s3, carding: carding the fiber bundle into single fiber state fiber, and further removing fine impurities;
s4, forming a net: arranging the fibers in a single fiber state into a fiber web;
s5, water punching: under the impact and rebound of a water needle with the pressure of 780Mpa, fibers are intertwined and cohered into a strong grey cloth under the gluing action of 3 parts of adhesive;
s6, degreasing and bleaching: placing the grey cloth into hydrogen peroxide, soaking at 88 ℃, and degreasing and bleaching;
s7, drying: and (4) sending the degreased and bleached grey cloth into a drying kiln for drying, and removing water to obtain the bamboo cotton soft towel.

s3, carding: carding the fiber bundle into single fiber state fiber, and further removing fine impurities;
s4, forming a net: arranging the fibers in a single fiber state into a fiber web;
s5, water punching: through the impact and rebound of a water needle with the pressure of 600-800 Mpa, fibers are mutually entangled and cohered to form a strong grey fabric;
s6, degreasing and bleaching: placing the grey cloth into hydrogen peroxide, soaking at the temperature of 60-100 ℃, and degreasing and bleaching;
s7, drying: and (4) sending the degreased and bleached grey cloth into a drying kiln for drying, and removing water.
