to an oil station to be closed, at the moment, a relay coil KM1 is electrified to control a second normally open contact switch KM13 to be closed, and the oil station starts to work;
or the oil station electric control system receives an oil station work instruction, the first normally open contact switch KM12 is manually closed, at the moment, the relay coil KM1 is electrified, the first normally open contact switch KM12 is controlled to be closed, and the oil station starts to work;
s2, preparing and starting the running of the fan
S2.1, the automatic control system collects and judges whether the opening of an inlet valve of the fan meets a preset value, whether an emptying valve is fully opened and whether a check valve is fully closed;
s2.2, the automatic control system collects and judges that the pipeline pressure between the oil station and the fan and the pipeline pressure between the oil station and the motor accord with a preset value;
s2.3, the automatic control system collects and judges that the temperature and the liquid level of an oil tank of the oil station accord with preset values;
s2.4, if the automatic control system collects and judges that all items from the step S2.1 to the step S2.3 are yes, sending a starting prompt, and starting a motor power supply to work after receiving the prompt by an operator;
s2.5, closing a first normally closed switch KM11 and a second normally open switch KM21 corresponding to the motor group, wherein at the moment, a relay coil KM1 is electrified to control the second normally open contact switch KM13 to be closed, and starting the motor to work;
or the oil station electric control system receives an oil station work instruction, the first normally open contact switch KM12 is manually closed, at the moment, the relay coil KM1 is electrified, the first normally open contact switch KM12 is controlled to be closed, and the motor starts to work;
s3, control of operation
In the working process of the ventilator unit, the automatic control system acquires the running data of the fan, the oil station and the motor in real time, and if the running data deviates from a preset value range and is within a preset safety value range, the automatic control system sends out an adjustment prompt; if the safety value exceeds the preset safety value range, a stop instruction is sent to the oil station electric control system, the oil station electric control system controls the fan, the oil station and the relay coil KM1 corresponding to the motor to be disconnected, the ventilation unit stops running, and meanwhile, the automatic control system sends an alarm prompt.
