The present invention provides a washing machine 1 including: a housing assembly 10, a laundry basket 20, a first drop box 30 and a second drop box 40. The washing basket 20 is detachably arranged in the washing cavity, so that the assembly of the washing basket 20 relative to the washing cavity can be determined according to the actual use requirements of users, for example, when small materials need to be washed, the washing basket 20 can be placed in the washing cavity, and the washing basket 20 and the washing cavity are stably and firmly assembled together, so that when the washing machine 1 works, the purpose of washing the clothes independently by using the washing basket 20 is achieved, and because the volume of the washing basket 20 is much smaller than that of the washing cavity, the small materials or a small amount of materials can be washed by using the washing basket 20, the cleaning effect is ensured, meanwhile, the condition of water resource waste is avoided, the energy consumption is reduced, and the environment friendliness is facilitated; furthermore, when a user needs to wash materials of children and adults or materials which are easy to cross colors, the bottom wall of the washing cavity is separated from the bottom wall of the washing basket 20, so that the outer wall of the washing basket 20 and the washing cavity can jointly define another washing cavity for washing, and the materials of children and adults or the materials which are easy to cross colors can be classified and respectively placed in the washing basket 20 and the other washing cavity, so that the purpose of washing different materials by using the washing cavity and the washing basket 20 at the same time is realized, the occurrence of material cross color or material cross infection is avoided, namely, the independent washing of different types of materials is realized through one-time washing operation, the work efficiency of products is greatly improved, and the washing effect is improved; further, if it is necessary to wash large materials, the washing basket 20 can be taken out from the housing assembly 10, and the washing of the large materials can be achieved by using the washing chamber.
Specifically, by arranging the first throwing box 30 and the second throwing box 40, when the laundry basket 20 is placed in the washing cavity, the second throwing box 40 is communicated with the laundry basket 20, when the laundry basket 20 is not placed in the washing cavity, the second throwing box 40 is communicated with the washing cavity, and the first throwing box 30 is communicated with the washing cavity, so that when small materials are washed, the laundry basket 20 is placed in the washing cavity, water flow drives the lotion in the second throwing box 40 to flow into the laundry basket 20, and the purpose of independently throwing the lotion into the laundry basket 20 and feeding water is achieved; furthermore, when materials of children and adults are washed or materials which are easy to cross color are required to be washed, the washing basket 20 is placed in the washing cavity, water flow is divided into two paths, one path of water flows through the first putting box 30 to drive the washing agent of the first putting box 30 to flow into the washing cavity, the other path of water flows through the second putting box 40 to drive the washing agent of the second putting box 40 to flow into the washing cavity, the purposes of putting the washing agent and water into the washing cavity and the washing basket 20 respectively are achieved, the effect of independent washing by utilizing the washing cavity and the washing basket 20 is achieved, namely, real subarea water inlet and subarea washing are achieved, and the problem that in related technologies, proper washing agent and independent water inlet cannot be put in and respectively fed according to specific conditions of clothes in a big barrel and a small barrel is solved; further, when large materials are washed, the washing basket 20 is taken out of the washing cavity, water flows through the first putting box 30 and/or the second putting box 40, and then the lotion in the first putting box 30 and/or the second putting box 40 is driven to flow into the washing cavity, namely, according to specific practical use conditions, the lotion can be added in the first putting box 30 and/or the second putting box 40 in a targeted manner, and the purposes of feeding water into the washing cavity and putting in the corresponding lotion in a targeted manner are achieved. This structural setting makes can confirm the circumstances of intaking that first input box 30 and second input box 40 are put in according to user's in-service use demand, and then realize intaking and putting in the purpose of lotion in washing chamber and/or laundry basket 20, promptly, utilize a washing machine 1 to realize that many washing machines 1 can accomplish a small part washing, a large part washing and multiple washing functions such as mixed washing, the space occupancy of product has been reduced under the circumstances of guaranteeing washing machine 1's performance, user diversified user demand has been satisfied, the universality and the adaptability of product use have been promoted, and then the market competitiveness of product has been promoted, the user demand in high-end market has been satisfied.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the washing machine 1 further includes: a first water inlet valve 50 connected to the first feeding box 30; and a second water inlet valve 60 connected to the second feed box 40.
