The antibacterial sock fabrics in example 2 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were respectively plied with cotton yarns and then woven to produce socks, and then the antibacterial performance of the socks was measured by the method of "evaluation of antibacterial performance of textile in GB/T20944.3-2008", and the results are shown in the following table.
The antibacterial sock fabric prepared by the invention is obviously superior to commercially available antibacterial socks in antibacterial capacity and antibacterial aging after being woven into socks by cotton yarns. In the process of polymerizing methyl methacrylate on the antibacterial layer by the acetic acid added in the preparation method, the acetic acid plays a role of anchoring, and the acetic acid, the zinc oxide and the surface of the protective layer generate chemical acting force, so that the methyl methacrylate can be polymerized on the antibacterial layer and the protective layer, the bonding capability of the methyl methacrylate with the antibacterial layer and the protective layer is stronger, and the antibacterial layer is not easy to fall off.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (5)
1. A preparation method of cotton yarn for antibacterial sock fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, placing 50-65 parts of cotton yarn raw material, 5-6 parts of waterborne epoxy resin and 8-10 parts of polyethylene wax into a stirring kettle, adding 13-15 times of water, stirring and heating to completely gelatinize, and then keeping the reaction temperature of 40 ℃ for 6 hours;
s2, adding 3-7 parts of antibacterial liquid into the mixture obtained in the step S1, keeping the temperature at 30 ℃, and fully stirring for 3 hours to obtain antibacterial slurry;
s3, filtering the antibacterial slurry, and then blowing and drying at 30 ℃ to obtain pre-antibacterial fibers;
s4, putting 60 parts of the pre-antibacterial fiber into the stirring kettle again, sequentially adding 100 parts of water, 1.5-2.0 parts of oxidant and 15-20 parts of methyl methacrylate in the stirring process, and reacting for 3 hours at 50 ℃ to obtain antibacterial fiber slurry;
s5, filtering the antibacterial fiber slurry, washing with water, and then drying by blowing at 30 ℃ to obtain antibacterial fibers;
and S6, carding and combing the antibacterial fibers to obtain the cotton yarn for the antibacterial sock fabric.
2. The preparation method of the cotton yarn for the antibacterial sock fabric, according to claim 1, is characterized in that the raw material of the antibacterial liquid comprises 80 parts of water, 20 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 3 parts of zinc oxide nano powder and 7 parts of potassium permanganate, and the preparation method of the antibacterial liquid comprises the steps of sequentially adding 20 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 3 parts of zinc oxide nano powder and 7 parts of potassium permanganate into 80 parts of water in the stirring process, wherein the time interval when 20 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 3 parts of zinc oxide nano powder and 7 parts of potassium permanganate are added is 20-25 minutes.
3. The method for preparing the cotton yarn for the antibacterial sock fabric according to claim 2, wherein the particle size of the zinc oxide nano powder is 50-150 nm.
4. The method for preparing cotton yarn for the antibacterial sock fabric according to claim 2, wherein the antibacterial solution is prepared at 10-15 ℃.
5. The method for preparing cotton yarn for antibacterial sock fabric according to claim 1, wherein the oxidant is formed by mixing 0.8-1.0 part of acetic acid and 0.7-1.0 part of benzoyl peroxide at 0-5 ℃.
