The dry process for preparing cationic cellulose is a new method, i.e. a small amount of water is used to dissolve alkali catalyst, then the mixed solution is sprayed on the cellulose, and uniformly mixed, and reacted for a period of time at a certain temperature.
The main problem lies in that the mixing solution volume is less, and the solid starting material is not stained with as much as possible after spraying, and current agitating unit uses the individual layer stirring rod moreover, is difficult for stirring the material evenly.