In this embodiment, the washing machine 1 further comprises a first inlet valve 50 and a second inlet valve 60. By connecting the first feed valve 50 with the first launch box 30, and the second feed valve 60 with the second launch box 40, in this way, the control of whether water flows into the first and second launch boxes 30, 40 may be accomplished using a first and second water inlet valve 50, 60, e.g., when small materials are washed, the second water inlet valve 60 is opened, so that the water flows through the second throwing box 40 to drive the lotion to flow into the washing basket 20, when washing materials of children and adults or materials which are easy to be mixed with colors need to be washed, the first water inlet valve 50 and the second water inlet valve 60 are simultaneously opened, so that the water flows through the first and second dispensing boxes 30 and 40 to drive the detergent into the washing chamber and the washing basket 20 respectively, when washing large materials, the first inlet valve 50 and/or the second inlet valve 60 are opened, so that the water flows through the first and/or second dispensing boxes 30 and 40 to bring the detergent into the washing chamber. The structural arrangement realizes the water inlet control of the first feeding box 30 and the second feeding box 40 by utilizing the first water inlet valve 50 and the second water inlet valve 60, thereby providing a structural basis for the subsequent washing.
In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the first feeding box 30 is provided with at least one first accommodating chamber 302, and any one of the at least one first accommodating chamber 302 corresponds to one first water inlet valve 50; the second feeding box 40 is provided with at least one second receiving chamber 402, and any one 402 of the at least one second receiving chamber 402 corresponds to one second water inlet valve 60.
In this embodiment, the first dispensing box 30 is provided with at least one first accommodating cavity 302 and the second dispensing box 40 is provided with at least one second accommodating cavity 402 by the arrangement, so that lotion can be placed in the first accommodating cavity 302 and the second accommodating cavity 402, when the number of the first accommodating cavity 302 and the second accommodating cavity 402 is large, different lotions can be respectively dispensed into the first accommodating cavity 302 and the second accommodating cavity 402 according to actual use requirements, so as to meet diversified use requirements of users, for example, detergent and softener can be respectively dispensed into two accommodating cavities of the first dispensing box 30, and detergent, disinfectant and protease lotion can be respectively dispensed into three accommodating cavities of the second dispensing box 40. Specifically, the first feeding box 30 is provided with two first accommodating cavities 302, the two first accommodating cavities 302 respectively store detergent and softener, when a material is washed, the first water inlet valve 50 corresponding to the detergent is opened, so that water flow drives the detergent to flow into the washing cavity to complete the washing operation of the material, and after the washing operation is completed, the first water inlet valve 50 corresponding to the softener is opened, so that water flow drives the softener to flow into the washing cavity to complete the rinsing operation of the material. This arrangement allows the inlet water to be relatively independent for each of the first and second receiving chambers 302 and 402, thereby providing a structural basis for subsequent zone inlet water and zone washing.
In the specific embodiment, one of the washing basket 20 and the washing cavity is provided with a buckle, and the other is provided with a clamping groove matched with the buckle; wherein the buckle is matched with the clamping groove to assemble the washing basket 20 and the washing cavity together. Through setting up buckle and draw-in groove, make when will doing washing basket 20 arranges the washing intracavity in, the buckle cooperatees with the draw-in groove and will do washing basket 20 and washing chamber assembly together to guarantee the steadiness and the reliability of doing washing basket 20 for the assembly of casing subassembly 10, avoid washing machine 1 during operation, do washing basket 20 takes place not hard up with the assembly structure in washing chamber, and lead to doing washing blue slope, and then the condition that can't accomplish the washing work takes place.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the laundry basket 20 is preferably constructed in a groove structure, the open end of which overlaps the open end of the washing chamber.
In this embodiment, the laundry basket 20 is configured to be a groove structure by reasonably arranging the structure of the laundry basket 20, and further the opening end of the groove structure is overlapped on the opening end of the washing cavity, so that the preset distance is provided between the outer bottom wall of the laundry basket 20 and the inner bottom wall of the washing cavity, therefore, the space defined by the laundry basket 20 and the washing cavity together can be used for washing materials, so as to achieve the purpose of jointly washing the laundry basket 20 and the washing cavity, meanwhile, the opening end of the groove structure is overlapped on the opening end of the washing cavity, so that the laundry basket 20 can be driven to rotate when the washing cavity rotates, that is, the washing cavity has the function of driving the laundry basket 20 to rotate, therefore, the purpose of synchronously washing the washing cavity and the laundry basket 20 is achieved by improving the assembly structure of the laundry basket 20 relative to the housing assembly 10 on the basis of reasonably utilizing the existing structure of the washing machine 1, the input of extra devices is reduced, the transformation cost of equipment is reduced, the situation that the user can only take out the materials by exploring part of the body into the washing cavity can be avoided, the operation of the user is facilitated, and the service performance and long-time competitiveness of the product are improved.
In an embodiment, the first drop box 30 and the second drop box 40 are a single structure. Because the mechanical properties of integral type structure is good, therefore can ensure that the joint strength of box 40 is put in to first input box 30 and second, in addition, still can put in box 40 integrative the making, batch production with first input box 30 and second to improve the production efficiency of product, reduce the production and processing cost of product. Of course, the first feeding box 30 and the second feeding box 40 may be a split structure, that is, the first feeding box 30 and the second feeding box 40 are respectively disposed at different positions of the washing machine 1, and the split structure is convenient for installation and subsequent disassembly and maintenance, has high assembly efficiency, and reduces maintenance cost.
In a specific embodiment, the number of the first accommodating cavities 302 is two, and the two first accommodating cavities 302 store detergent and softener respectively. The number of the second accommodating cavities 402 is two, and the two second accommodating cavities 402 respectively store detergent and softener. When the washing basket 20 is washed alone, the inflow of water before washing is performed by the second inflow valve 60 corresponding to the detergent, and the washing, dehydration and drainage can be started by the inflow of water to the set water level of the washing basket 20. Then, the rinsing stage is entered. The water inlet before rinsing is performed by the second water inlet valve 60 corresponding to the softener, the water is fed to the set water level of the washing basket 20, and then the subsequent operation can be continuously performed until the whole washing process is completed. Meanwhile, when the washing basket 20 and the washing cavity are used for washing, a partitioned water inlet mode is adopted. Before washing, the first water inlet valve 50 and the second water inlet valve 60 corresponding to the detergent are opened simultaneously, and water is respectively fed into the washing cavity and the washing basket 20 to the corresponding set water level. Then washing, dewatering and draining were started. Then, the rinsing stage is entered. The water inlet before rinsing also adopts a zone water inlet mode, and simultaneously, a first water inlet valve 50 and a second water inlet valve 60 corresponding to the softener are opened to respectively feed water into the washing cavity and the washing basket 20 to the corresponding set water level. The subsequent stages can then continue until the entire washing process is completed.

When the received work instruction is a washing instruction for simultaneously washing a washing basket and a washing cavity of the washing machine, which indicates that a user needs to simultaneously utilize the washing basket and the washing cavity to wash materials such as children and adults or materials which are easy to mix colors, a first water inlet valve and a second water inlet valve of the washing machine are simultaneously opened, so that water flow is divided into two paths, one path of water flow passes through a first putting box, then, washing agent in the first putting box is driven to flow into the washing cavity, the other path of water flow passes through a second putting box, washing agent in the second putting box is driven to flow into the washing basket, and when the water level of the washing basket reaches a first preset water level and the water level of the washing cavity reaches a second preset water level, the washing machine is controlled to carry out washing work. The method realizes the purposes of respectively putting the washing agent into the washing cavity and the washing basket and feeding water into the washing cavity and the washing basket, achieves the effect of independent washing by utilizing the washing cavity and the washing basket, realizes real subarea water feeding and subarea washing, and solves the problem that the water cannot be respectively fed and washed according to the specific conditions of clothes in a big barrel and a small barrel in the related technology.

When the washing time reaches the first preset time, the first water inlet valve and the second water inlet valve are opened again, so that water flow drives the lotion (such as a softener) of the first throwing box and the second throwing box to flow into the washing cavity and the washing basket, and when the water level of the washing basket reaches the third preset water level and the water level of the washing cavity reaches the fourth preset water level, the washing machine is controlled to rinse, so that the materials are soft, fluffy and static electricity is eliminated, and the materials are rinsed. The step is arranged, so that the cleanliness of the materials can be guaranteed, and meanwhile, the operations of sterilizing and disinfecting the materials, brightening clothes and protecting color, reducing the pilling amount of the clothes, removing protease stains such as milk stains and the like can be performed on the clothes.

In this embodiment, when the operation instruction is a washing instruction of the washing basket, which indicates that the user needs to wash small materials by using the washing basket alone, the second water inlet valve is opened to allow water to drive the detergent (such as detergent) in the second dispensing box to flow into the washing basket, and when the water level of the washing basket reaches the first preset water level, the washing machine is controlled to perform washing operation. The method realizes the purpose of independently putting the washing agent into the washing basket and feeding water, achieves the effect of independently washing by using the washing basket, and can wash small pieces or a small amount of materials by using the washing basket because the volume of the washing basket is much smaller than that of the washing cavity, thereby ensuring the cleaning effect, avoiding the condition of wasting water resources, reducing the energy consumption and being beneficial to environmental protection.

In this embodiment, the washing operation of the material can be achieved in several ways: firstly, opening a first water inlet valve to enable water flow to drive a lotion (such as a detergent) of a first putting box to flow into a washing cavity, and controlling the washing machine to wash when the water level of the washing cavity reaches a second preset water level; secondly, opening the first water inlet valve, closing the first water inlet valve and opening the second water inlet valve after a second preset time, so that water flow respectively drives the lotion (such as detergent) of the first feeding box and the lotion (such as detergent) of the second feeding box to respectively flow into the washing cavity, and when the water level of the washing cavity reaches a second preset water level, controlling the washing machine to wash; thirdly, opening the first water inlet valve, and opening the second water inlet valve after the third preset time, so that water flow respectively drives the lotion (such as detergent) of the first feeding box and the lotion (such as detergent) of the second feeding box to respectively flow into the washing cavity, and when the water level of the washing cavity reaches a second preset water level, controlling the washing machine to wash; fourthly, the second water inlet valve is opened, so that the water flow drives the lotion (such as detergent) of the second putting box to flow into the washing cavity, and when the water level of the washing cavity reaches a second preset water level, the washing machine is controlled to wash. The step is arranged, so that the operation of opening the first water inlet valve and/or the second water inlet valve can be controlled in a targeted manner according to specific practical conditions, and the product has diversified use characteristics.

In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the step of controlling to open the first inlet valve and/or the second inlet valve again includes: controlling to open the first water inlet valve again; controlling to open the first water inlet valve again, and closing the first water inlet valve and opening the second water inlet valve after the fourth preset time; controlling to open the first water inlet valve again, and opening the second water inlet valve after the fifth preset time; the control re-opens the second water inlet valve.
In this embodiment, the rinsing operation of the materials can be achieved in several ways: firstly, opening the first water inlet valve again to enable water flow to drive a detergent (such as a softener) in the first feeding box to flow into the washing cavity, and then controlling the washing machine to rinse so as to achieve the effects of softening, fluffing and eliminating static electricity of the materials and rinse the materials; secondly, opening the first water inlet valve again, closing the first water inlet valve and opening the second water inlet valve after the fourth preset time, so that water flow drives the detergents (such as a softener) of the first feeding box and the second feeding box to flow into the washing cavity respectively, and then controlling the washing machine to rinse so as to play a role in softening, fluffing and eliminating static electricity of the materials and realize rinsing of the materials; thirdly, opening the first water inlet valve again, and opening the second water inlet valve after the fifth preset time, so that the water flow drives the detergents (such as softener) of the first feeding box and the second feeding box to respectively flow into the washing cavity, and further controlling the washing machine to rinse, so as to play a role in softening, fluffing and eliminating static electricity of the materials, and rinse the materials; fourthly, the second water inlet valve is opened again, so that the water flow drives the detergent (such as softener) of the second putting box to flow into the washing cavity respectively, and then the washing machine is controlled to rinse so as to achieve the effects of softening, fluffing and eliminating static electricity of the materials, and the materials are rinsed. The step is arranged, so that the operation of opening the first water inlet valve and/or the second water inlet valve can be controlled in a targeted manner according to specific practical conditions, and the product has diversified use characteristics.

Claims (12)

1. A washing machine (1), characterized by comprising:
a housing assembly (10), said housing assembly (10) being provided with a washing chamber;
a laundry basket (20) removably disposed within the washing chamber;
a first dosing box (30), the first dosing box (30) being in communication with the washing chamber;
a second drop box (40), wherein the second drop box (40) is communicated with the washing basket (20) when the washing basket (20) is arranged in the washing cavity, and the second drop box (40) is communicated with the washing cavity when the washing basket (20) is not arranged in the washing cavity;
wherein when the laundry basket (20) is disposed within the washing chamber, the laundry basket (20) and the washing chamber are utilized simultaneously to wash materials.
2. A washing machine (1) as in claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
a first water inlet valve (50) connected with the first throwing box (30);
and the second water inlet valve (60) is connected with the second throwing box (40).
3. A washing machine (1) as in claim 2,
the first throwing box (30) is provided with at least one first accommodating cavity (302), and any one first accommodating cavity (302) in the at least one first accommodating cavity (302) corresponds to one first water inlet valve (50);
the second throwing box (40) is provided with at least one second accommodating cavity (402), and any one second accommodating cavity (402) in the at least one second accommodating cavity (402) corresponds to one second water inlet valve (60).
4. A washing machine (1) as in any one of claims 1 to 3,
the laundry basket (20) is configured as a groove structure, the open end of the groove structure is overlapped on the open end of the washing cavity.
5. A control method of a washing machine, characterized in that the control method comprises:
receiving a work instruction;
when the working instruction is a simultaneous washing instruction of a washing basket and a washing cavity of the washing machine, opening a first water inlet valve and a second water inlet valve of the washing machine;
and when the water level of the washing basket reaches a first preset water level and the water level of the washing cavity reaches a second preset water level, controlling the washing machine to wash.
6. The control method of a washing machine according to claim 5, further comprising:
when the washing time reaches a first preset time, opening the first water inlet valve and the second water inlet valve again;
and when the water level of the washing basket reaches a third preset water level and the water level of the washing cavity reaches a fourth preset water level, controlling the washing machine to rinse.
7. The control method of a washing machine according to claim 5, further comprising:
when the working instruction is the washing instruction of the washing basket, opening the second water inlet valve;
and when the water level of the washing basket reaches the first preset water level, controlling the washing machine to wash.
8. The control method of a washing machine according to claim 7, further comprising:
and when the washing time reaches a first preset time, the second water inlet valve is opened again, and when the water level of the washing basket reaches a third preset water level, the washing machine is controlled to rinse.
9. The control method of a washing machine according to claim 5, further comprising:
when the working instruction is the washing cavity washing instruction, controlling to open the first water inlet valve and/or the second water inlet valve;
and when the water level of the washing cavity reaches the second preset water level, controlling the washing machine to wash.
10. The control method of a washing machine according to claim 9,
the step of controlling the opening of the first water inlet valve and/or the second water inlet valve specifically comprises the following steps:
controlling to open the first water inlet valve; or
Controlling to open the first water inlet valve, closing the first water inlet valve and opening the second water inlet valve after second preset time; or
Controlling to open the first water inlet valve, and opening the second water inlet valve after a third preset time; or
And controlling to open the second water inlet valve.

when the washing time reaches a first preset time, controlling to open the first water inlet valve and/or the second water inlet valve again;
